Abstract

This research is based on the findings of researchers about the students’ difficulties in the triangle material. Triangle material has been introduced since the elementary school level but what is different is the level of difficulty, triangle material in class VII MTs has led to abstract knowledge. This study aims to identify the difficulties of grade VII students in the triangle material and efforts to overcome them. Qualitative method accompanied by a descriptive analysis approach is the method used in this study. Sources of data taken were class VII mathematics teachers and students. The sample used was 25 students who were then asked to work on test questions. After that grouped based on the level of student ability. The result of this research is that students with very low and low ability criteria cannot understand questions, give reasons, and apply numbers. Efforts to overcome them are scaffolding, increasing self-confidence, giving assignments, class contracts, using appropriate media and methods. Students with sufficient ability level criteria have not been able to solve questions and explain answers. Efforts to overcome this by giving additional assignments, scaffolding and provoking questions. Students with high criteria have not been able to solve questions and are less thorough. Efforts to overcome this by giving additional assignments, scaffolding and asking students to be more thorough. Students with very high criteria have not been able to complete the questions on time. The solution is to give additional tasks to be more skilled.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many misconceptions (misconceptions) experienced by class VII students in the triangle material and the absence of previous research that examines misconceptions at MTs Hidayatus Salam. The purpose of this study is to describe the misconceptions experienced by MTs students through inquiry learning on triangle material and the factors that cause misconceptions. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research conducted at MTs Hidayatus Salam Lowayu with using 6 subjects who experienced most misconceptions. Data collected with give test misconception completed triangle with table Certainty of Response Index (CRI) and semi- structured interview. Results Study show that: 1 ) there are differences in students' misconceptions, in the category of classificational type misconceptions in solving the triangle problem students meet the indicators of classificational misconceptions, namely, students To do error in classify between get up triangle. In the category of theoretical misconceptions, students meet the indicators of theoretical misconceptions, namely, students make mistakes in defining the concept of a triangle. In the category of correlational misconceptions, students meet the indicators of correlational misconceptions, namely students make mistakes in connecting the formulas used with the problems in the questions. 2) the causes of misconceptions are the lack of student learning experience, the teacher does not emphasize the concept, the lack of understanding the prerequisite concept, the inability of students to connect between concepts, students' initial conceptions are wrong and the context of everyday language.

Abstract

Textbooks are one of the important media in learning. The quality of textbooks affects students' understanding. One way to determine the quality of a textbook is to analyze the book. This study aims to analyze the errors of the Mathematics book on the Two Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV) material contained in the Class VIII Junior High School Student Book. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that there were still some errors. Eight conceptual errors, three drawing errors and seven writing errors. The results of the study can be used as material for consideration in improving the book. So as not to be bad for students who use the book

Abstract

Pepper trees grow vines up to a height of 4 meters supported by other trees or using a pole called an arbor. The current problem is that during the pepper harvesting process, farmers generally pick by hand. In 2020, D3 students made a pepper picker design tool using a remote to control its movement, this tool cannot move automatically, from this problem a convolutional neural network (CNN) based pepper fruit detection system was created. This system uses the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. CNN implementation uses Tensorflow tools with Python programming language. The number of datasets is 100 images of pepper and 100 images of non pepper. Based on the test results, the prediction precision level is 95%, accuracy is 89%, and recall is 90%, so it can be concluded that the detection system using a webcam can predict pepper fruit well.

Abstract

Students with high reversible thinking abilities find it easier to find solutions to math problems. This is because the ability is reversible, requiring students to rethink answers that have been taken in other ways. Thus, minimizing the chances of error from every solution they get. One way to bring up this ability is to provide a medium when learning takes place. The reality in the field is that there is no media used to improve reversible thinking abilities in root and rank material. ROKA'AT media (Wheel of Roots and Ranks) is one of the media that can be developed that teaches the concept of reversibility. This research includes research on the development of learning media which has the goal of increasing reversible thinking abilities. There are 3 stages of this development, namely the preliminary stage, development and evaluation. Based on the validation results, it was found that ROKA'AT media met valid criteria with an overall percentage of media experts of 93.68% and practitioners of 100%, so the media was suitable for testing. After being tested, it was obtained that the practicality criteria met 96.84% in the very practical category. The pretest and posttest results show which means that ROKA'AT media is effective in improving students' reversible mathematical thinking abilities.

Abstract

Many housewives who have spare time but do not work due to a lack of knowledge and skills. Therefore, the existence of training attended by PKK mothers in Dusun Bandung, Bandungsari Village, Sukodadi District, Lamongan Regency, East Java, can increase knowledge and skills to fill leisure time, thus enabling them to open hantaran-making services as a side business. The training activity method applies four stages which include: the first stage is a survey using literature study, interviews, and direct observation methods; the second stage is material presentation using direct learning methods or lectures and Q&A sessions; the third stage is training with direct practice methods; and the fourth stage is mentoring with direct observation methods. Based on the final scores obtained, which are 92% for enthusiasm, 88% for knowledge, and 90% for skills aspects, it can be concluded that overall this training is considered successful. Participants were enthusiastic in attending the training, understanding the presented material, and able to skillfully practice the training material. This training received positive responses, so it should be further developed, and there needs to be organized follow-up activities.

