Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem cadangan daya pada inkubator bayi agar tetap berfungsi saat terjadi pemadaman listrik dari PLN. Sistem ini memanfaatkan aki sebagai sumber tegangan alternatif yang secara otomatis akan aktif ketika pasokan listrik utama terputus. Proses peralihan daya dikendalikan oleh relay, yang berperan sebagai saklar otomatis untuk mengalihkan sumber tegangan dari power supply ke aki. Perancangan dan pengujian alat ini dilakukan di Workshop Program Studi Sistem Komputer, STIMIK Kendari, pada periode September hingga Desember 2024. Komponen utama yang digunakan meliputi aki, relay, charger otomatis, dan power supply. Power supply tidak hanya menjadi sumber utama, tetapi juga mengaktifkan relay dan mengisi daya aki. Charger otomatis akan berhenti saat aki penuh. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa sistem bekerja efektif saat listrik padam. Disarankan untuk memperhatikan pemasangan kaki NO dan NC pada relay serta menambahkan sensor tegangan rendah pada charger.

Abstract

As times become increasingly sophisticated, Islamic educational institutions must be able to adapt to these developments. To be able to adapt to all developments over time, Islamic educational institutions must develop their institutions into Islamic educational institutions with a global perspective. The step that needs to be taken is to develop a strategy so that the Islamic educational institution becomes an Islamic educational institution with a global perspective. Based on this phenomenon, researchers are interested in finding out the strategy of one Islamic educational institution, namely the strategy for developing Daarul Muwahhidiin Islamic Boarding School as an Islamic educational institution with a global perspective. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research was conducted for 2 months starting from September to October with 23 respondents. The data sources obtained in this research are divided into two, namely from the results of field studies or observations and literature studies or library research from various sources. The results of this research are the strategies for developing Daarul Muwahhidiin Islamic Boarding School as an Islamic educational institution with a global perspective.

Abstract

Organizational behavior in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Skills are very helpful and support the achievement and realization of the vision of the madrasah well and effectively. Organizational Behavior (PO) is a field of study that studies the interaction of individuals, groups and organizations in the context of work. PO can help MAN Skills improve their effectiveness by understanding and managing the behavior of teachers and employees and students. The main purpose of this article is to explain the concept and purpose of PO, provide examples of how PO can be implemented in MAN skills, discuss the benefits of implementing PO in MAN Skills. This research uses a qualitative approach through the literature study method. Research data is sourced from various literature, namely scientific articles, books, and other relevant scientific sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. The results of the data analysis concluded that PO is an important style for MAN Skills to improve its effectiveness and competitiveness. By implementing PO effectively and sustainably, MAN skills can achieve its vision to become a madrasah of excellence and character

Abstract

Teacher work discipline is one of the important factors in realizing an effective and quality teaching and learning process in schools. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect teacher work discipline in MAN 2 Bukittinggi city. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Data collection is carried out through various literature, namely scientific articles sourced from Google Scholar, books, and other documents relevant to the fokus of this research. Data collection was carried out online using the keyword "teacher work discipline". Data analysis is carried out descriptively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the most dominant factors affecting teachers' work discipline in MAN 2 Bukittinggi City are work motivation, teacher welfare, and school leadership. Other factors such as teacher commitment, teacher competence, teacher health, school culture, work environment, and government policies also have a significant influence on teacher work discipline
