Abstract

Hasil mata kuliah matematika diskrit di Universitas Madura kurang maksimal, mayoritas mahasiswa mendapatkan nilai C. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah ingin mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas belajar, respon dan hasil belajar mahasiswa semester IV Universitas Madura dalam mata kuliah matematika diskrit melalui model pembelajaran STAD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan aktivitas belajar mahasiswa dari 3,18 (aktif) menjadi 3,54 (sangat aktif). Respon mahasiswa positif terhadap penggunaan model pembelajaran STAD dari 91,81% menjadi 95,45%. Sedangkan ketuntasan dari hasil tes belajar juga mengalami peningkatan dari 9,09% menjadi 81,81%.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil fleksibilitas siswa SD dalam memecahkan masalah geometri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif eksploratif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan pemberian tugas dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yakni subjek laki-laki menyebutkan informasi yang diketahui dan mengungkapkan pertanyaan dalam soal dengan tepat, dan dapat menyelesaikan masalah geometri dengan menggunakan lima cara, sedangkan subjek perempuan menyebutkan informasi yang diketahui dan mengungkapkan pertanyaan dalam soal dengan tepat dan dapat menyelesaikan masalah geometri dengan menggunakan tujuh cara. Abstract: The study aimed at describing the flexibility profile of the elementary students in solving the geometry tests. The research method used in this study was explorative descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Giving assignments and the interview were used as the data collection technique. Furthermore, the data obtained used triangulation method. The findings showed that the male students mentioned the known information and answered the questions correctly, while the female students mentioned the known information and answered the questions correctly as well as able to solve the geometry tests by using seven ways.

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the subjects that are less attractive to students who attend Islamic boarding schools. They assume that mathematics has nothing to do with Islamic values. Whereas mathematics material has a relationship with Islamic values such as the material for arithmetic sequences and series. In this case, a teacher needs to use the right learning model to deliver the subject matter, for example with the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model. RME is a model of mathematics learning that can connect mathematics learning objects with real life so that students can easily understand mathematics. This study aims to describe the effect of internalizing Islamic values in mathematics learning through the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model in arithmetic sequences and series subjects which were carried out for two meetings. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with the research subjects are 29 students of class XI IPA MA Matsaratul Huda. Data collection techniques used teacher and student activity observation sheets, student response questionnaire sheets, documentation, and test sheets. The results of the observation data analysis of teacher and student activities can be categorized as "very good" and students also respond "positively" to learning. From the results of student learning tests can be said to be "complete" classically with the results of 89.65% 85%. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that the internalization of Islamic values in mathematics learning through Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) affects student learning activities and outcomes and helps students understand the material and can provide new knowledge about the relationship between mathematics and Islamic values. This research can be used as an alternative in providing better learning.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil berpikir kritis mahasiswa dalam memecahkan masalah aljabar pada mata kuliah kajian dan pengembangan matematika SMP. Berpikir kritis pada penelitian ini mengacu pada berpikir kritis dengan kriteria Klarifikasi, Penilaian, Inferensi, dan Strategi. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan pemberian tugas dan wawancara.  Peneliti melakukan wawancara pada ketiga subjek penelitian. Wawancara tersebut direkam kemudian hasilnya ditranskripkan dan dikodekan. Untuk memperoleh data yang valid, peneliti melakukan dua kali wawancara pada setiap subjek penelitian. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh ditriangulasi. Kemudian data yang valid dianalisis untuk memperoleh profil berpikir kritis mahasiswa dalam memecahkan masalah aljabar.Abstract - The aim if this study is to describe students' profile of crirical thinking in algebra problem solving in study and mathematics development of junior high school. Critical thinking in this study referred to critical thinking wid some criterion such as clarification, asessemnet, inferential, and strategy. Data collection technique was done by assigement and interview. The researcher did the interview on those three subject. The interview was recorded, transcribed and coded. For the valid result, the researcher did the interview twice on each subject. Then, the triangulation was done to the data so the valid data could be analyzed for students' profile of critical thinking in algebra problem solving

Abstract

The library is part of school facilities that must be managed properly. But in reality, in the field there are still many school libraries that are still not good in the management system such as reading room arrangement that is not comfortable, books that are not labeled so that it is difficult for readers to look for it, it is difficult to know the availability of books (administrative services using manuals) and there are still many librarians who Not yet qualified in their fields, there are even librarians who are not purely library subjects, so there is a need for training and education for librarians and providers in the school library. We see the need for library development in several schools in Tlanakan sub-district. Because it can increase interest in visiting and reading students. So that the target in achieving is the increase of librarian's knowledge and ability in managing the school library properly so that the library becomes a maximum means of supporting student learning. The findings of this activity are the participants responded well. They get a lot of previously unknown knowledge about library management and are motivated to develop libraries in their schools and plan to follow other trainings that support their knowledge in managing the library.

