Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how Rumoh Tuha Coffee Shop in Lhokseumawe City's customers' decisions are influenced by Blue Ocean Strategy and Innovation Capability. The highly competitive culinary industry serves as the backdrop for this study, which requires companies to offer unique value in orders to attract customers. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents using a simple random sample technique to complete in order to gather primary data for the descriptive quantitative approach. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The findings show that the Blue Ocean Strategy significantly and favorably influences purchase decisions to some extent. On the other hand, purchasing decisions are significantly impacted by innovation capability. Both factors simultaneously have a favorable and noteworthy impact. These findings indicate that a unique value creation strategy is more appreciated by consumers than innovations that do not align with market preferences. Therefore, implementing an appropriate and targeted strategy is key to driving consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the employee performance improvement strategies implemented by PT. Citra Sawit Mandiri, specifically from a work environment perspective. A conducive work environment is believed to play a significant role in increasing employee morale, motivation, and productivity. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with several employees and field foremen as well as documentation at the research location. The results show that employee performance improvement strategies in this company include routine work briefings, incentives, technical training, and periodic performance evaluations. However, the physical work environment conditions such as lighting, temperature, and work facilities in the field are still inadequate and are a complaint for some employees. In addition, the relationship between superiors and subordinates is also an important factor that influences work comfort. From this analysis, it can be concluded that performance improvement strategies will run optimally if balanced with improvements in the work environment, both physical and non-physical. This research is expected to provide input for companies in formulating more effective and sustainable human resource management policies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of beauty influencer reviews on skincare product purchasing decisions among students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Malikussaleh University. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Malikussaleh University who use skincare products whose exact number is unknown. Determination of the number of respondents using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, the calculation of the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula, so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The data analysis method used in this study is simple linear regression analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing, as well as the coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study indicate that the beauty influencer review variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value > t table, which is 7.477 ˃ 1.984 and a significant value of 0.000 ˂ 0.05, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of lifestyle on the decision to purchase Apple smartphone products among students of FISIPOL, Malikussaleh University. This study aims to determine the influence of lifestyle on the decision to purchase Apple smartphone products among students of FISIPOL, Malikussaleh University. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The population in this study were all students of FISIPOL, Malikussaleh University. Sampling used 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used a Likert scale. The data processing and analysis techniques in this study used SPSS 26. The first stage in this study was the instrument test, namely the validity test and reliability test. Furthermore, data analysis techniques were carried out with the classical assumption test, simple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that: lifestyle (X) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Apple smartphone products among students of FISIPOL, Unimal with a t-count value of 11.391> t-table 1.985 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Economic problems are the main concern of the government in developing countries, for example, such as Indonesia unemployment and poverty. One solution to dealing with unemployment is to become an entrepreneur and create jobs for oneself and others, namely by entrepreneurship. And this can be realized if equipped with supporting knowledge, namely entrepreneurship. This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and motivation variables on interest in entrepreneurship in Business Administration students at FISIPOL UNIMAL. This research used 100 samples with a sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. The results of the research show that partially the self-efficacy variable is positive and significant on interest in entrepreneurship among FISIPOL UNIMAL Business Administration students. This can be seen from the significant value of the self-efficacy variable, namely sig. is 0.000 < 0.05 and the tcount value is 6.056 > ttable 1.985, then H1 is accepted. For the motivation variable, it was concluded that it partially had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship among FISIPOL UNIMAL Business Administration students. This can be seen from the significant value of the motivation variable, namely sig. is 0.000 > 0.05 and the t value is 5.001 > t table 1.985, then H2 is accepted. Meanwhile, simultaneously the variables self-efficacy and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship among FISIPOL UNIMAL Business Administration students.

Abstract

This research aims to identify marketing strategies in increasing sales volumes and factors that are inhibiting the implementation of marketing strategy. This research focuses on the marketing strategy of Independent Motor Workshops in improving the volume of sales of spare parts and the factors that hinder the application of marketing policies in Independent Motors Workshops. The theory used from this research is the theory of Kotler and Keller about 4P marketing strategies. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive approaches. The informants of this research are four informants with purposive sampling and incidental samplings. Data analysis techniques used in research using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawings. Based on the results of the research and discussions that have been examined, results of this study show that the 4P marketing strategy used in the implementation of the strategy of the Independent Motor Workshops has greatly increased in terms of application and increase in the volume of sales obtained by the independent motor workshops. The product strategy, price, location and promotion make this enterprise experience a high increase in sales volume.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach which aims to determine the completeness of products and services that have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all visitors to the D'royal Mart Store in East Batuphat, Muara Satu Lhokseumawe and determining the sample using a Likert scale with the accidental samling technique method. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that using the t-test, the t-value was 4.350 with a p-value (0.000 <0.05), which means that hypothesis 1 which states that there is an effect of product completeness on purchasing decisions can be accepted. The t-test results obtained a t-count value of 2.905 with a p-value (0.000 <0.05) which means that hypothesis 2 which states that there is an effect of service on purchasing decisions can be accepted. The simultaneous test results obtained with a p-value (0.000 <0.05) which means that hypothesis 3 there is an influence between product completeness and service on purchasing decisions at D'royal Mart Batuphat Timur, Muara Satu Lhokseumawe simultaneously can be accepted. In this study, the results of the R squaer analysis obtained 0.611, which means that the percentage of the influence of product completeness and service on purchasing decisions is 61.1% and the remaining 38.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki permasalahan analisis strategi bisnis dalam menghadapi persaingan usaha olahan mie instan yang diterapkan oleh usaha mikro kecil menengah(UMKM) Mieisiko Lhokeumawe. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan penjelasan desriptif yang memiliki tahap observasi,wawancara,dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini mengambil sumber data dari data primer yang berasal dari observasi dan wawancara peneliti bersama informan serta data sekunder dari telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan Miesiko dalam menghadapi persaingan usahanya yaitu menggunakan teknik bauran pemasaran yang memadukan antara strategi pemasaran produk,harga,promosi,serta tempat yang dimiliki Miesiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori menurut Kotler dan Keller (2021), ada empat unsur bauran pemasaran untuk mencapai tujuan pemasaran, keempat variabel tersebut adalah (price, place, product, promotion) yang harus saling mendukung satu sama lain atau dengan kata lain, manajemen harus mengusahakan agar variabel-variabel bauran pemasaran dapat terarah untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Strategi bauran pemasaran dinilai penting karena menjadi salah satu unsur strategi ampuh dalam menghadapi persaingan usaha Miesiko. Miesiko memliliki kelebihan seperti penerapan harga yang ekonomis,penggunaan media sosial yang baik dalam promosi,serta produk yang memili kualistas yang baik. Namun Miesiko memiliki kekurangan berupa ukuran lapak yang kecil dan kurangnya pengadaan promosi diskon harga.
