The improvement of attitude and disciplinary behavior of vocational school students in using personal protective equipment is part of standard operating procedures according to applicable regulations. Desk research is used as a method of the study. The purpose of the study is to examine and provide policy suggestions to improve student disciplinary attitudes and behavior when working in a culinary workshop/laboratory/kitchen.. The results of the study show that 1) the attitude and behavior of student work discipline in practicing using personal protective equipment are still not fully following the rules of law work safety and healthy; 2) the practice room is not equipped with a set of personal protective equipment including pictures/posters of occupational safety and health. This study concludes that the use of personal protective equipment as part of efforts to establish a work ethic and graduate competence is important for the implementation of workplace safety and health in line with the demands of the world of work in the era of globalization. It is concluded that the implementation of occupational safety and health using personal protective equipment has not been enforced in compliance with legislative requirements and needs to be incorporated as part of the profile of vocational high school graduates.

Disruption in higher education due to the impact of Covid-19 pandemic has forced universities to adapt to distance learning by utilizing information and communication technology. At the same time, the quality of learning must be maintained and prioritized. The problem discussed in this study is that there is no standard for quality assurance of distance learning in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic for higher education. This study aims to (1) analyze policies related to distance learning quality assurance and (2) analyze the efforts made by universities in implementing quality assurance. This study is desk research where the analysis is carried out in two stages. The first stage is to review policies related to distance learning quality assurance, and the second stage is to analyze the implementation of quality assurance in three state universities and five private universities. The results show that (a) the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System varies, and (b) there is no standard that can be used as a reference to ensure the quality of distance learning. This study concludes that the strengthening of internal quality assurance system through the cycle of determination, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement can be used as an alternative to quality assurance for distance learning in higher education.

This research is an expalanotory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 35 people. The objectives of this study are 1). To analyze and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline which have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Manggarai Regency DPRD secretariat employees. 2) To test and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance in the secretariat staff of DPRD Manggarai Regency. 3) To see the variables that have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Manggarai Regency DPRD secretariat employees. The results showed that: 1). Simultaneously, organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the Manggarai Regency DPRD Secretariat as evidenced by the result of the calculated F value of 3,348 with a significance value of 0.02 which means less than 0.05. 2). Partially, organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the Manggarai Regency DPRD secretariat. 3). Based on the test results, it is known that organizational culture affects the performance of employees at the Manggarai Regency DPRD secretariat; as evidenced by the t value is 5.583 with a significance level of 0.001 (less than 0.05). This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 74 employees. The objectives of this study are 1). To test and analyze whether HR competencies, individual characteristics, and morale have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. 2). To test and analyze whether HR competencies have a significant effect on employee performance at Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. 3.) To test and analyze whether individual characteristics have a significant effect on the employee performance of Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. 4.) To test and analyze whether morale has a significant effect on employee performance at Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. The results showed that 1.) The Purpose of study are 1). To describe the Sumenep District Health Office. 2). To test and analyze whether communication and emotional intelligence partially have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office. 3). To test and analyze whether communication and emotional intelligence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office. 4). To test and analyze which variables between communication and emotional intelligence have a dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 142 employees. The results showed that 1). Partially, communication and emotional intelligence are responded very well by respondents so that they have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office, proven to be true and the hypothesis is accepted. 2). Simultaneously, communication and emotional intelligence are responded very meaningfully / very well by the respondents so that they have a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office, it is proven and the hypothesis is accepted. 3). Communication has a dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office, proven to be true and the hypothesis is accepted.

Describe the Principal leadership, managerial abilities and the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency. 2) Find out and test whether the principal's leadership and managerial abilities have a simultaneous and significant influence on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency. 3) Find out and test whether the principal's leadership and managerial abilities have a partial and significant influence on the performance of the teachers of SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency. 4.) Find out and test which variables between the principal's leadership and managerial abilities have a dominant influence on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency. This type of research is expalanotory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 36 employees. The results showed that: 1). The leadership of the Principal (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the improvement of the teacher performance of SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana Kaimana Regency, it is proven to be true and the hypothesis is accepted. 2). Managerial ability (X2) has a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency, it is proven and the hypothesis is accepted.

To find out and describe the object or research subject at the Puskesmas Dasuk, Sumenep Regency. 2). To test and analyze work experience, supervision and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Dasuk Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency simultaneously. 3.) To know and analyze work experience, supervision and work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Dasuk Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The results showed that 1.) Work experience is a measure of the length of time or years of work that the health center employees have taken in understanding the duties of a job and have done it well. Supervision is a process to ensure that organizational goals in the Puskesmas Dasuk management are achieved. Work discipline is an attitude of the willingness and willingness of employees to comply with and obey the norms of work regulations at the Dasuk Puskesmas that apply around them. 2.)
