Abstract

Currently internet technology has developed rapidly in society. Digital marketing strategies are an alternative way for businesses to reach consumers very broadly and quickly in promoting their products via the internet and to increase sales volume. Digital marketing strategies use media such as websites, social media, databases, as well as digital audio and video to reach a wider audience. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of digital marketing strategy as a product marketing strategy for UD Bintang Antik Sejahtera which can increase its sales turnover as measured using the SWOT matrix. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach using the IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, and SWOT Matrix to measure strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Source of data obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of digital marketing strategies has been successfully implemented through websites, social media, as well as digital audio and video so that there has been an increase in turnover. From the results of the IFAS matrix, it is strong in identifying internal factors, the EFAS matrix is good at responding to existing opportunities and avoiding threats that come from competitors.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the Aztec Code technology to design an Android-based inter-district bus ticket reservation system in South Sulawesi. So far, bus ticket reservations are still made via telephone and even come directly to bus representatives, and the tickets given are still in conventional form. The method used in the implementation uses the Aztec Code, where the Aztec Code will be obtained in digital bus tickets or printed form. Aztec Code is a code that can store alphanumeric information that can be scanned, which makes the Aztec Code easier to read in the scanning process. Furthermore, an Android-based platform is used for smartphone devices in building the system. The result of the research is to design a system that can be used in making bus ticket reservations that are applied to Bintang Prima Makassar, which uses Aztec Code technology and has a good level of ease of reading when scanning the code. Based on the functional testing of the system, valid data is generated.

Abstract

Globalization and the development of science and technology have changed the lifestyle and needs of people around the world. Technology, especially information and communication via the internet, facilitates human activities. Social media plays an important role in education, entertainment, and business. In Indonesia, many people have switched from conventional shopping to online shopping, especially in the Marketplace. Reviews on the internet also influence purchasing decisions. This study analyzes the influence of Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, and Brand Awareness on consumer purchasing decisions in the Shopee Marketplace. The object of this study is Shopee Marketplace consumers related to Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is positivism philosophy, the sample in this study uses the purposive sampling method and data collection using the questionnaire method, literature study, and observation. The results show that all variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, different from previous studies

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi keuangan UMKM, khususnya pada pemilik "Dimsyum by Yuni" di Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. Fokusnya adalah membimbing perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP) dan penyusunan laporan laba rugi sederhana, mengingat pemilik sebelumnya hanya memisahkan modal dan keuntungan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendampingan individual intensif selama satu hari di lokasi usaha, meliputi asesmen kebutuhan, pengumpulan data biaya, perhitungan HPP, dan simulasi laporan laba rugi. Hasilnya, HPP per mika Dimsyum terumuskan Rp 4.944, dengan proyeksi keuntungan Rp 8.056 per mika, serta laporan laba rugi bulanan yang menunjukkan laba bersih substansial. Dampak signifikan adalah peningkatan pemahaman pemilik terhadap struktur biaya, proses HPP, dan interpretasi laporan laba rugi, sehingga ia kini mampu melakukan pencatatan dan perhitungan HPP. Kegiatan ini efektif membekali pemilik UMKM dengan kompetensi finansial fundamental untuk pengelolaan usaha yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan strategi peningkatan kemampuan analisis teks puisi dengan menggunakan metode project best learning yang didukung oleh kartu peran interaktif di kelas X SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya. Kemampuan menulis puisi berperan penting dalam membantu peserta didik memahami perspektif orang lain, mengembangkan empati, serta meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan analisis teks puisi peserta didik setelah penerapan strategi ini. Peserta didik menunjukkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang makna tersirat dan tersurat dalam teks puisi. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif dalam proyek dan interaksi dengan kartu peran interaktif juga meningkatkan keterlibatan dan minat siswa dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, strategi peningkatan kemampuan analisis teks puisi melalui metode project best learning dengan kartu peran interaktif dapat menjadi alternatif efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan pemahaman dan menulis teks puisi bagi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya.

Abstract

The internalisation of constructivism theory in the learning process highlights the main problems that are still often encountered in the world of education, namely the tendency of PAI teachers to position students as passive recipients of knowledge and conventional ways of learning. This research uses the literature study method by examining various scientific sources related to constructivism theory and its implementation in learning. The results showed that constructivism in PAI places students as active subjects who construct knowledge through experience and interaction, while the teacher acts as a facilitator who guides the critical and reflective thinking process. This approach has advantages in encouraging independence, creativity, and deeper understanding in students, but also faces challenges in the form of time requirements, teacher readiness, and limited resources in large classes. This research confirms the importance of applying constructivism to create meaningful learning that is relevant to learners' needs, while recommending the need for teacher training and adjustments to the learning environment so that this approach can be implemented optimally.

