Abstract

Data collection has been carried out using the drivetest method to determine the quality and problems of the 4G LTE network in Kuranji District, Padang City. The aim of the research is to determine the existence of handover failure and optimize handover failure on the 4G LTE network using the physical tuning method in Kuranji District. The research method is physical tuning for network optimization planning using Atoll software. The research results obtained 2 points of handover failure; at point 1 handover failure latitude -0.9133879 and longitude 100.4189513 served by site Kuranji 3 cell id 326 sec 3 optimization of antenna tilting from 2º to 6.5º, site Kuranji cell id 55 sec 2 optimization of re-azimuth from 140º to 100º , antenna tilting from 2º to 3.5º, antenna height from 23m to 31m. At point 2 handover failure latitude -0.8906544 and longitude 100.4185787, the site serving the Belimbing cell ID 131 sector 3 overshoot occurs, the antenna is tilted from 2º to 8º and the site serving the handover failure area occurs, the Belimbing site cell ID 130 sec 2 tilts the antenna. from 2º to 8. Optimization of physical tuning is able to cover handover failure areas and increase the total performance quality value of RSRP signal strength coverage from 33.46% to 33.74%, SINR from 81.7% to 81.57%, and Throughput optimization results remain the same at 100%.

Abstract

The 4G LTE technology is widespread in almost all regions in Indonesia, including Solok City in West Sumatra, where this study was conducted. Based on the results of the 1800 MHz frequency drive test, the RSRP value was in the good category (81.44%), but the SINR value was in the poor category (56.96%). Furthermore, the results of the 2100 MHz frequency drive test showed that the RSRP value was in the poor category (58.11%), and the SINR value was also in the poor category (54.62%). These results indicate that the area had poor network quality. Therefore, this study aimed to optimize the Bad Spot Area in Solok City using the Automatic Cell Planning (ACP) method. The ACP method optimization results show that at the 1800 MHz frequency, the value of the ten cells is in the interval -127.84 ≤ RSRP ≤ -99.34. Meanwhile, at the 2100 MHz frequency, the value of the seven cells is in the poor category, which is in the interval -136.39 ≤ RSRP ≤ -111.03. In the 2100 MHz frequency, there is a decrease in RSRP value in the poor cate-gory from 43.27% to 41.85%. SINR parameter optimization results of 2100 MHz frequency, the percentage of a very good category is higher with a value of 51.40% than 44.16% at 1800 MHz frequency.

Abstract

Badan Kontak Majelis Taklim (BKMT) merupakan induk majelis taklim se-Indonesia. BKMT berfungsi sebagai media pemberdayaan dan pengembangan pendidikan keagamaan baik bagi setiap anggota organisasi maupun bagi masyarakat dan bangsa secara keseluruhan. BKMT Kecamatan Padang Utara merupakan salah satu BKMT yang berada di Kota Padang. BKMT ini mewadahi bidang dakwah, pendidikan, sosial dan pemberdayaan ekonomi. Permasalahan yang muncul pada bidang pemberdayaan ekonomi  adalah masih terbatasnya keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh anggota, keterbatasan waktu untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan dan keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana  mempromosikan produk yang telah dihasilkan. Solusi yang diberikan yaitu melakukan pelatihan handycraft berupa pembuatan beberapa aksesoris.  Agar produk yang dihasilkan dapat dipromosikan secara online maka tim PKM juga akan memberikan tips bagaimana caranya mengoptimalkan smartphone yang dimiliki untuk membuat foto/video produk dan menggunakan software desain grafis canva untuk mendesain sebuah poster. Sedangkan untuk keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki oleh anggota untuk hadir dalam kegiatan pelatihan yang nantinya dilaksanakan tim PKM akan membuatkan video tutorial pembuatan handycraft. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dulu dengan paparan tentang adaptasi teknologi pada era digital. Dilanjutkan paparan informasi apasaja yang harus ada pada sebuah poster dan mendesain poster pada canva dengan menggunakan template yang telah tersedia. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan membuat handycraft berupa bros dan tasbih. Karya yang telah dibuat difoto dan diedit dengan software canva yang hasilnya nanti dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan permasalahan mitra dapat diatasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

