This type of research is Quantitative Associative which aims to determine the effect of motivation variables and interest in learning on improving student achievement / learning outcomes both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study were all class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan with a sample size of 30 people taken by purposive sampling, namely sampling techniques carried out on the basis of certain considerations of the researcher. The results of this study indicate that learning motivation partially and significantly affects student learning outcomes with a t value = 3.527> t table = 1.662, with a significance value of 0.02 <0.05. Meanwhile, the learning interest variable partially and significantly affects learning outcomes with a t value of 4.479 > t table = 1.662, with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Simultaneously, motivation and interest in learning affect the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan with a value of Fhitung = 6.406> Ftabel = 3.35 The percentage of influence is 39%. These results also explain that the higher the motivation and interest in learning students, the greater the learning outcomes and vice versa. Students with high motivation and interest in learning tend to be more active in learning and vice versa. This research is very important especially in the field of education because it greatly affects the success of a school where high motivation and interest can improve students' abilities so that it has an impact on achieving good and quality learning outcomes, the title we discuss is very interesting to be discussed by further researchers in depth, especially in learning interests that have not been directed to the majors that are really wanted to increase the achievement of student learning outcomes that are superior and can compete with existing majors in vocational schools.

This study explores the curriculum implementation in modern Islamic boarding schools, focusing on Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor (PMDG). Using a library research approach, data were gathered from books, journals, and online resources. The findings reveal that the Arabic language learning curriculum at PMDG is highly effective due to several supporting factors. Firstly, the immersive language environment extends beyond classrooms into extracurricular activities, applying a guided 24-hour system monitored by the kyai. Secondly, a disciplinary system enforces language usage through specific sanctions for rule violations. Thirdly, the curriculum prioritizes Arabic as the primary medium of instruction. Lastly, the leaders’ consistent use of Arabic serves as a role model for students. This curriculum not only enhances Arabic proficiency but also strengthens students' identity and understanding, contributing positively to Islamic society.

Kasus PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) menunjukkan betapa pentingnya pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap direksi menurut hukum korporasi Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk pertanggungjawaban pidana direksi Jiwasraya yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan investasi yang tidak transparan, yang mengakibatkan kerugian negara dalam jumlah besar. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan serta praktik hukum yang relevan. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang dan teori hukum pidana korporasi, ditemukan bahwa tindakan para direksi memenuhi unsur-unsur tindak pidana korupsi dan pencucian uang. Direksi bertanggung jawab secara pribadi karena menyalahgunakan kewenangan jabatan demi keuntungan pribadi. Kasus ini menjadi contoh penting bahwa tanggung jawab pidana tidak dapat dilepaskan hanya karena pelaku berada dalam struktur korporasi. Penegakan hukum yang tegas terhadap direksi Jiwasraya memperlihatkan upaya perlindungan terhadap keuangan negara dan kepercayaan publik terhadap BUMN.

Self-efficacy has long been recognized as a critical factor influencing employee performance; however, empirical evidence indicates that its impact is often indirect, requiring the role of mediating variables. This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance through McClelland’s achievement motivation as a mediating variable in PT. Buana Tengka Garment. Employing a quantitative survey method, data were collected from 92 respondents selected using Slovin’s formula from a population of 120 employees. Regression analysis and Sobel test results reveal that self-efficacy does not directly affect performance but significantly influences achievement motivation, which in turn significantly impacts performance. Furthermore, achievement motivation is found to significantly mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and performance. These findings imply that improving employees’ self-efficacy must be accompanied by strategies to strengthen achievement motivation, such as setting challenging targets, implementing performance-based rewards, and providing constructive feedback, to optimize performance in labor-intensive industries

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi Penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai upaya dalam mencegah kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) di masyarakat Indonesia. Banyaknya kasus KDRT yang bisa merusak nilai-nilai Pancasila dan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia menjadi latar belakang adanya pengkajian ini. Pengkajian ini berpendekatan kualitatif secara menghimpun data dari sebagian jurnal yang telah ada dengan metode analisis deskriptif data. Pengkajian ini menampilkan bila banyaknya kasus KDRT memerlukan upaya yang signifikan, misalnya ialah penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Bisa dibuat simpulanya bila nilai-nilai Pancasila memiliki peran penting guna mencegah KDRT serta menjadi acuan guna menetapkan hukum yang adil.