Abstract

Disability is any physical or mental condition of a person that makes it more difficult to do certain activities and interact with all over the world. Although several policies have been taken by the government and are being implemented for disabled persons where 10% of the total population of Bangladesh are facing disabilities. This study reveals how to enhance the engagement of persons with Disabilities (PWD) in policy-making in Bangladesh and also will have the capacity to achieve the 10th objective of sustainable development Goals (SDGs). The research paper utilizes qualitative and quantitative methods. Purposive sampling is employed by the researchers. The researchers intentionally selected eligible participants. The criteria comprised (1) participants with disabilities, (2) participants from various regions of Bangladesh who migrated to Rajshahi for educational purposes, and (3) participants aged between 18 and 35 years. The researchers gathered information from a total of 67 eligible participants through a survey. Drawing upon the collected data, this study aims to establish a suitable framework that guarantees the involvement of individuals with disabilities in the process of policy formation. Utilizing both Qualitative and Quantitative data, this study will formulate informed decisions concerning the circumstances of individuals with disabilities within a nation. This study offers theoretical and practical solutions for disabled individuals' challenges in policy-making in Bangladesh. The aim is to enhance the involvement of disabled people in the policy-making process.

Abstract

An unlawful act is an act that causes harm to another person, and requires the person who caused the loss to compensate for the loss. The fact shows that almost all cases related to land are an act against the law, namely by controlling land belonging to other people without rights. The control or ownership of a plot of land can be done in several ways, one of which is by expiry (past time).The problems studied in this research and its objectives are first to find out, examine, and analyze the provisions or legal rules governing unlawful acts over the control of a plot of land that has reached expiration according to the provisions of the Civil Code, Second to find out, examine and analyze the legal considerations of the decision. Kraksaan District Court case no. 19/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Krs.Based on the formulation of the problem and research objectives, the type of research used is juridical-normatl by using the statute approach and case approach.The results of the research in the preparation of this thesis, firstly Acts against the Law (PMH) are regulated in Article 1365 to Article 1380 of the Civil Code, Land Control / Property Rights are regulated in Article 20 paragraph 1 of Law no. 5 of 1960 Jo. Article 32 paragraph 1 of PP Number 24 of 1997 and Expiration are regulated in Article 1946-1993 of the Civil Code, the two decisions of the Judges of the Kraksaan District Court with Case Number 19/Pdt.G/2019/P N.Krs have been through appropriate legal considerations based on the facts of the trial . Abstract

Abstract Transfer of land rights according to positive law in Indonesia, namely property rights according to civil law. The property rights are in accordance with the provisions of the conversion in the UUPA into the transfer of land rights according to government regulations. Article 37 paragraph (1) Number 24 of 1997.Based on this, what needs to be discussed in this study is the mechanism for the transfer of land rights that can be carried out under the hands of the two bases for the transfer of land rights when buying and selling transactions are carried out under the hands can be used as evidence of the transfer of land rights according to positive law in Indonesia. This study uses a normative juridical research type using a conceptual approach to legislation. Then assisted by legal materials used, namely Primary and Secondary legal materials which are described, described, and analyzed in relation to each other.1961, especially in Article 1 of the Minister of Agrarian Regulation Number 11 of 1961 concerning the form of a deed which explains that every transfer of land rights must be made with an official deed (PPAT). Second, the transfer of land rights carried out under the hands before the enactment of PP Number. 24 of 1997 can be used as evidence of the transfer of land rights in accordance with the provisions of Article 24 concerning proof of the old rights of PP Number. 24 of 1997 concerning land registration. However, if the transfer of land rights is carried out after the enactment of government regulations Number. 24 of 1997, the transfer must be proven by the PPAT Deed. Abstract

Abstrak Matematika merupakan mata pelajaan yang ada dalam setiap tingkatan pendidikan. Matematika juga menjadi mata pelajaran penting yang memegang peranan dalam pendidikan dan selalu saling terkait dengan mata pelajaran yang lainnya. Akan tetapi, tak sedikit siswa yang merasa kesulitan dan mendapat nilai rendah. Harus ada langkah yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa kurang optimal. Berhasil tidaknya proses pendidikan dalam pembelajaran matematika dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dasar dan juga gaya belajar siswa itu sendiri, selain itu model dan metode serta bahan ajar yang diterapkan guru saat mengajar. Gaya kognitif merupakan cara seseorang memproses, menyimpan maupun menggunakan informasi untuk menanggapi suatu tugas atau berbagai jenis lingkungannya. Dalam penelitian ini, Peneliti memilih fokus pada tipe gaya kognitif field dependent-field independent. Perbedaan mendasar dari kedua gaya kognitif tersebut yaitu dalam hal bagaimana melihat suatu permasalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar kognitif field dependent dan gaya belajar kognitif field independent serta kesulitan belajar apa yang kedua gaya belajar ini saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes kognitif yang nanti akan digunakan untuk mengetahui gaya kognitif siswa, tes tulis untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dan tes wawancara untuk mengetahui kesulitan yang dialami oleh siswa tersebut. Untuk subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MA Sunan Drajat Kedungadem dengan 4 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dalam BAB IV, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari hasil analisis penelitian hasil belajar siswa untuk subjek FD hanya mampu menyelesaikan satu tahapan saja dari enam tahapan yang dikemukakan menurut teori Revisi Taksonomi Bloom. Subjek FD merasa kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan materi SPLDV akan tetapi unggul dalam tahapan mengingat. Sedangkan subjek FI juga merasa kesulitan dalam menyelesaikam soal matematika materi SPLDV akan tetapi unggul dalam dua tahapan yakni dalam tahapan mengingat dan memahami dengan baik dan merasa kesulitan dalam tahapan mengaplikasikan, menganalisis, mengevaluasi dan menciptakan.
