Abstract

Imam Bukhari dan Imam Muslim adalah ulama-ulama dari sekian banyak ulama hadis yang memiliki rasa loyalitas dan sumbangsih yang cukup besar terhadap pelestarian hadis-hadis Rasul. Salah satu kontribusi mereka dalam melestariakan hadis Rasul adalah dengan melakukan pembukuan (tadwin al-hadis), penyelesaian, serta penilaian hadis, baik dari sisi sanad maupun matan. Imam Bukhari dan Imam Muslim telah membuat formulasi masing-masing tentang hadis shahih yang ditulis dalam karyanya. Kesimpulan dalam tulisan ini adalah bahwa metode-metode penerimaan ada delapan cara. Imam Bukhari dan Imam Muslim dalam menetapkan kesahihan hadis adalah tidak jauh bebeda dengan para ulama dan Imam hadis lainnya. Akan tetapi terdapat perbedaan antara Imam Bukhari dan Imam Muslim dalam menetukan ittisal sanad antara perawi yang satu dengan yang lainnya yang terdekat. Imam Bukari tidak hanya mengharuskan sezaman (al-mu’asharah) saja antara para perawi, akan tetapi harus terjadi pertemuan (al-liq’a) sekalipun hanya terjadi sekali, sedangkan Imam Muslim cukup dengan hanya sezaman saja, karena dengan sezaman periwayat sudah menunjukan adanya pertemuan. Terlepas dari perbedaan tersebut para ulama sepakat bahwa hadis yang paling kuat yang bisa dijadikan hujjah adalah hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam Bukahri dan Imam Muslim.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Nawawi dalam tafsirnya menjelaskan bahwa Nawawi dalam menafsirkan ayat-ayat al- Qur’an berdasarkan kontek tradisional, baik dari kepemimpinan, pendidikan dan kesaksian, dalam menerapkan metodenya, Nawawi menggunakan perpaduan antara metode tahlili dan ijmali. Sedangkan dalam memahami ayat-ayat gender sangat bertentangan dengan zaman pada sekarang ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam persoalan ini adalah kajian studi pustaka (library research) dengan menggunakan metode deduktif denganlangkah-langkah sebagai berikut. Pertama, pengumpulan data yang diambil dari data primer dan sekunder, kedua, pengolahan data yang sudah terkumpul dan terinventarisir dan, ketiga, analisis data , keempat mengambil kesimpulan.

