Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 46 employees. The objectives of this study are 1). To find a description of the object / research subject 2). To test and analyze the simultaneous influence of work performance, work ability and education with employee career development at PT. Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 34 teachers. The objectives of this study are 1). Does the method of discussion, assignment and learning motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on the achievement of students' graduates at SMP Negeri I Omben, Sampang Regency. 2.) Does the method of discussion, assignment and learning motivation partially have a significant effect on the achievement of students' graduates at SMP Negeri I Omben, Sampang Regency. 3.) Abstract

Abstract The results showed that: 1) Reward had a significant positive effect on work performance with an original sample value of 0.566. 2) Reward has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior with the original sample value of 0.330. 3) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on work performance with the original sample value of 0.643. 4) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of 0.632. 5) Organizational citizenship behavior has a significant negative effect on work performance with an original sample value of -0.196. 6) Reward has no significant negative effect on work performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of -0.065. 7) Work discipline has a significant negative effect on work performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of -0.124.

Abstract

The results showed that 1.) Education level had a significant negative effect on employee performance with the original sample value of -0.302. 2.) Education level has a significant positive effect on work ability with the original sample value of 0.406. 3.) Work enthusiasm has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the original sample value of 0.703. 4.) Work enthusiasm has a significant positive effect on work ability with the original sample value of 0.498. 5.) Work ability has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the original sample value of 0.517. 6.) Education level has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by work ability with an original sample value of 0.257. 7.) Abstract

Dwi Budiyatno, 2022. The Effect of Work Ability on Employee Performance at the Sampang District Office, Sampang Regency Mediated by Motivation, Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is explanatory, namely to test hypotheses between hypothesized variables that will be tested for truth. by using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 94 respondents. In this study, the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The aims of this research are: 1). To determine the significant effect of work ability on employee performance. 2). To determine the significant effect of work ability on employee motivation. 3). To determine the significant effect of motivation on employee performance. 4). To determine the significant effect of work ability on employee performance mediated by motivation. The results showed that: 1). Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.436 and the p-values ​​of 0.000. 2). work ability has a positive and significant effect on motivation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.358 and the p-values ​​of 0.002. 5). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.502 and the p-values ​​of 0.000. 6). Work ability has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by motivation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.179 and p-values ​​of 0.022.

Abstract

One of the Education for Sustainable Development Goals is to provide equitable and inclusive access to quality education for all. However, some children with special needs, particularly slow learners, have yet to be able to enjoy inclusive and high-quality learning services. This research aims to enhance slow learners' competence by implementing the Realistic Mathematics Education Approach. It is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques including focus group discussion, interview, and learning observation. The analysis involved comparing the principles of Realistic Mathematics Education in theory with those applied by teachers, as well as the learning approach used by teachers with those required by slow learners. The findings indicate that while some teachers have implemented learning based on the principles of Realistic Mathematics Education for all students, there needs to be more focus on interventions specifically tailored to the needs of slow learners. Furthermore, teachers still need to fully understand the services required by slow learners based on their unique characteristics. The implementation of Realistic Mathematics Education to meet the learning needs of slow learners in mathematics has primarily focused on activity and interactivity principles without emphasis on the understanding of concepts to enhance their competence.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : mengenal, menganalisa dan menguji peran kompetensi dalam sumberdaya manusia, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi pada performa kerja karyawan di bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 42 pegawai, metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling method. Instrumen analisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil-hasil menunjukkan bahwa : 1) secara serempak, kompetensi sumberdaya manusia, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi mempunyai akibat signifikan pada performa kerja pegawai bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang; 2) kompetensi sumberdaya manusia, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada performa kerja pegawai bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang; 3) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada performa kerja pegawai bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang ; 4) komunikasi mempunyai organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi pengaruh signifikan pada ; 5) berdasarkan hasil-hasil uji, diketahui bahwa kompetensi sumberdaya manusia mempunyai pengaruh dominan pada performa kerja pegawai bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang.

Abstract

The improvement of attitude and disciplinary behavior of vocational school students in using personal protective equipment is part of standard operating procedures according to applicable regulations. Desk research is used as a method of the study. The purpose of the study is to examine and provide policy suggestions to improve student disciplinary attitudes and behavior when working in a culinary workshop/laboratory/kitchen.. The results of the study show that 1) the attitude and behavior of student work discipline in practicing using personal protective equipment are still not fully following the rules of law work safety and healthy; 2) the practice room is not equipped with a set of personal protective equipment including pictures/posters of occupational safety and health. This study concludes that the use of personal protective equipment as part of efforts to establish a work ethic and graduate competence is important for the implementation of workplace safety and health in line with the demands of the world of work in the era of globalization. It is concluded that the implementation of occupational safety and health using personal protective equipment has not been enforced in compliance with legislative requirements and needs to be incorporated as part of the profile of vocational high school graduates.

Abstract

Disruption in higher education due to the impact of Covid-19 pandemic has forced universities to adapt to distance learning by utilizing information and communication technology. At the same time, the quality of learning must be maintained and prioritized. The problem discussed in this study is that there is no standard for quality assurance of distance learning in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic for higher education. This study aims to (1) analyze policies related to distance learning quality assurance and (2) analyze the efforts made by universities in implementing quality assurance. This study is desk research where the analysis is carried out in two stages. The first stage is to review policies related to distance learning quality assurance, and the second stage is to analyze the implementation of quality assurance in three state universities and five private universities. The results show that (a) the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System varies, and (b) there is no standard that can be used as a reference to ensure the quality of distance learning. This study concludes that the strengthening of internal quality assurance system through the cycle of determination, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement can be used as an alternative to quality assurance for distance learning in higher education.
