Abstract

أما أهداف هذا البحث هي معرفة تطوير المادة التعليمية الوحدة الإلكترونية (e-modul) لتنمية مهارة القراءة في الفصل العاشر بالمدرس الثانوية بحر العلوم تامباك براس جومبانج ولمعرفة فعالية تطوير المادة التعليمية الوحدة الإلكترونية (e-modul) لتنمية مهارة القراءة في الفصل العاشر بالمدرسة الثانوية بحر العلوم تامباك براس جومبانج. تستخدم هذه الدراسة نموذج ADDIE. يتم إنشاء جمع البيانات عن طريق الملاحظة والاستبانة والمقابلة والاختبار. أظهرت نتائج التحقق من خبراء المواد 4.5 ٪ والتطبيق العملي من خبراء المواد التي أظهرت 90 ٪ وخبراء الإعلام بنسبة 4.9 ٪ والتطبيق العملي من خبراء الإعلام التي أظهرت 95 ٪. بناءً على ذلك، فإن الوسائط التي تم تطويرها للتأهيل لائق جدًا تشير نتائج تصميم الوسائط التعليمية التي أجراها الباحثة إلى أن التعلم باستخدام المادة التعليمية الوحدة الإلكترونية. وتثبت من خلال قيمة سيج. (2 - الذيل) من اختبار ما بعد أصغر من سيج. 0.05وهو 0.000 استنتاج هذه النتائج هو يوجد الفرق الدال بين كفاءة الطالبات التي لايعلمن بإستخدام المادة التعليمية وحدة الإلكترونية ويعلمن بإستخدامها مقبول.

Abstract

Quality management at the moment is a phenomenon that requires special attention for a college, especially private colleges. This means that private universities, especially private universities in the city of Bandung to always be directed at improving quality activities. Because otherwise the private university lacks a place in the hearts of society that ultimately threatens its existence. A publicist is the bridge or the first path of an image that is formed in the community at a particular institution. The importance of applying this public relations strategy in marketing universities in every institution that requires the performance of a publicist to help the course of a work program, as well as public relations can maintain the image of an institution in the institution, so that an institution can be recognized and trusted by public relations strategy. Thus the focus of this study is the quality management of universities related to the study of the influence of visionary leadership and lecturer performance on the quality of the university.

Abstract

This research conducted to probe the outcome of CSR on reading comprehension across reading motivation. Moreover, this research aims to investigate the modification concerning the students taught with CSR and the students taught with conventional strategy on reading comprehension. Nonetheless, the variance between the students with intrinsic reading motivation and extrinsic reading motivation on reading comprehension, and the interaction within CSR and students reading motivation on reading comprehension. This research used quasi-experimental research.  Furthermore, the sample of this research was two classes of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 12 Malang. However, the instrument that used in this research was posttest and questionnaire, and examined by SPSS Version 20. The result revealed that the students taught by using CSR have higher score than the conventional strategy. CSR was effective students’ reading comprehension. The outcomes point out that students’ reading motivation does not affect to CSR on reading comprehension. In contrast, it has no interaction between CSR and the reading motivation.

Abstract

Introduction: High motivation to become a volunteer affects the effort given by someone to work. They involve themselves in disaster management activities that aim at the goal of helping and rescuing victims, as provisions for quick and precise rescue of victims, volunteers need disaster management knowledge so that the rescue of disaster victims is helped and the rescue achieves the desired goals. Objectives:  The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation to become a volunteer and knowledge of disaster management in Surabaya. Methods: The research design was analytic observational with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique uses Probability Sampling using simple random sampling. The population of Surabaya volunteers with a sample technique using simple random sampling obtained a sample of 50 respondents. Instrument used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rho test with a degree of significance ρ≤ 0.05 Results: The results showed that most respondents had high motivation to become volunteers. Most respondents had a good level of knowledge related to disaster management. And obtained a relationship between motivation to become a volunteer and knowledge of disaster management in Surabaya. From the statistical results of the Spearman rho test, it shows the value of r = 0.357 with a value of p = 0.011 Conclusions:  The implication of this research is that high motivation makes it easy for volunteers to learn about disaster management science and vice versa

