Abstract

Pendidikan Islam menempatkan posisi manusia secara proporsional. Islam menyerukan adanya persamaan dan peluang yang sama dalam belajar. Pendidikan diyakini Kartini memberikan kemampuan kepada seseorang untk perpikir rasional dan objektif. Kartini menaruh harapan untuk kemajuan perempuan, untuk merombak kultur feodal-patriarkal yang selama berabad-abad membelenggu kaum perempuan di mana kaum perempuan hanya dibatasi pada sektor domestik, antara dapur, sumur dan kasur. Kartini berusaha menyuntiknya dengan pendidikan yang sama dengan laki-laki.Setiap manusia laki-laki maupun perempuan memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab yang sama sebagai hamba allah, khalifah dibumi, menerima primordial, dan berpotensi meraih potensi. Oleh sebab itu marginalisasi, subordinasi, stereotype, kekerasan, pembagian kerja secara seksual, kesemuanya harus dihapuskan di dunia pendidikan. Pendidikan perempuan dilakankan pertama kali sebagai usaha pembangunan kepribadian anak bangsa. Pendidikan diarahkan kepada pembentukan watak dan kepribadian peserta didik. Seluruh rakyat harus dapat menerima pendidikan secara sama. Pemikiran Kartini al-ummu madrasatun, relevan dengan Konsep Feminisme karena setiap mahluk berhak meraih prestasi. Pendidikan dan pengajaran bagi perempuan relevan dengan konsep feminisme yaitu pengembangan potensi peserta didik melalui proses pendidikan yang mengantar peserta didik menjadi hamba Allah dan khalifah di bumi, serta pendidikan tanpa diskriminasi Kartini relevan dengan konsep Feminisme karena tidak mentolerir segala bentuk penindasan.

Abstract

The lifestyle of hedonism is a lifestyle whose main purpose is theenjoyment of the world for a moment. The majority of adolescents at this timeare lifestyle hedonism and lifestyle hedonism one of the culture that plunge onjuvenile delinquency. One effort to overcome the lifestyle of hedonism inschool is through learning PAI. Ledger hedonism of learners belonging tohedonism that includes wearing uniforms not inserted, wearing coloredshoes, long hair for male students, smoking in school, hanging out in stallswhen lessons. The work done by PAI teachers to overcome the hedonismlifestyle is by directly rebuking, giving reinforcement at the beginning oflearning, controlling program, dhuha prayer program and praying dzuhurjama'ah, the program of reciting the Qur'an before the learning starts. Intackling the hedonism lifestyle of teachers PAI faced many obstacles that HRstudents at SMAN 9 Sijunjung is still very low and religious knowledge is stilllacking so they are easily influenced and participate in the lifestyle ofhedonism.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru PAI dalam membangun model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Terintegrasi Life Skill pada mata pelajaran agama Islam SMP Kelas VIII di Kabupaten Sijunjung. Pengembangan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning ini diawali dengan melakukan survei lapangan mengungkap pengetahuan dan harapan guru, strategi pemberdayaan guru, pengembangan draf buku panduan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan kajian pustaka pendukung pengembangan produk. Produk ini diharpakan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran agama Islam oleh Guru PAI Kelas VIII SMP di Kabupaten Sijunjung. Pemutakhiran model dilakukan melalui penilaian pakar kurikulum dan praktisi dalam Focus Group Dicussion (FGD). Pengumpulan data lewat angket, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan serta FGD. Data angket dianalisis dengan teknik penghitungan persentase, sedang data yang lain dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Data uji coba dianalisis menggunakan Indpendent t-test analysis. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa RPP Pembelajaran Agama Islam yang dihasilkan bersifat sangat valid dengan persentase penilaian sebesar 95,02% melalui uji validasi. Sedangkan model yang dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran Agama Islam dengan pendekatan problem based learning yang dihasilkan bersifat sangat valid dengan persentase sebesar 96,29% melalui uji validasi yang telah dilakukan. Dan juga hasil eksperimen yang telah didapatkan dari penelitian ketiga sekolah SMPN 1 Kabuptaen Sijunjung, SMPN 2 Kabuptaen Sijunjung, dan SMPN 3 Kabuptaen Sijunjung melalui post tes, maka didapatkan nilai signifikan uji homogenitas diatas > 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa data sudah homogen. Dan selisih antara ketiga sekolah SMPN 1 (16,3), SMPN 2 (14,3), SMPN 3 (10,4). Dengan kata lain model yang dikembangkan sudah berkualitas, karena suatu produk yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat valid apabila mempunyai persentase 80%-100%.

