Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh sikap kerja, pengetahuan dan keterampilan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa S1 program studi manajemen kelas karyawan Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer yaitu melakukan kuesioner terhadap 34 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Accidential Sampling. Alat analisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan Uji asumsi klasik program SPSS 16.0, lalu dilakukan uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji simultan (uji f), dan uji persial (uji-t) pendekatannya. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan apabila sikap kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dalam uji simultan (uji-f) ini menyatakan sikap kerja, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Dusun Watu VII RT 8 Argomulyo, Sedayu, Bantul mempunyai wilayah geografis yang cocok untuk pertanian empon-empon yang menjadi bahan baku untuk pembuatan jamu. Sebagian besar penduduknya juga telah mempunyai kemampuan dan menggeluti usaha produksi jamu baik yang dilakukan secara berkelompok maupun individu, salah satunya adalah kelompok jamu herbal Mulya Sari Abadi. Produksi jamu sebelum pandemic covid -19, yang diserap pasar asetnya bila dinominalkan mencapai 15 juta rupiah. Angka tersebut mengalami penurunan dratis menjadi di kiasaran 5-6 juta rupiah, setelah pandemic covid 19, dan pasca pandemic saat ini sudah mulai mengalami peningkatan namun belum signifikan. Belum adanya tata kelola keuangan usaha dan pemasaran secara online menjadi dasar bagi tim pengabdi untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan keuangan usaha skala UMKM dan pengembangan strategi pemasaran melalui digital marketing. Adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan tersebut ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Kelompok jamu Mulya Sari Abadi sehingga diharapkan dapat mengelola usahanya secara optimal, sekaligus agar produk jamunya dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Dengan demikian diharapkan bisa menambah revenue, dan untuk dampak ke depannya usaha Jamu Mulya sari Abadi dapat berkembang dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengukur pengaruh motivasi kerja, beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 130 pegawai PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji regresi linier berganda, uji korelasi berganda, uji R2, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU. Secara parsial beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU. Secara parsial stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU. Secara simultan motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of workload, work stress, and work-life balance on turnover intention at the Excellent Tutoring Institute. The population in this study was 30 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was the saturated sample technique. Data collection methods were interviews and questionnaires. This study used the coefficient of determination test technique, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that workload had a significant effect on affective turnover intention, work stress had a significant effect on turnover intention, and work-life balance did not have a significant effect on turnover intention. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Elfos Dhaf products at TikTok Shop in Indonesia. This study uses a questionnaire data collection method and probability sampling technique. The number of samples used was 100 respondents, which were obtained using the Lemeshow formula. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and partial hypothesis test (t). The results showed that the price variable had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on Elfos Dhaf products, with a significance value of 0.029 (<0.05) and a t-count value of 2.213 (> t-table 1.664). The promotion variable is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.013 (<0.05) and a t-count value of 3.019 (> t-table 1.664). However, the product quality variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, indicated by a significance value of 0.796 (>0.05) and a t-count of 0.259 (<t-table 1.664).

Abstract

The research aims to identify both internal and external factors affecting students' motivation while proposing innovative solutions to enhance their engagement. The study employs a qualitative exploratory approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews and classroom observations to collect data from eleventh-grade students at an Islamic senior high school in Malang, Indonesia. Thematic analysis is used to examine patterns in students' responses, focusing on elements such as anxiety, teaching strategies, and environmental influences. Findings reveal that students’ reluctance stems from multiple factors, including fear of making mistakes, lack of material relevance, monotonous teaching approaches, and limited external support from peers and family. Additionally, technological integration and an engaging classroom atmosphere play a crucial role in shaping students’ motivation. To address these challenges, the study recommends incorporating interactive teaching methods, gamification, and contextual learning strategies. Strengthening teacher-student relationships and introducing ice-breaking activities at the beginning of lessons can help reduce anxiety and foster a more inclusive learning environment. The study concludes that enhancing students' motivation requires a holistic approach, combining pedagogical innovations, supportive learning environments, and family engagement. By implementing these strategies, educators can transform English learning into a more interactive and meaningful experience, ensuring students develop confidence and enthusiasm in mastering the language.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, digitalization of human resource management (HR), and performance appraisal systems on organizational performance with work motivation as a moderation variable. The research was conducted at the Lampung Police Human Resources Bureau involving 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of the study show that leadership, digitization of human resources, and performance appraisal systems have a significant effect on organizational performance. Work motivation has been shown to strengthen the relationship between leadership and human resource digitalization to organizational performance, but does not moderate the relationship between the performance appraisal system and organizational performance. These findings underscore the importance of transformational leadership styles, digitization of human resource management, and a transparent performance appraisal system in improving the effectiveness of public organizations. This research makes theoretical contributions to the human resource management literature as well as practical recommendations for public organizations, particularly in the context of policing.