Abstract

Abstract In learning Arabic, teachers generally only convey the lecture method or only use one method and students tend to get bored. the teacher also only conveys the main things that are considered important only in language without any practice of what is learned, therefore the media is present as one of the components supporting the success of the teaching and learning process. the researcher chose one of the media, namely chain whisper media because it was considered effective and helpful for students of class 8 MTS in improving students' listening and speaking skills. With the aim to find out how student activities, students' istima development and to find out how the results of the implementation of Whispers in Chains on class VIII students of mts assunniyyah Using descriptive qualitative methods, types of field research, technical data analysis using data reduction, and data validity, namely triangulation of the application of the whisper method chain, makes students more active and not bored, in training language skills makes it easier for students to receive material and information, especially in maharah istimak, and creates a sense of cooperation between students so that the atmosphere of learning activities is not burdensome. The influence of significant student learning outcomes in learning makes this method acceptable. Keywords: method, chain whisper game, istima’.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model concept and its implementation in the Independent Curriculum in elementary schools. The research method used is the literature review research method, namely comparing data from several journals, which have been analyzed and summarized based on the author's experience, existing theories, and models. This research shows that Problem-Based Learning is a learning approach that emphasizes solving meaningful problems for students. PBL engages students in authentic problem-solving, enabling the collaborative development of high-level knowledge and skills. The goal is to create contextual and relevant learning experiences to prepare students with problem-solving skills that can be applied in real life. Implementing PBL involves five main steps: 1) student orientation to the problem. 2) Organizing students. 3) Guiding individual and group investigations. 4) Develop and present the results of the work. 5) Analysis and evaluation of the problem-solving process. Although PBL has advantages, such as increasing student motivation and building critical skills, it also has disadvantages related to dependence on the teacher's role and challenges in managing classrooms with diverse students. Thus, PBL prepares students with knowledge and forms students into individuals who are ready to face the challenges of daily life and the future. It is very relevant to the independent curriculum.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to describe the Canva application as an interactive medium for learning. The research method used is the literature review research method, namely comparing data from several journals, which have been analyzed and summarized based on the author's experience, existing theories, and models. The results show that Canva, as a graphic design application, plays a crucial role in learning by facilitating teacher creativity and developing communicative learning media. With a simple interface and complete editing features, Canva makes it easy for teachers to create various learning materials, from posters to videos. However, Canva has some drawbacks, such as paid features and limitations of the free version. The solution is Canva Pro Education with email Belajar.id, providing free access to premium features. With various templates, Canva is an effective tool for improving the quality of learning and supporting teacher creativity. Examples of interactive learning media, such as student worksheets, learning videos, PowerPoint presentations, and educational game cards, can be easily created via Canva. In this way, Canva positively contributes to creating exciting and varied learning.

Abstract

Learning the art of movement and dance cannot be separated from the name music, they are interconnected to complement each other. Learning the art of movement and dance at RA Tanjung Morawa introduces simple dance movements that are easy for young children to imitate. The aim of this article is to be able to apply it to children. This qualitative article uses data collection techniques, observations, interviews and documentation. The results of learning movement arts and dance for children using the method: 1) Introduction to movement in dance. 2) Achievements of indicators that children can achieve well-developed aspects of art and physical motor skills. 3) Play using children's musical instruments while doing simple dance movements.

Abstract

Business is growing into one reason to obtain forecasting in the plan to realize small business activities that will be built in the outskirts of Surabaya, whether the investment in this business establishment is feasible and in a period of time some of the business can stabilize its investment. for it needs to do a research on business feasibility studies that will be reviewed from bebagai related aspects. this effort is a concept of group effort trying to sell a variety of in planning the establishment of the project with the development of a more specific menu that aims to strengthen the image of the store in efforts to gain competitive advantage from competitors around the suburbs.This business feasibility study is also to determine the amount of required investment funds, existing market share, and any constraints that may occur in the process of establishing the type of business shop. As for the objectives to be achieved from the results of this study dalah to conduct business feasibility analysis in terms of various aspects, namely market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects, financial and financial aspects, and social aspects.

Abstract

Aplikasi TikTok merupakan aplikasi yang pada era digital saat ini digemari oleh masyarakat umum khususnya anak muda. Perkembangan TikTok saat ini telah pada titik terdapat marketplace yang menjadi satu wujud aplikasi dengan TikTok yang dinamakan TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop dapat menjadi media bisnis yang relevan bagi pelaku usaha yang belum dapat melakukan marketing atau pemasaran dan penjualan dalam aspek yang besar, sehingga dapat meningkatkan bisnis pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini dilandaskan dengan metode kualitatif dengan mengkaji penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang diuraikan dalam pembahasan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha dapat mengembangkan omzet dengan turut serta meggunakan TikTok Shop, sebagai salah satu media sosial yang sedang diminati banyak khalayak umum. Adapun pemasaran dapat dilakukan secara kreatif dan informatif melalui video-video pendek sebagai penunjang pengembangan omzet bisnis.