Abstract

Educational management is a structuring of the educational field which is carried out through planning, communicating, motivating, and budgeting, controlling, monitoring and reporting activities systematically to achieve quality educational goals. This study uses a qualitative method with a content analysis approach. In the Quran, there is a word al-mudabbir or event. Event means organizing, managing, leading, planning. This term can be found in QS. Yunus: 3 and 31, QS. Ar-Ra'd: 2. There are five management functions: 1). Planning, QS.al-Hasyr: 18. 2). Organizing QS. Ash-Shaf: 4. 3). Move (actuating), QS. Al-Maidah: 48. 4). Surveillance (controlling), QS. Ali-Imran: 29. 5). Evaluation. QS. Al-A’raf: 168. The Quran further indicates the principles of Islamic education management, including: 1). Sincerity, ihsan and example are found in QS. Al-An'am: 162 and QS. Al-Isra: 7. 2). Honesty, found in QS. Az-Zumar: 33. (3). Trust, found in QS. An-Nisa': 58. 4). Fair, found in QS. Al-Maidah: 8. 5). Responsibility is contained in QS. Al-Baqarah: 286. 6). Dynamic, found in QS. ar-Ra'du: 11. 7). Practically, it is found in QS. Al-Ashr: 1-3. 8). Effective and efficient, found in QS. Al-Kahf: 103-104, al-Isra': 26-27.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competencies of teachers in supporting the learning process of students at the Senior High School level. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation of teachers and the school environment. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Pedagogical competence includes the ability of teachers to design, implement, and evaluate learning effectively, as well as understanding the characteristics of students; (2) Personal competence is reflected in a stable, mature, wise, noble personality, and the ability to be a role model for students; (3) Social competence includes communication skills, the ability to establish harmonious relationships with students and fellow teachers, and the use of information technology in learning interactions; and (4) Professional competence is demonstrated through in-depth mastery of teaching materials, the selection of appropriate learning strategies and media, and teaching experience that supports the improvement of the quality of education. These findings emphasize the importance of the four dimensions of competence as the main foundation in improving the quality of education and the achievement of learning objectives.

Abstract

The importance of examining character education based on the Qur'an. Until now, many people have neglected character education, but in fact, the Qur'an has long explained how character education should be, as can be seen from the story of Prophet Ibrahim and his family. This study aims to evaluate how the values from this story can be applied in family, school, or community education to shape a generation of noble character. The results of this study reveal that character education is not a new concept but has been explained in the Qur’an and exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim and his family, i). The character of Prophet Ibrahim as described by Allah in the Qur’an should be taken as an example, as done by his family and some of his followers, ii) The gentle character of Prophet Ibrahim in preaching and conveying the truth to his father should be taken as an example in conveying the truth, iii). The character of Siti Sarah in facing all trials from Allah is a noble character, and she is a virtuous wife who should be followed by women. iv). Prophet Ismail was obedient and respectful child. His obedient and respectful character should be taught to every child so that they may become people who are obedient and respectful like Prophet Ismail. The implication is that every individual should adopt the attitude exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim, who always upheld truth in the face of extremely challenging trials. It can be concluded that we are entitled to justice and truth, and thus this research should serve as a benchmark for the moral development of the community.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of parents in instilling moral values in early childhood in the digital age. The phenomenon of increasing exposure to digital content that has the potential to disrupt children's character development is the main background of this study. Children tend to imitate behavior from digital media, while some parents, despite being highly educated, do not provide direct moral guidance due to their busy schedules or the assumption that moral education will be obtained from school and the environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that active parental involvement has a significant effect on three main aspects of children's moral development: psychological condition, temperament, and empathy. Children who receive attention and moral guidance from their parents tend to have better self-confidence, are able to control their emotions, and show concern for others. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of the role of parents as primary educators in shaping children's character amid the challenges of the digital age, as well as the need to increase parents' awareness and capacity to carry out this function consistently.