Abstract

Critical thinking in this case, where critical reading ability is the ability to read which focuses on the process of using and connecting previously held knowledge with what is written in the text of the novel Api Tauhid by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. Critical reading activities can take the form of critically understanding the ideas in the text by being questioning what the author says, trying to apply what is in the novel to new situations, analyzing and synthesizing what is written, and evaluating critically by linking existing knowledge. previously owned the content of the novel. Critical reading is also called advanced reading or reading comprehension, the activity starts with understanding the novel text and ending with evaluating the reading. All critical reading activities are basically managing novel texts critically by using learning strategies that are appropriate to the purpose of reading. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. This is based on the disclosure of symptoms as a whole in accordance with the context of a natural setting. It is said that the research setting took place naturally because in this research, data was obtained by researchers from planning, implementing and evaluating learning to critically read the novel Api Tauhid by Habiburrahman El Shirazy carried out by students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of banking digitalization on customer satisfaction of Bank Mandiri KCP Solo Urip Sumoharjo. This study covers the field of banking digitalization. The population of this study was 932 customers of Bank Mandiri Solo Urip Sumoharjo Branch Office. The sample in this study was 100 people, meaning 100/932 = 0.107 if the percentage is 10.7%. This can be said that the sample has met the minimum sampling standards. The sampling technique uses random sampling or random sampling. Data collection used in this study is using documentation and questionnaires personally. The analysis was carried out using SPSS. So for the first hypothesis There is an influence of Automatic Teller Machine on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Solo Urip Sumoharjo Branch Office is proven true. So for the second hypothesis there is an influence of i-Banking on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Solo Urip Sumoharjo Branch Office is proven true. So for the third hypothesis There is an influence of m-Banking on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Solo Urip Sumoharjo Branch Office is proven true. So the fourth hypothesis states "There is a simultaneous influence of Automatic Teller Machine, I-Banking and M-Banking factors on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Solo Urip Sumoharjo Branch Office" is proven true, because the results for the F count are 117.730> F table 2.311, then Ho is rejected, which means that together there is an influence between the independent variables in the form of Automatic Teller Machine (X1), I-Banking (X2), M-Banking (X3) on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Solo Urip Sumoharjo Branch Office (Y). The fifth hypothesis states "Of the three factors, the most dominant factor influencing Customer Satisfaction is I-Banking" is not proven true, because in this study the most dominant is the Automatic Teller Machine (X1). This can be seen from the value of b1 = 0.629> b2 = 0.467> b3 = 0.272. Keywords : banking digitalization, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and education (X1), organizational support (X2), and volunteer experience (X3) on volunteer performance (Y) at the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in Wonogiri Regency. A survey was conducted among 30 active volunteers using a Likert-scale questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that only volunteer experience (X3) has a statistically significant effect on performance (coefficient = 0.688, p = 0.000), while training and education (X1) (coefficient = 0.155, p = 0.233) and organizational support (X2) (coefficient = 0.037, p = 0.747) do not show a significant influence. However, when considered simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant joint effect on volunteer performance (F = 34.536, p = 0.000, R² = 0.799). Abstract

The effect of work environment, organizational culture, and work discipline on the performance of the police unit of sukoharjo district. This research was conducted at Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Sukoharjo. The place was chosen because there was a problem there, namely that not all employees had good performance. In addition, in that place, researchers can gain access to find research data. The population in this study were all employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Sukoharjo Regency, totaling 84 people. The sampling technique used in this study was the nonprobability sampling technique. Therefore, the population in this study was relatively small, namely 84 people, the entire population was used as a sample (saturated sampling). The sample in this study was taken from the target population of 84 people. The method used to obtain data used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis tool used SPSS. Abstract

This research seeks to assess how shopping habits, engagement with fashion, and promotional efforts influence spontaneous purchases at the Ada Ada Saja second-hand clothing store, both individually and collectively. This investigation employs a quantitative approach, utilizing literature reviews, and field research methods that include observations, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires featuring a Likert scale. The application utilized for hypothesis testing is SPSS, which applies the t-test, F-test, R-test for analysis.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the calculation of cost of goods manufactured using the full costing method and determine the selling price using the cost plus pricing method at Konveksi Kharisma Abadi in Surakarta. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the full costing method provides a more accurate cost structure compared to the company’s existing method. Applying cost plus pricing results in a selling price that reflects appropriate profit margins. Additionally, the marketing mix strategy including product, price, place, and promotion supports effective pricing decisions. The integration of full costing and marketing strategies enhances operational efficiency and business competitiveness. Abstract

This research aimed to know the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, motivation and competence on the performance of employees of the cooperative, small and medium enterprises and trade service of sukoharjo regency. The population of this study was 78 employees of the Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Trade Office of Sukoharjo Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was census, meaning that the entire population was included in the sample. The sample size for this study was 78 people. 1) Leadership style significantly influences the performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Trade in Sukoharjo Regency. the results of this research show that Organizational culture significantly influences the performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Trade in Sukoharjo Regency. Motivation significantly influences the performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Trade in Sukoharjo Regency. Competence significantly influences the performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Trade in Sukoharjo Regency. Leadership style, organizational culture, motivation, and competence simultaneously influence the performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Trade in Sukoharjo Regency. Of the four variables, the variable that most dominantly influences the performance of employees of the Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade Service of Sukoharjo Regency is Competence, because the value of b4X4 (0.427) > b3X3 (0.393) > b2X2 (0.374) > b1X1 (0.254).
