Abstract

Safety work management system at the company is very influential in preventing work accidents. Low awarness of workers level of law enforcement provided by the government, it can cause the application of regulations is not optimal, so that it can cause a high level of work accident. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct further studies on the safety work manajemen system. and do the analysis to determine the effectiveness of safety work management and occupational accident in a company. this research was conducted on PLTU Tanjung Jati B unit 5&6 development project. This reseacrh uses questionnaires to collect the data. the data is processed using the SPSS application with linear regression analysis. The results from this reseach is safety work manajemen system have a influance on the level of occupational accidents if applied simultaneously. The results of the simulation test are F count = 3,24 ≥ 3,09 F table, and occupational accidents that occur have no relationship with the safety work management system and the safety work program. The result in anova table have a velue Sig = 0,291 = 29,1 % > 5 % is nonlinear and multiple correlation analysis T = 0,25, there is no strong relation. Accidents that often occur can be categorized in human factor theory.

Abstract

The increase in the amount of fly ash and bottom ash waste every year requires proper management and utilization. In the manufacture of concrete, the use of fly ash and bottom ash can be used as a substitute material. However, it has not been utilized in making species in construction. This is because the exact proportion has not been obtained. The purpose of this study was to determine the correct proportions in the mortar with a mixture of fly ash and bottom ash. The research was carried out using experimental methods in the laboratory with cube-shaped specimens (5 x 5 x 5 cm) with 2 kinds of ratios between binder and fine aggregate, namely 1:2 and 1:4, each having a different percentage of sand and bottom ash, starting from from 20% to 80%. While the fly ash used is 10%. Tests carried out included material tests (Metal Oxidation Concentration Test and Sieve Analysis), and compressive strength tests (14 and 28 days). The results showed that the highest mortar compressive strength was at a ratio of 1:2 with fly ash as a cement mixture of 10% and bottom ash as a sand mixture of 20% with a compressive strength value of 16.8 MPa at the age of the specimen 28 days. The compressive strength value is in accordance with the provisions of SNI 03-6825-2002. The results of this study can be used by the community in making plaster work and can reduce the amount of waste that exists today.

Abstract

Dalam merancang kebutuhan suatu plafon diperlukan kalkulasi terperinci untuk mendapatkan jumlah material yang dipakai maupun upah pekerja yang dibutuhkan. analisa harga satuan pekerjaan konstruksi diperlukan sebagai mengetahui efisiensi anggaran dan tepat sasaran. Analisis/perhitungan tersebut juga berpengaruh terhadap keluaran atau output yang akan didapatkan oleh pemilik proyek baik dari pemerintah maupun pihak swasta. Pada saat ini ada beberapa standarisasi metode perhitungan analisis harga satuan pekerjaan, diantaranya analisa BOW, SNI, dan analis satuan pekerjaan yang berdasarkan permen PUPR. Makud dan tujuan dari Penelitian manganalisis harga sesuai studi lapangan dan membandingkan AHSP yang diperoleh dari literatur yang sudah ada dengan pengamatan lapangan. Lingkup dari penelitian ini adalah pada pekerjaan tanah, pekerjaan dinding bata kalipucang/clering, pekerjaan plesteran dan acian pekerjaan beton meliputi sloof, kolom, balok, pekerjaan baja, pekerjaan penutup lantai dan pekerjaan pengecatan. Hasil dari penelitian Untuk besaran selisih antara 74% untuk item pekerjaan dengan selisih paling besar dan selisih 7% untuk item pekerjaan yang paling kecil. Untuk item pekerjaan dengan selisih diatas 50% didominasi oleh pekerjaan bekisting atau pencetak beton, pekerjaan dinding dan pengecatan sedangkan item pekerjaan dengan selisih paling sedikit adalah pekerjaan beton dan pembesian yang meliputi  pemasangan besi polos, besi profil dan pemasangan folding door.

