Abstract

Abstract: PT. Jaya Darmabakti Arthagraha (JDA) is a company engaged in construction services Mechanical Electrical (ME). In general the projects it undertakes a project worth more than ten billion and the project implementation period of more than one year. Current conditions, PT. Jaya Darmabakti Arthagraha is the process of recording the recognition of revenue based on the progress of projects in the company still has not done. During this time, the recording of revenues are recorded based on terms of income and expense are recorded based on exit / entry of project costs, so profit / loss is based on the actual terms of income and expenses to the project. To overcome these problems, we need an information system that generates a revenue recognition by percentage of completion method of work. From the results of information systems, will be a calculation of revenue recognition based on project progress using the percentage of completion of the work. From the test results and evaluation, has generated an information system revenue recognition percentage of completion method of work that is integrated with project planning in the company, so when planning the project has included planning of revenue recognition.

Abstract

Abstract: Department of revenue and financial management is a place for a company or organization to perform licensing the installation of billboards . Each billboard that has been given permission and posted by the Department of revenue and financial management have a status update. The current system for status of the billboard still require operator assistance so that it allows for some error in update the status of any billboard. Researcher provide solutions for Department of revenue and financial management through the advertising monitoring applications. By using this application the Department of revenue and financial management can monitor and obtain reports on the condition or status of the current advertisement and also through reports generated by applications that can facilitate the process of the registration section, determination section and data collection section. Besides being able to display the status of each advertisement, the application can perform calculations automatically advertisement tax number and validation process that is used to help each section to perform the filter on taxpayers who are less worthy. The results of the evaluation applications for users who have been tested on 8 respondents indicate the number of respondents who say that this application is in accordance with the needs and wishes of users is equal to 92 % .

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Given Geo Vision Mandiri (PT. GGM) is a services company in the form of event organizer. Problems the business process is hampered by the ever-expanding areas of activity undertaken event. As a result, companies have difficulties in providing services such as the supply of goods that are not available in the warehouse and time of event which simultaneously. Handling of leasing are constrained by the available tools are not available in the warehouse and have to wait for confirmation from the company relationship, have an impact on the length of service of the response to the transaction ordering. The absence scheduling structured activities often lead to trouble handling the same event or activity near-term implementation time. Enterprise systems needed to support the process of marketing, sales, and the provision of services to customers. This system has the functionality that is providing services to consumers. The system can be computerized so that it can handle the registration process or customer registration schedule for processing event equipment rental services. The method used in the process of scheduling the method of SAW (Simple Additive weighting). SAW aims to design and make applications easier scheduling rental.

Abstract

Malioboro Kartini Surabaya Restaurant process experienced problem in a matter of service time which is slow because the process of finding an empty table done by direct combing each room, order recorded in three sheets to be given to the checker, bartender and  customer directly, and also reservation list is not arranged well so the waitress have difficulty in obtaining information on the table-booking. Restaurant need a system to help waitress in addressing difficulties on serving  customer. Therefore made Android Mobile Based Restaurant Service Application. Waitress operating Android tablet to show each room table map. Waitress marking a table to do the process of recording the order menu. Order list will automatically appear on checker desktop application to be controlled. After customer pay the bill, red mark on table will disappear. Stored reservation data will automatically appear on table map with purple mark. Serving application can help waitress to provide customer an empty table information immediately, sending order list automatically to checker, showing information about reserved table so waithress can immediately prepared the table

Abstract

Abstract: PT. SUCOFINDO need to perform asset management computers and peripherals to support the operations of the company. Problems faced today, there is no maintenance scheduling, asset registries are still using Microsoft Excel and are not archived properly. The other problem is the removal of assets not managed properly, the process of calculating and reporting improper asset asset slow. So that difficult to know who will be an asset and has passed its economic life. One solution to solve the problem is with the desktop application asset management computers and peripherals. This application is used to manage, plan, and monitor assets and computer peripherals, ranging from the procurement, receipt, maintenance, removal, shrinkage, until removal. Asset depreciation method used is straight-line method. From the implementation and subsequent evaluation has been done, the system has been created to have a maintenance schedule. In addition, removal of the item can be properly managed and asset depreciation calculation process can be done properly, and can provide asset reports quickly and accurately, which can be used by decision makers to plan the provision of an asset in the future of computers and peripherals. Abstract

