Abstract

The local government of South Sumatera Province and their people have desire to become a National Energy Stock (Lumbung Energi Nasional) is realistic. It is supported by the huge potential of energy resources and many kinds of nonrenewable energy (fossil) and renewable energy (nonfossil). Strategic position and basic infrastructure in this region support this plan. To realize this plan is needed direction and policy scenario as a reference in formulating the regional development program in order to support the realization of National Energy Stock. Based on the analysis of the existing strengths and opportunities, seven policies can be formulated to realize the National Energy Stock. Abstract

Bay has an important role for regional development.Bay can be functioned as an “economic installation” such as harbor, marine industry, fishery, and tourism area but in other side it has a lot of problems. Generally, bay is an outlet of river flow areawith the result that sedimentation and pollution are always happened in this area. Based on this situation, bay management should consider the influence of the upland area. Handling bay will be more effectively if it handles together with river flow area comprehensively.That why it is important to use the approach of bay management based on river flow area like Kendari Bay in Kendari City, the Province of Sulawesi Tenggara. Kendari Bay is part of the system of Wanggu River Flow Area. This river flow area covers the District of Konawe Selatan and Kendari City. Kendari Bay has been facing serious problem of water shallow caused by sedimentation.

Abstract

Most of Country Border Area in Indonesia are underdeveloped area with limited social and economic infrastructure. On the adjacent area, the neighbor country such as Malaysia that adjacent with Sumatera already developed growth centersand border corridors with so many economic activities and trade. The disparity among country can not be avoided, mostly in economic aspect. To develop Country Border Area as equal with neighbor country and surrounding area, it is needed policy to establish Economic Development Area (KPE) in Country BorderArea. KPE is an area consist of some districts in border area that functionally bond to develop integrated superior economic. One of KPE developed is KPE Bagansiapiapi in Riau Province that adjacent with Malaysia. It has strategic location and abundant natural resources, but limited infrastructure as a constrainon economic development. For that reason, it is needed to formulate KPE Bagansiapiapi Strategic Plan based on agropolitan-marine integrated development area (AMIDA) concept.

Abstract

The development of an environmentally friendly transportation sector is a sustainable development effort that has a significant role in regional economic growth and reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. This research aims to identify the transportation subsector that has the strongest backward and forward linkages as a key regional economic subsector and analyze the economic and environmental impacts, mainly the increase in carbon emissions in the transportation sector due to an increase in final demand. This research uses an environmentally extended input-output (EEIO) analysis approach, with a case study of this research in the Yogyakarta Special Region Province (D.I. Yogyakarta). The primary data used is the Input-Output (I-O) table for D.I. Yogyakarta Province, which includes 52 sectors in 2016, and inventory data for D.I. Yogyakarta Province's greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Results of the simulation carried out show an increase in final demand by 25%, which will provide three impacts, namely direct impacts, indirect impacts, and induced effects on the transportation sector by creating a gross added value (NTB) of IDR 4,528,778.968 million, but at the same time, greenhouse gas emissions of 618.091 GgCO2e were also produced. The air transportation subsector is a subsector that has relatively strong direct and indirect backward and forward linkages, with a contribution to NTB of IDR 3,000,696.019 million and GHG emissions released by this subsector of 461.669 GgCO2e. Efforts to mitigate these emissions need to be made in stages by diffusing clean technology, and an effective, efficient, and sustainable transportation system.   Abstrak Pengembangan sektor transportasi yang ramah lingkungan merupakan upaya pembangunan berkelanjutan yang memiliki peran signifikan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah dan penurunan emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi subsektor transportasi yang memiliki keterkaitan ke belakang dan ke depan yang paling kuat sebagai subsektor ekonomi kunci wilayah, dan menganalisis dampak ekonomi dan lingkungan khususnya kenaikan emisi GRK terhadap sektor transportasi yang disebabkan adanya peningkatan permintaan akhir (final demand). Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis environmentally extended input-output (EEIO), dengan studi kasus penelitian ini di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (D.I. Yogyakarta). Data utama yang digunakan adalah Tabel Input-Output (I-O) Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta yang meliputi 52 sektor tahun 2016 dan data inventarisasi emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta. Hasil simulasi yang dilakukan adanya peningkatan permintaan akhir sebesar 25%, yang akan memberikan tiga dampak, yaitu dampak langsung, dampak tidak langsung, dan dampak imbasan (induced effects) terhadap sektor transportasi dengan menciptakan nilai tambah bruto (NTB) sebesar Rp4.528.778,968 juta, namun pada saat bersamaan dihasilkan pula emisi gas rumah kaca sebesar 618,091 GgCO2e. Subsektor transportasi udara merupakan subsektor yang memiliki keterkaitan langsung dan tidak langsung ke belakang dan ke depan yang relatif kuat dengan kontribusi terhadap NTB sebesar Rp3.000.696,019 juta dan emisi GRK yang dikeluarkan oleh subsektor ini sebesar 461,669 GgCO2e. Upaya memitigasi emisi ini perlu dilakukan secara bertahap dengan mendifusikan teknologi bersih dan sistem transportasi yang efektif, efisien dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Maluku Utara, khususnya kawasan pertambangan kepulauan Halmahera, merupakan salah satu pusat industri pertambangan terbesar di Indonesia, sangat krusial bertransformasi menjadi desa cerdas lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari knowledge gap dan empirical/practical gap dengan metode analisis bibliometrik pada pustaka digital Scopus selama satu dekade. Hasil analisis bibliometrik menunjukkan istilah “village mining” dan “village environment” sebagai fokus utama yang terbagi menjadi tiga klaster: (1) “data mining” dengan pendekatan komputasional, (2) “environmental monitoring” dan “risk assessment” untuk konservasi lingkungan, serta (3) aspek manusia yang menyoroti dampak social, ekonomi dan kesehatan. Sinergi lintas disiplin menjadi kunci dalam mendukung model desa cerdas lingkungan. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan survei empiris dan tinjauan teoretis guna menyusun model kematangan baru hasil validasi empiris.Kata Kunci: Model Kematangan, Desa Cerdas Lingkungan, Analisis Bibliometrik, Maluku Utara.

