Abstract

Konsep kewirausahaan pada anak usia dini seringkali disepelekan karena dianggap anak usia dini belum mampu memecahkan suatu masalah ekonomi layaknya orang dewasa, namun yang perlu disadari bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan pada anak sejak dini akan mempengaruhi daya pikir, perbuatan, serta mengasah potensi diri agar mampu bersaing dan mengahadapi tantangan kehidupan khususnya dalam kewirausahaan dimasa mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dapat menguraiakan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang dapat ditanamkan pada anak melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kajian pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyusun sumber referensi yang berasal dari artikel jurnal, buku, e-book, penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dan mendukung peneliti. Hasil kajian diperoleh penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada pembelajaran PAUD dapat melalui kisah inspiratif, kegiatan karyawisata ke tempat kewirausahaan, bermain peran berkaitan dengan kewirausahaan, bercocok tanam, membuat sebuah produk. Kegiatan kewirausahaan dilingkungan anak usia dini disesuaikan pada tahap perkembangannya yang berorientasi pada bermain seraya belajar. Adapun saran pada penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua dan masyarakat harus bekerjasama dalam memfasilitasi dan mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran anak khususnya pada penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan sejak dini, dengan melihat kemajuan dari berbagai aspek dan tuntutan kehidupan yang harus dipenuhi setiap individu, setiap orang dewasa perlu memperhatikan masa depan generasi penerusnya.

Abstract

Activities together or in groups to achieve mutually agreed goals so that children's cooperative skills are born through good interaction. Cooking class is one of the concrete activities that can stimulate early childhood cooperation. The method used in this study is classroom action research of the PTK participant type with 2 cycles. Using PTK steps preaction, planning, action, observation, reflection. Using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques observation, documentation and interviews. Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques with percentages with stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion (verification). The results of the study showed an increase in cooperation between children aged 5-6 years at KB Subulussalam, Cibeber District after carrying out cooking class activities cycle I action 1 developed an average class of 30% and action 2 developed 40%. Cycle II action 1 developed the average class is still 40% action 2 developed the average class 60%, meaning the average class development at the end of the cycle was 42.5% of all subjects studied. The level of child improvement at the end of the cycle was 9 children (60%) Developing According to Expectations and 6 children (40%) Developing Very Well. Based on the results of the level of improvement obtained from this study, the cooking class activity can be a learning activity to improve cooperation of children aged 5-6 years at KB Subulussalam, Cibeber District, even though it has not reached the criteria of Developing Very Well. Abstract

Many young children haven't had varied and meaningful experiences with nature-based science, even though nature provides numerous resources for early childhood learning. Nature is also a wonderful place for learning, allowing children to explore their surroundings. Many children also don't know that sprouts are made from mung beans, fermented using only the simple ingredient of mung beans.Therefore, this study aims to apply nature-based science learning to improve children's cognitive abilities through planting mung bean seeds in children aged 5-6 years at Buah Hati Ibu PAUD. The research method used was qualitative with descriptive methods. The subjects in this study were educators and children in group B. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of the study show that the application of nature-based learning through the activity of planting mung bean seeds improves children's cognitive abilities. Children appear more enthusiastic and active, and are directly involved in every stage of the process, from planning to successful activities. This activity also builds self-confidence, independence, exploration, learning to plant mung bean seeds has been proven effective in developing critical thinking skills in children. In addition, children can also know the growth of sprouts/beans produced from mung beans.