Abstract: Disperindag city of Palangkaraya is the city agency had authority to serve and publish such a license, license trading business (SIUP), the business place licence of letter (SITU), licence billboard nuisance or hiring order (HO), tourism licence, construction services business licence (SUJK), and the building permit licence (IMB) city of Palangkaraya in central Kalimantan. Currently the ministry of creation permission on Disperindag city of Palangkaraya was still using document based and manual systems resulting in the creation of a permit being long and make the applicant back and forth to take care of permission to Disperindag. Based on the above problems then proposed the application of service permit issuance with the concept of one stop. Web based application and services made onlinethe applicant need not commute comes to Disperindag for verification of data documents. With the application ministry publishing permit with the concept of one stop this increasing service on Disperindag city of Palangkaraya. The output can be generated in the form of issuance of licence trading business, the business place licence of letter, and permits installation of the billboard. Keywords: One stop service, the issuance of permit

Abstract

ABSTRACT : UD. Stardus Surabaya is one of the distributors of various boxes of food located on the road Simorejo No. 103 Surabaya. These distributors serve only selling wholesale or in large quantities only. Problems on the current business process is the absence of the recording process at the request of customers that are not realized. Distributors also do not know the state of the inventory in real time and does not know when to conduct the procurement process without having to wait for the inventory runs out. Judging from the payment of receivables distributor also has no system for recording receivables tersistem well.Based on the above problems, the researchers use the method of System Development Life Cycle to analyze and evaluate the system to perform system development. Application sales are made useful to keep records of sales activities as the basis for reporting sales activity in real time.Based on the above problem resolution and system testing of the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the sale of cardboard that has been made to produce information in the form of a report which contains information inventory, information requests are not fulfilled, and the information necessary sales receivables UD. Stardus Surarabaya for decision-making by the leadership.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Mega Auto Finance (MAF) is a leasing company that provides credit service to purchase Yamaha motorcycle. The process of the credit services includes the customer’s credit in the form of address, phone number and so on that can change at any time, the loan application, approval of the loan application and loan repayment installments that are used as loan payments report for determining the list of delinquent consumers will be given on the collector. The company needs to perform data management in order to avoid delays in the process of credit approval, credit arrears report creation and reduce the time in search of data.The process of loan application data management must be done quickly to build applications motor credit records. This application is expected to be able to manage consumer data that can change at any time and reduce time in the loan approval process and recording payment of installments to facilitate the making of payments report. The payment report will be tailored to customer data so that the company can provide customer data accurately and arrears on the collector. Abstract

PT. Indo Bismar Komputer is a distributor company of computer devices which sells and services computer spareparts. On service section especially on service administration section have some problems in receiving service device record that wrote directly into paper manually which caused data redundancy. Other problem is service administration did confirm to customer about customer's device status only based on service administration's memory that cause customer's device overstacked on service section, slower service response, unsatisfied customer, lack of customer trust, services income isn't optimal, inaccurate reports from not fixed service fee.Based on problems that faced on administration service staff, a solution for those problems is making an application for PT. Indo Bismar Komputer which used for computer spareparts sales, measures and monitoring how much technician’s income from services.Main purpose of this research application is generating an output into services income tech report which used to measure how much tech income, overall services income report, services transaction report and spare parts selling report with income target within periods which have decided by the owner of PT. PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo is a trading company that sells an assortment of biscuits and snacks . The Company is conducting the sale in the form of consignment sales . Consignment sales done entrust the goods to the buyer / outlet which acts as a sales agent . The company currently experiencing problems when consignment sales .To overcome the problems faced by PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo then made design registration applications consignment sales .With this application, recording consignment sales at PT. Semesta Nustra Distrindo can simplify and solve the problems in the process of consignment sales at PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo.
