Abstract

This research aims to analyze education students' career choices after completing their studies. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlation research type. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to one hundred respondents. Data were analyzed by Miles and Huberman. The research results found that 35% became teachers, 30% became lecturers, 9% became entrepreneurs, 7% became tailors, 4% became employees, 4% became marketing, 3% became designers, 5% became architects, and 3% others. The results of this research can be used as initial data for future researchers in studying this problem in the context of different issues.

Abstract

Scholars or significant religious figures who are in an area has an important role in a community, even though they have passed away, their services are still remembered and eternal in a society where the application can be done by coming on a pilgrimage to his grave to pray that all his sins are forgiven, and accepted by Allah SWT, which for the local community is also called tradition. The tradition of visiting graves has become a habit for the community, in its application by reciting tahlil, blessings, or surah found in the alquran to remind someone of death and get closer to God. Therefore it is necessary to do research so that the implementation is in accordance with what has been prescribed. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the grave pilgrimage tradition at the tomb of Sheikh Ibrahim Mufti. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. Sources of data were obtained from 10 informants by conducting direct and in-depth interviews supported by photo documentation in the study. Informants in this study were the local community, tomb keepers, surau caretakers, and pilgrims at the tomb of Sheikh Ibrahim Mufti. The results of this study indicate that: the implementation of the grave pilgrimage at the tomb of Sheikh Ibrahim Mufti, based on interview results, is in accordance with the procedures for implementing Islamic law by obtaining three findings on implementation themes, and four themes of educational values, namely spiritual, social, cultural, and disciplinary values.

Abstract

The level of worship is an achievement that needs to be improved by a servant to be more active in performing worship. This research analyzes how female students obey religious teachings or worship in life. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data sources were taken from sixteen informants through in-depth interviews who were selected using techniques of purposive sampling. All informants are active students from various departments at one of the universities in Indonesia. All interview results were then analyzed thematically using the Analysis Interactive Model Milles & Hubberman. The results of the analysis show that there are four levels of worship carried out by female students, namely prayer observance, fasting, reading the Quran, and almsgiving. The results of this research can be used as initial data for future researchers in studying this problem in different contexts and issues.

Abstract

Psychomotor skills are very important to be mastered at work, whether workers require energy or thought. Psychomotor in a theoretical perspective is Psychomotor Domain (Psychomotor Domain) contains behaviors that emphasize aspects of motor skills. Hierarki's Psychomotor Domain is as follows: imitate, manipulation, experience, and articulation. This research aims to analyze psychomotor values in the Quran. This research uses the study method literature. Literature studies are carried out by reading library sources to obtain the necessary data. The data sources used come from secondary data, the data was collected through textbooks, scientific journals, periodicals, ebooks, websites, statutory regulations, and other sources relevant to the research problem. The research results show that the words in the Alquran describe psychomotor values, with psychomotor or these skills, the interaction process can take place well because humans are creatures who cannot live alone and need other people, therefore interaction with language or speaking with good skills or psychomotor skills will become easier.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of memorizing the Quran on the religious personality of students at Madrasah Aliyah. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with observation and interview techniques. The results obtained in research related to the effects of memorizing the Quran can be seen in the attitudes and behavior of students who are oriented towards religious values, such as the value of istiqomah, the value of morals and manners, the value of faith, and the value of obedience. This effect includes the application of personality values ​​in students' daily lives which can later be emulated by society. Abstract

The author's background in conducting this research is because there is a phenomenon that has occurred since the COVID-19 pandemic in the Quran Education teacher strategies have not varied in preparing learning to read the Quran since the covid-19 pandemic, there have been many mistakes made by students in applying tajwid knowledge when reading the Quran, and there have been obstacles in the learning process during covid-19 resulting in learning dynamics both on the part of teachers and students. This research aims to determine the implementation of learning strategies to read the Quran since the COVID-19 pandemic and to find out the obstacles to implementing learning strategies to read the Quran since the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research uses field research, which is a form of research intended to describe phenomena. Phenomena that exist in the field, whether natural phenomena or human engineering. The object of this research is the implementation of teacher strategies in learning to read the koran since the COVID-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The obstacle from parents is that they don't agree with online learning because they don't have the money to buy a package and the network is often lost.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competencies of teachers in supporting the learning process of students at the Senior High School level. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation of teachers and the school environment. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Pedagogical competence includes the ability of teachers to design, implement, and evaluate learning effectively, as well as understanding the characteristics of students; (2) Personal competence is reflected in a stable, mature, wise, noble personality, and the ability to be a role model for students; (3) Social competence includes communication skills, the ability to establish harmonious relationships with students and fellow teachers, and the use of information technology in learning interactions; and (4) Professional competence is demonstrated through in-depth mastery of teaching materials, the selection of appropriate learning strategies and media, and teaching experience that supports the improvement of the quality of education. These findings emphasize the importance of the four dimensions of competence as the main foundation in improving the quality of education and the achievement of learning objectives.

Abstract

Arabic is a subject that must be studied in Islamic High Schools in Indonesia. However, in reality there are still students who have not mastered the rules of learning Arabic, because there are several problems. This research aims to find out what problems students actually experience in learning Arabic. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach (case study design). Data sources were taken from twenty informants consisting of school principals, teachers and students through individual and group interviews. To strengthen the interview data, the author also made direct observations of teachers and students. All interview and observation data were analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model Analysis Interactive. Research findings found that there were five problems in learning to learn Arabic in high school. The five problems are: i) students' previous educational background, ii) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, iii) there is still a culture of teasing, iv) students are lazy about learning and v) the way teachers teach does not attract students' attention. The results of this research can be used as initial data for future researchers to study this problem in different contexts and problems.

Abstract

Being an Islamic Religious Education teacher is a profession that demands balanced intellectual, emotional, and spiritual abilities. An Islamic Religious Education teacher not only acts as an educator but also serves as a moral guide responsible for shaping the character and morals of students. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in classroom management through the implementation of effective learning strategies to cultivate students with noble character. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation involving teachers, school officials, and students who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. All data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. The results show that Islamic Religious Education teachers strive to implement effective classroom management by balancing firmness and empathy in enforcing rules, involving students in rule-setting, understanding student behavior through a personal approach, and providing support and motivation in learning. These efforts contribute to creating a conducive learning environment oriented toward the development of students' noble character. However, this study also found challenges, including low discipline and learning motivation among some students. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for developing classroom management strategies based on Islamic values, emphasizing a balance among cognitive, affective, and spiritual aspects in character formation.