Abstract

LEMURIA Kudus Vocational School is a vocational high school that has the potential to be developed because it is aligned with the field of science, namely civil engineering or more specifically related to building construction. So far, students of Building Information and Modeling Design have only studied images, with a coaching program that leads them to be able to apply them in the world of work. The guidance referred to in this proposed program is "Development of Competence for Building Implementers and Preparation of Building Construction Plans in the Department of Building Design Modeling and Information at SMK LEMURIA KUDUS". Abstract

Waste in the Rajungan Industry, Bulu Village, Jepara Regency cannot be managed properly because this industry does not yet have SPAL and IPAL. Liquid waste resulting from industrial processing is channeled directly into the sea, causing marine pollution. The planning objective of this final assignment is to determine the design of the SPAL and IPAL as well as the RAB needed in the planned SPAL and IPAL construction work in the Bulu Village crab industry. The results of this technical research show that the average amount of waste water produced during the processing process per day is 0.51 m3/day or 507.5 liters/day or 0.02 m3/hour. The appropriate processing system to be applied in the crab industry is using an anaerobic filter system with five processing units, namely oil and fat separation tank, equalization tank, initial settling tank, anaerobic filter and final settling tank. Based on the calculation of the total planning costs for SPAL and IPAL KUB. The Blessing of Samudra Rajungan Jepara in Bulu Village is IDR. 56,500,000.

Abstract

Bermi Village is one of the villages in Mijen District, Demak Regency. The existence of Bumdes in a village is currently important for the development and independence of the village. With quite a lot of village potential, including Sumur Gandeng, onion farmers, rice farmers, water hyacinth craftsmen groups, catering, and waste that is not managed properly. However, until today the lack of good management has become an obstacle for Bumdes in Bermi Village. In terms of legal aspects, improvements need to be made, and there are no productive businesses operating from the potential of Bermi Village. Based on this background, this service aims to help Bermi Village in increasing knowledge of Bumdes management, by conducting socialization and Discussion (Focus Group Discussion) of village potential which is used as a productive business plan to be implemented. The results of this service, as many as 92% of participants stated that they understood and understood the socialization given (with details of 35% very understanding, and 58% understanding), and it was decided that several business plans that would be implemented were the management of Bumdes cooperatives for productive businesses, management of Sumur Gandeng as a tourism business, and management of village-level waste as a form of non-productive Bumdes business. So that with this service, Bumdes becomes well organized in organizational administration.

Abstract

The Mathematics Subject Teacher Meeting (MGMP) at KKMA 02 Jepara is routinely held at least 3 times in a semester, namely at the beginning before learning begins, in the middle, and at the end of the semester. The routine activities carried out are discussing textbooks and worksheets, setting up learning traps, and preparing for the preparation of Mid-Semester Examination questions and Final Semester Examination questions. However, in the last few semesters, the Mathematics MGMP is rarely held, even in this semester there is only 1 meeting and there is no more meeting agenda. This is due to several factors such as the level of saturation because the activities carried out are the same, never innovative activities that are in nature to improve the abilities and skills of teachers such as training, this encourages community service programs to be held with the theme "Utilization of Geogebra software in learning mathematics". This activity is a training for teachers who are members of the Mathematics MGMP regarding the importance of Geogebra software in learning mathematics. The method used is lectures and discussions from presenters from UNISNU Jepara and continued with simulations. The results of this activity are increased teacher knowledge and skills in designing learning media and implementing Geogebra software-based mathematics learning. It is hoped that by increasing teacher skills in developing innovative learning media, the learning atmosphere in the classroom will be enjoyable and student interest and motivation in learning will increase.

Abstract

Pada perencanaan jembatan karangsambung ini direncanakan dengan tipe parker truss, serta mengapilkasikan profil baja IWF dengan menggunakan metode Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) serta untuk pembebanan jembatan menggunakan RSNI T-02-2005. Hasil analisa lalu lintas di jembatan karangsambung pada jam puncak diperoleh 1906 kend/jam serta diperoleh hasil LHR dengan kala ulang 30 tahun yaitu 2415,5 kend/jam dari hasil tersebut diperoleh lebar jembatan 6 meter dan untuk perencanaan lebar jembatan karangsambung yaitu 9 meter dengan bentang 70 meter. Hasil perencanaan jembatan yaitu pipa sandaran menggunakan diameter 76,3 mm, pelat lantai kendaraan tebal 20 cm menggunakan beton bertulang dengan mutu beton f’c 30 MPa dan menggunakan tulangan pokok D16 – 100 serta tulangan bagi D16 – 250. Lantai trotoar menggunakan beton bertulang dengan tebal 30 cm dan menggunakan mutu beton f’c 30 MPa dengan tulangan pokok D16 – 150 serta tulangan bagi D16-350 , gelagar memanjang menggunakan IWF 400 x 200 x 8 x 13, gelagar melintang IWF 700 x 300 x 13 x 24, gelagar induk IWF 400 x 400 x 13 x 21, ikatan angin atas IWF 250 x 250 x 9 x 14, ikatan angin atas silang dan ikatan angin bawah menggunakan L 200 x 200 x 20.