Abstract

The growth of residential areas in peri-urban regions of metropolitan areas such as Jabodetabek demonstrates high complexity due to the dynamic interaction between population growth, land use, and environmental degradation. This study aims to develop a dynamic system-based simulation model using a scenario approach to analyze sustainable residential area management policies. The scenarios were developed consists of no intervention, pessimistic, moderate, and optimistic based on parameters such as local government commitment, regional capacity improvement, and the rate of incoming migration. The simulation results indicate that the optimistic scenario is the most effective in controlling population size (a reduction of 29.14%), limiting residential expansion (a 58.57% decrease in the settlement area ratio), and improving the quality of the physical environment (a 95.18% increase) by the year 2040. The findings recommend strengthening spatial planning policies through enhanced cross-sectoral coordination, vertical housing development, and migration control. Although the model has limitations due to its assumption of a fixed system and the exclusion of external dynamics, this research provides valuable insights for the development of dynamic system-based policies in the sustainable planning of complex metropolitan regions.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the Jakarta-Bogor commuter rail line on the intensity of residential area development around the stations and its potential in supporting transit-oriented development in the future. The research highlights the crucial role of the commuter train in integrating various regions, creating networks that influence regional development, particularly in areas around the stations. Qualitative methodology is employed, including field observations and semi-structured interviews with stakeholders such as real estate developers, property agents, and government institutions. The findings indicate that the commuter train significantly affects the development of low-density housing around the stations. This underscores the need for government oversight to manage the rapid urbanization in these areas by promoting the realization of high-density residential areas supported by various spatial functions, as prerequisites for Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) in the Jabodetabek region. The study recommends revising spatial planning around the stations to encourage a synergistic approach between public transportation and urban area development, as well as urban redevelopment or revitalization.

Abstract

The smart environment maturity model for sustainable mining village areas in North Maluku Province has become a primary demand for the transformation towards sustainable green smart villages. North Maluku, one of Indonesia's largest mining industry provinces, includes the Halmahera and Obi archipelagos as sources of nickel, iron ore/sand, gold, and silver mines. This study aims to develop a maturity model that integrates Indonsian regulations to support green industry implementation in mining villages. The methodology employs Systematic Literature Review to identify Critical Success Factors (CSFs), validated through expert judgment using 5-point Likert scale assessment. The research results yield eight key dimensions, 25 sub-dimensions, and five maturity levels: underdeveloped, developing, self-reliant, advanced, and smart villages. Expert validation achieved an overall average score of 3.65/5.0, indicating moderate acceptance with improvement areas identified in local culture and technology dimensions. The developed framework provides a foundation for environmental informatics applications and decision support systems in rural development contexts. The model addresses national regulations concerning green industry while providing an adaptive framework for archipelago regions, serving as a reference for policy formulation and village fund allocation based on environmental indicators.

Abstract

In the year 2023, Indonesia has more than 40 botanical gardens. The garden has an essential role as the last defence in terms of plant conservation in Indonesia. However, some problems are commonly faced in the daily management process of plant collections, especially in the inspection of plant collection activity. There are no proper records of inspection activity, wrong identification of plant collection identity, inefficient reporting system, and the lack of visualisation documentation are part of the issues. Considering the essential inspection activity of plant collection in terms of conservation in the botanical garden, the use of a QR code that is integrated into the information system of plant collection management could be an alternative to be implemented to solve the issues. The implementation of the QR code can help to identify plant collection identity, history of collection and reporting process. Every plant collection will have an identity card with a QR code. Inspection officers can access the plant collection data by scanning the QR code using a smartphone. Thus, wrong identification could be minimised, reporting process could be more efficient, and inspection activity could be recorded as a history of plant collection. In addition, basic information about plant collection can also be accessed by visitors to educate them about biodiversity and conservation.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif, yang dilakukandi SDN 1 Batu Tegi Kec. Air Naningan Kab. Tanggamus terutama pada tingkatan kelas V. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan empat metode penelitian, yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Menggunakan jenis sumber data primer dan sekunder dengan hasil dari wawancara, observasi, dandokumentasi tersebut kemudian dianalisis. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi data yaitu membandingkan data hasil observasi dengan data hasil wawancara yang disertai dengan dokumentasi sebagai pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Internet dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN 1 Batu Tegi Kelas V, adalah media pembelajaran yang meliputi Whatsapp, Youtube, Google Classroom, Google-Formulir (G-Form), Zoom atau Google Meeting, serta situs Website. Sehingga dalam pemanfaatan media disebutkan bahwa siswa bisa menggunakan dan mengoperasikan media pembelajaran yang berbasis internet dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dengan baik dan benar.