The increase in service users causes network problems, such as poor signal quality, sudden signal loss, or no network at all, To improve network quality, improvements are made to service coverage. One of them is by adding eNodeB. With the addition of eNodeB, network maintenance must be carried out to ensure identification and improvement related to network coverage and performance. If maintenance is not performed, it can cause bad spots, one of which is cell overshooting. The purpose of this research is to analyse the effect of cell overshooting on 4G LTE network coverage and quality parameters. 4G network coverage parameters are: Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) and 4G network quality parameters namely Signal to Interference Noise Ratio (SINR). From the drive test results obtained 80.77% of 546 samples on RSRP parameters ≥ -100 dBm and 32.78% of 546 samples on SINR parameters ≥ 3 dB. The low SINR parameter of the drive test results is caused by bad spot overshooting cell interference that occurs at site 4253364E and site MC425CC02E with sites around the bad spot area. From the analysis, it can be seen that bad spot overshooting cell affects network quality, while network coverage parameters do not. Where the RSRP parameters at the bad spot point are -87 dBm and -92 dBm and SINR parameters at the bad spot point are -1 dB and -3 dB.

Abstract

Human imunodeficiency Virus (HIV) dan Acqured Immune Defficiency (AIDS) telah menjadi masalah darurat global. Didapati data bahwa di seluruh dunia 35 juta orang hidup dengan HIV dan 19 juta orang tidak mengetahui status HIV mereka. Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Hingga saat ini belum ada studi yang mengaitkan HIV dengan inveksi SARS-CoV-2. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kepatuhan minum obat ARV pada pasien HIV/AIDS di RSUD Dr. Darsono Kabupaten Pacitan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, yang melibatkan pengukuran data kuantitatif dan analisis statistik terhadap objek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan media kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan bahwa Asymp (2 tailed) menunjukkan hasil 1,00 dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan jika Asymp Sig < 0,05 maka hipotesis diterima dan jika Asymp Sig > 0,05 maka hipotesis ditolak dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan kepatuhan pengobatan HIV/AIDS pada sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19 di RSUD Dr. Darsono Kabupaten Pacitan.

Abstract

In the development of 4G LTE technology, network speed (Throughput) in several regions has increased or decreased. Network speed (Throughput) certainly cannot be separated from Modulation.  In modulation there are several kinds of modulation schemes, be it QPSK modulation, 16 QAM modulation, and 64 QAM modulation. The modulation scheme is instrumental in increasing throughput. Based on several previous studies, they only check the Throughput parameters without doing a more in-depth analysis of the modulation scheme which also plays a very important role in network speed (Throughput). For this reason, it is necessary to carry out an analysis related to the effect of modulation on the throughput value. To find out the effect of modulation on throughput, it is necessary to take data in the field, the method used is the Drive Test method. Based on the results of the Drive Test, QPSK modulation has a Throughput value of 5.247.4 Kbps, modulation of 16 QAM has a Throughput value of 27.293.9 Kbps and modulation of 64 QAM has a Throughput value of 65.275.1 Kbps. Based on the data in the field and in terms of calculations, the modulation that most affects the throughput value is the modulation of 64 QAM. Modulating 64 QAM having 64 symbols where each symbol consists of 6 bits will make the data rate at throughput higher. This also applies to the use of modulation of 16 QAM (16 symbols with 4 bits) and QPSK (4 symbols with 2 bits).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of 2G and 4G networks on Telkomsel operators in Gunung Talang District and Danau Kembar District, Solok Regency, West Sumatra. This research was conducted using the drive test method using TEMS Pocket and TEMS Discovery devices for network data collection and analysis. The 2G network measurements were conducted based on Rx Level and Rx Quality parameters. In contrast, the 4G network was evaluated based on RSRP (Reference Signal Receive Power) and SINR (Signal Interference to Noise Ratio) parameters. The measurement results on the 2G network show that the average Rx Level is at -85.1 dBm, with very poor signal quality reaching 27.14%, while the network quality based on Rx Quality is classified as excellent with an average value of 0.9 dB, which reaches 82.21%. On the 4G network, the average RSRP was -101.7 dBm with a good signal dominance of 30.68%, but the network quality based on SINR was lower, with an average value of 12.3 dB, where 46.98% of the signal was classified as fair. In addition, several bad spot areas were found to be affected by natural obstacles such as hills, cliffs, and tall trees that block the signal. The recommendation from this research is to optimize the nearest site to improve signal quality in these areas, especially to reduce overshooting problems that occur in certain sectors. This research is expected to be a reference for operators in improving network quality in the areas studied