Abstract

UMKM kreatif berbasis kerajinan tradisional sering menghadapi keterbatasan literasi digital dan pengelolaan pemasaran digital yang belum terstruktur. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi digital marketing secara kolaboratif pada Martha Onyx Tulungagung, UMKM kreatif di sektor kerajinan marmer dan onyx. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif berbasis pendampingan yang melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa magang, dan mitra UMKM, melalui pendampingan digital marketing, pendidikan berkelanjutan, serta peningkatan pemahaman industri kreatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi, dokumentasi, dan umpan balik mitra. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan digital marketing, konsistensi konten, interaksi digital, serta kepercayaan diri mitra dalam mengelola platform digital. Program ini juga menghasilkan luaran digital yang meningkatkan visibilitas produk dan jangkauan pasar. Temuan ini menegaskan efektivitas pendekatan co-creation dalam memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM kreatif. Program lanjutan disarankan menerapkan pendampingan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Local language learning plays a crucial role in developing students’ language skills while simultaneously preserving local cultural values. This study aims to describe the Akrupama speaking skills of tenth-grade students at Takalar State Senior High School in Makassarese language learning, with a particular focus on pronunciation, intonation, speaking expression, and interpretation. The study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research participants consisted of 34 students from class X MIPA 1, selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through an Akrupama speaking skills test, classroom observation, and documentation, and were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The findings indicate that, overall, students’ Akrupama speaking skills fall into the competent category. A total of 85% of the students achieved scores of 75 or higher, in accordance with the school’s Minimum Mastery Criteria, with a class mean score of 79, which is categorized as good. Aspect-based analysis reveals that pronunciation and intonation are relatively better mastered than speaking expression and interpretation, which still show lower levels of mastery. These results suggest that students’ main challenges are not limited to linguistic competence but also involve affective and performative factors, such as self-confidence and expressive ability. Overall, the study confirms that Akrupama instruction through rupama is effective in enhancing students’ Makassarese speaking skills. The findings underscore the importance of strengthening more varied and performance-oriented instructional strategies to improve the quality of students’ speaking skills in local language learning.

Abstract

Educational management is increasingly complex due to policy changes, technological advancements, and dynamic social demands. These conditions require management approaches that are both systemic and context-sensitive. This study aims to systematically examine the application of organisational system theory and contingency theory in educational management and to identify patterns of their integration. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. A total of 33 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2015 and 2024 were retrieved from Scopus, Google Scholar, and DOAJ databases. Data were analysed using a thematic synthesis approach based on theoretical focus and implementation context. The findings indicate that organisational system theory emphasises integration, interdependence among subsystems, and organisational sustainability, while contingency theory highlights leadership flexibility and alignment between management strategies and environmental conditions. The integration of these two theories provides a more comprehensive and adaptive framework for improving educational management effectiveness, particularly within Islamic educational institutions. This study contributes to the development of context-sensitive and sustainable educational management theory.

Abstract

This study examines the role of instructional supervision in strengthening teacher competence, with a specific focus on the mediating influence of teacher self-efficacy. Despite the recognized importance of supervision in educational improvement, existing literature remains fragmented regarding how supervisory practices, teacher confidence, and competence are interconnected. A structured literature review was conducted, systematically searching peer-reviewed articles from major databases including Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, and ScienceDirect, using keywords such as “instructional supervision,” “teacher competence,” and “teacher self-efficacy.” Studies published in English between 2000 and 2024 that addressed supervision in school contexts and reported theoretical or empirical findings on teacher competence were included, while non-peer-reviewed and unrelated studies were excluded. The review synthesized findings from diverse methodological designs using thematic analysis, identifying three key patterns: instructional supervision improves pedagogical practice through structured guidance and feedback, teacher self-efficacy mediates the translation of supervisory input into competence gains, and collaborative and reflective supervision approaches amplify both confidence and performance. The analysis highlights that effective supervision is most impactful when it addresses cognitive, behavioral, and affective dimensions of teacher development, integrating practical support with psychological empowerment. The novelty of this review lies in positioning teacher self-efficacy as a central mechanism linking supervision and competence, offering a more holistic understanding than previously reported in isolated studies. These findings have significant implications for educational policy and practice, suggesting that school leaders and supervisors should implement developmental, collaborative, and self-efficacy enhancing supervisory models to optimize teacher professional growth and instructional quality across diverse educational settings.
