Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan umum yaitu akan mengungkapkan  tentang faktor-faktor  yang menyebabkan peserta didik kelas X MIA 3  melakukan perilaku menyontek pada mata pelajaran Matematika. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Subyek kasus penelitian adalah 2 orang. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa subyek kasus I perubahan positif yang tampak adalah berusaha dan sungguh-sungguh memperbaiki cara belajarnya,dan sangat antusias mengikuti les tambahan/privat dan berusaha menjawab soal sendiri saat ulangan dan subyek kasus II   perubahan positif yang tampak adalah  mempunyai jadwal belajar di rumah dan bisa mengatur jadwal belajar dengan baik meskipun dalam satu minggu tiga  kali  dengan waktu paling lama satu jam setengah.   Kata Kunci: Studi Kasus, Perilaku, Pelajaran Matematika Abstract: This research has the common goal that will reveal more about the factors that cause students of class X MIA 3 did cheat behavior in Mathematics. The method used is descriptive form of research is a case study. The subject of the case study is 2 people. Results of the analysis showed that subjects the first case positive changes are visible in earnest to try and improve the way of learning, and very enthusiastic following additional tutoring / private and try to answer the questions himself as the subject of the case II replicates and positive changes are visible in the schedule have learned at home and can arrange study well although in one week three times with a period of one hour and a half. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to reveal Principal Managerial in increasing Teacher Work Productivity at State Senior High School 1 Rasau Jaya which includes: planning, organizing, motivating, and rewarding. The study used a descriptive approach. The research subjects were the Principal, Vice Principal of Curriculum, Vice Principal of Student Affairs, Head of Libraries, and Teachers. All subjects are teachers who teach at State Senior High School 1 Rasau Jaya. Data collection methods used interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis model uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Test the validity of the data using trials and triangulation. The results of the study show the following: 1) Planning can be done through identifying what will be programmed, how it will be programmed, who will be involved, when it will be implemented, and how it will be implemented. The product of the planning is in the form of a School Activity Plan 2) This organization is carried out by division, principal and function equipped with an explanation of the duties of each teacher, 3) Motivating is carried out verbally and non-verbally continuously with Target and self-evaluation techniques Progress, Expectation of results, and Social comparisons and 4) Rewards are carried out with techniques that maintain a conducive working atmosphere. Keywords: Leadership, Managerial, Work Productivity

Abstract

This study is a classroom action research that looks at whether manipulating media can improve motivation and learning results. Its goal is to describe how manipulative media are used in math learning. using descriptive methods carried out in four stages with direct observation techniques, questionnaire questionnaires and measurements using observation sheets, questionnaire sheets, and written tests in the form of fill-in-the-blank questions. Based on the analysis of the teacher's ability to design manipulative media, an average cycle of 1 meeting 1=3.33, meeting 2=3.44, cycle 2 meeting 1=3.67, meeting 2=3.89. The power of teachers to help students learn came from average cycle 1 meeting 1 = 3.30, meeting 2 = 3.48, cycle 2 meeting 1 = 3.65, meeting 2 = 3.87. Learning motivation was obtained on average pre-cycle = 71.15 / 56.92%, after cycle 1 = 85.12 / 68.10%, after cycle 2 = 101.94 / 81.60%. Learning outcomes were obtained on average cycle 1 meeting 1=71.52, meeting 2=78.64, cycle 2 meeting 1=85.00, meeting 2=91.52. Based on these facts, we can say that manipulative media can make students more interested in learning and help them learn more.

Abstract

Fenomena secara umum menunjukkan bahwa siswa Sekolah Dasar pada umumnya belum memiliki kemampuan membaca dan memahami teks secara komprehensif. Kemampuan membaca dan memahami teks pada anak-anak Sekolah Dasar merupakan sarana yang sangat mendasar dan penting bagi perkembangan di masa mendatang untuk memburu, menyerap, dan memanfaatkan informasi guna pengembangan ilmu dan teknologi ketika kelak mereka mencapai tingkat pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas model pembelajaran "K-W-L" untuk menambah kapasitas dan kemampuan siswa sekolah dasar dalam memahami teks secara komprehensif. Disain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah disain eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest control group design. Penetapan sampel dilakukan dengan cara stratified proportional area random sampling. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran "K-W-L" sangat efektif untuk menambah kapasitas dan kemampuan siswa Sekolah Dasar dalam membaca dan memahami teks bacaan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, tetapi kurang efektif untuk mata pelajaran Matematika dan Sains Dasar.Kata kunci: motivasi, dan partisipasi pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the implementation of learning organizations and leadership styles in teacher development with teachers’ organizational commitment. The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive method using an interrelationship study design to reveal the correlations between learning organization practices and leadership styles in fostering teacher development with organizational commitment in Siantan District. The sample consisted of 56 elementary school teachers, drawn from the population of all teachers in Siantan. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The findings revealed three main results: first, a significant relationship exists between principals’ implementation of learning organizations in teacher development and teachers’ organizational commitment; second, a clear correlation is found between principals’ leadership styles in guiding teacher learning and the level of teachers’ organizational commitment; third, the analysis quantified the strength of these relationships, showing that (a) learning organization implementation contributed 42.64% of the variance in organizational commitment, while 57.36% was influenced by external factors, and (b) leadership style implementation accounted for 35.40% of the variance, with 64.60% due to external factors.

Abstract

This analytical descriptive study discusses the role of social workers in social services for People with Mental Disorders (Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa/ODGJ) at the Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 3 Panti Sosial, Ciracas, East Jakarta. Problems with ODGJ include clients who rarely worship, are less interested in participating in skill activities, appear often daydreaming, aloof, anxious and sad, are less productive in participating in skill activities, and have difficulty in reading, writing and arithmetic. The role of social workers in providing services to ODGJ includes (1) as a counselor (2) as an educator/educator (3) as a motivator (4) as a problem solver/problem solver (5) as a broker (6) as a therapist and (7) as a facilitator. The results of the implementation of the role of social workers show that: (1) the client has been seen starting to pray and participate in routine recitation activities (2) the client has started to often participate in activities in the orphanage (3) the client is more cheerful and rarely daydreams anymore because diverted to more positive activities (4) the client has begun to concentrate more on following salon skills and is trying to pursue it so that he can see skills in doing special hair care (5) the client seems to have started to be able to read, write and count well. Researchers suggest Panti Sosial Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 3, in order to be able to provide skills for People with Mental Disorders so that they have more choices for skills that are followed and increase the profession of social workers in the field of handling mental disorders.