Abstract

Pada tugas akhir ini dirancang suatu jaringan Fiber To The Home ( FTTH) di Kelurahan Surau Gadang yang mana daerah tersebut dilakukan perancangan dan pengukuran performasi jaringan dimana standar yang digunakan sesuai dengan PT. ICON+. Tata cara yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini ialah penen- tuan posisi, pengumpulan informasi, serta perancangan memakai aplikasi Google Earth serta OptiSystem. Hasil dari perbandingan antara pengukuran OptiSystem dan pengukuran di lapangan didapatkan hasil redaman yang berbeda, dimana hasil pengukuran pada OptiSystem pelanggan dengan jarak terjauh menghasilkan daya terima sebesar -18.277 dBm sedangkan untuk pengukuran di lapangan pelanggan dengan jarak terjauh menghasilkan daya terima sebesar -18.52 dBm. Parameter Rise Time Budget didapatkan dari perhitungan ialah 0. 029 ns yang sudah memenuhi stndar kelayakan ialah tidak lebih dari 0. 219 ns sedangkan nilai Bit Error Rate pada simulasi ialah 8.11464 x 10-33 yang sudah memenuhi standar kelayakan ialah tidak lebih dari 10-9. Nilai Signal To Noise Ratio (SNR) merupakan 50.044831 dB yang pula penuhi standar minimal SNR ialah 21.5 dB. Dari hasil perhi- tungan serta hasil simulasi didapatkan nilai-nilai yang masih memenuhi standar kelayakan jaringan Fiber To The Home sehingga rancangan layak buat diimplementasikan.

Abstract

Diversifikasi pangan diharapkan dapat menjadi pilihan pangan non beras yang beragam, bergizi seimbang, dan aman (B2SA) serta terjangkau sehingga dapat mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap impor beras. Selain itu, diversifikasi pangan diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan dan mengoptimalkan potensi lokal berupa potensi tanaman lokal dan sumber daya manusia, serta dapat menjadi alternatif produk pangan yang relatif terjangkau. Tujuan dari diversifikasi pangan adalah untuk memberikan gizi yang cukup bagi pola konsumsi rumah tangga sehingga dapat memenuhi pola konsumsi yang sehat dan bergizi di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perkembangan program diversifikasi makanan pokok lokal program di Kabupaten Jember dan menetapkan strategi untuk membuat program diversifikasi pangan ini dapat diterapkan. Hasil analisis formulasi strategi menggunakan matriks QSPM menunjukkan bahwa keputusan strategi prioritas yang perlu segera dilaksanakan adalah meningkatkan variasi produk lokal yang dapat bekerjasama dengan Universitas atau peneliti di Kabupaten Jember

Abstract

Demand for mobile data services and people’s dependence on 4G LTE networks continue to increase. However, the quality of service (QoS) of this network still requires improvement, especially regarding the effect of QoS on throughput at specific frequencies. The research gap lies in the lack of indepth analysis of the impact of QoS parameters on network performance at frequencies of 2,100 MHz and 2,300 MHz. This study evaluates the effect of QoS parameters, such as delay, jitter, and packet loss, on throughput in 4G LTE networks at both frequencies. The research methodology uses an experimental approach with throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss measurements in various network conditions. The results showed that delay (17.2174 ms to 37.0322 ms), jitter, and packet loss significantly influence throughput, ranging from 624.5 Kbps to 1,322.4 Kbps. The 2,100 MHz frequency tends to show better performance than 2,300 MHz. This study concludes that optimizing QoS parameters, especially delay and jitter, can significantly improve 4G LTE network performance. These findings provide practical contributions for mobile operators in improving network quality and customer satisfaction and open opportunities for further research on other frequencies or newer network technologies.
