Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : mengenal, menganalisa dan menguji peran kompetensi dalam sumberdaya manusia, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi pada performa kerja karyawan di bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 42 pegawai, metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling method. Instrumen analisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil-hasil menunjukkan bahwa : 1) secara serempak, kompetensi sumberdaya manusia, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi mempunyai akibat signifikan pada performa kerja pegawai bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang; 2) kompetensi sumberdaya manusia, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada performa kerja pegawai bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang; 3) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada performa kerja pegawai bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang ; 4) komunikasi mempunyai organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi pengaruh signifikan pada ; 5) berdasarkan hasil-hasil uji, diketahui bahwa kompetensi sumberdaya manusia mempunyai pengaruh dominan pada performa kerja pegawai bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang.

Abstract

The improvement of attitude and disciplinary behavior of vocational school students in using personal protective equipment is part of standard operating procedures according to applicable regulations. Desk research is used as a method of the study. The purpose of the study is to examine and provide policy suggestions to improve student disciplinary attitudes and behavior when working in a culinary workshop/laboratory/kitchen.. The results of the study show that 1) the attitude and behavior of student work discipline in practicing using personal protective equipment are still not fully following the rules of law work safety and healthy; 2) the practice room is not equipped with a set of personal protective equipment including pictures/posters of occupational safety and health. This study concludes that the use of personal protective equipment as part of efforts to establish a work ethic and graduate competence is important for the implementation of workplace safety and health in line with the demands of the world of work in the era of globalization. It is concluded that the implementation of occupational safety and health using personal protective equipment has not been enforced in compliance with legislative requirements and needs to be incorporated as part of the profile of vocational high school graduates.

Abstract

Disruption in higher education due to the impact of Covid-19 pandemic has forced universities to adapt to distance learning by utilizing information and communication technology. At the same time, the quality of learning must be maintained and prioritized. The problem discussed in this study is that there is no standard for quality assurance of distance learning in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic for higher education. This study aims to (1) analyze policies related to distance learning quality assurance and (2) analyze the efforts made by universities in implementing quality assurance. This study is desk research where the analysis is carried out in two stages. The first stage is to review policies related to distance learning quality assurance, and the second stage is to analyze the implementation of quality assurance in three state universities and five private universities. The results show that (a) the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System varies, and (b) there is no standard that can be used as a reference to ensure the quality of distance learning. This study concludes that the strengthening of internal quality assurance system through the cycle of determination, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement can be used as an alternative to quality assurance for distance learning in higher education.

Abstract

This research is an expalanotory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 35 people. The objectives of this study are 1). To analyze and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline which have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Manggarai Regency DPRD secretariat employees. 2) To test and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance in the secretariat staff of DPRD Manggarai Regency. 3) To see the variables that have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Manggarai Regency DPRD secretariat employees. The results showed that: 1). Simultaneously, organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the Manggarai Regency DPRD Secretariat as evidenced by the result of the calculated F value of 3,348 with a significance value of 0.02 which means less than 0.05. 2). Partially, organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the Manggarai Regency DPRD secretariat. 3). Based on the test results, it is known that organizational culture affects the performance of employees at the Manggarai Regency DPRD secretariat; as evidenced by the t value is 5.583 with a significance level of 0.001 (less than 0.05). Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 74 employees. The objectives of this study are 1). To test and analyze whether HR competencies, individual characteristics, and morale have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. 2). To test and analyze whether HR competencies have a significant effect on employee performance at Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. 3.) To test and analyze whether individual characteristics have a significant effect on the employee performance of Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. 4.) To test and analyze whether morale has a significant effect on employee performance at Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. The results showed that 1.) Abstract

The Purpose of study are 1). To describe the Sumenep District Health Office. 2). To test and analyze whether communication and emotional intelligence partially have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office. 3). To test and analyze whether communication and emotional intelligence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office. 4). To test and analyze which variables between communication and emotional intelligence have a dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 142 employees. The results showed that 1). Partially, communication and emotional intelligence are responded very well by respondents so that they have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office, proven to be true and the hypothesis is accepted. 2). Simultaneously, communication and emotional intelligence are responded very meaningfully / very well by the respondents so that they have a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office, it is proven and the hypothesis is accepted. 3). Communication has a dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office, proven to be true and the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

To test and analyze whether work discipline and direction simultaneously influence the performance of the Sampang Police personnel. 2). To test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the Sampang Police personnel. 3.) To test and analyze whether the briefing has a significant effect on the performance of the Sampang Police personnel. 1.) Work discipline, direction and promotion simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the Sampang Police personnel. 2.) Work discipline has a significant influence and has an influence on improving the performance of the Sampang Police personnel. 3.) Briefing has a significant effect on improving the performance of the Sampang Police personnel.