Abstract

Not all teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs)’s public of Sumber Bungur have the ability to adapt to Information and Communication of Technology(ICT) development. Especially in the management of technology-based applications.Whereas with the rapid development of technology, teachers ' knowledge of technology must be mastered in order to support success in learning. The goal of this devotion is to introduce blended learning and motivate teachers to apply technology in learning.The participants of the devotion are representatives of the teacher teachers in the subjects at MTs Sumber Bunga as many as 14 people. Before the devotion carried out the participants were given Pretests aims to know the initial knowledge of participants related to the model of learning, utilization of ICT and blended learning, the result teachers are less utilizing ICT in learning and yet Know about blended learning. Whilethe results of the dedication gained data that the participants experienced an increase in knowledge about blended learning. Participants can also utilize the app Edmodo and quiz creator that supports teachers to apply blended learning. The poll stated that participants responded well to the implementation of devotion. They want to apply blended learning in learning after knowing its usefulness.

Abstract

Tema KKN yaitu “Penguatan Desa Mandiri di Era New Normal Covid-19” Kami berusaha menjadi motivator dan fasilitator untuk masyarakat terutama di daerah pedesaan. Beberapa program yang berkaitan dengan tema KKN dilaksanakan dengan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan untuk membantu mewujudkan penguatan Desa Tlesah Pamekasan menjadi desa mandiri di era new normal. Berdasarkan hasil observasi mahasiswa KKN dan DPL Universitas Madura, Desa Tlesah berada di sekitar pesisir dan berdekatan dengan laut yang membuat mata pencaharian sebagian besar masyarakat menjadi nelayan, petani, peternak. Kondisi sumberdaya alamnya melimpah dan memiliki sumber mata air yang cukup, hanya saja masyarakat kurang mengenal pengetahuan dan teknologi terapan baik dalam pendidikan, perekonomian, pertanian dan peternakan. Maka dari itu, dengan kombinasi berbagai ilmu pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa KKN bisa digunakan sebagai metode penyelesaian dalam merealisasikan program-program kerja yang dimiliki dan direncanakan. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu melalui sosialisasi, observasi dan dokumentasi. Beberapa hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan KKN ini adalah: 1). Pembuatan biskuit ternak (UMB), 2). Penyuntikan vitamin sapi gratis dan penyemprotan desinfeksi, 3). Pengolahan ikan menjadi es krim, 4) Sosialisasi program kesehatan dan melakukan kegiatan bimbel.

Abstract

Tema Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yaitu “kreatif dan berkarya di era pandemi Covid-19” kami mengadakan beberapa program yang berkaitan dengan tema Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang bertujuan untuk membantu mewujudkan penguatan Desa Tlesah Pamekasan menjadi desa yang lebih maju. Pandemi tidak menghalangi mahasiswa untuk melakukan kreativitas dan berkarya. Mahasiswa akan terus memberikan solusi dan akan berkontribusi terhadap permasalahan desa. Desa Tlesah Kecamatan Tlanakan hanya memiliki 3 dusun sehingga tidak terlalu luas. Sedangkan masyarakatnya sebagian besar bekerja sebagai nelayan, peternak sapi dan petani. Desa Tlesah memiliki potensi sumberdaya alam yang melimpah dan bisa dimanfaatkan untuk menghasilkan produk yang bernilai jual. Namun masyarakat masih kurang bisa mengoptimalkan potensi tersebut. Maka dari itu mahasiswa KKN ingin mengoptimalkan potensi desa dengan membuat berbagai produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan KKN yaitu melalui sosialisasi, observasi dan dokumentasi. Beberapa hasil produk yang dicapai dari kegiatan KKN adalah : 1). Pupuk (BOKASI), 2) Pastel tampe, 3) Bakdabak, 4) Lampu hias dari bambu. Selain membuat produk, mahasiswa juga membuatkan kemasan dan label produk sekaligus membantu dalam pemasaran. Respon masyarakat desa terhadap kegiatan KKN dari mahasiswa Universitas Madura cukup baik dan uji coba pemasaran berhasil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is a difference in learning achievement between students who are taught using a direct teaching model assisted by cardboard media and ICT media on flat sided geometric material. While the research method used is quantitative and comparative research because the data obtained is in the form of numbers from the test results and from the test results the difference can be seen. The population in the study were all fifth grade students at SD Plus Nurul Hikmah Pamekasan. Researchers used a purposive random sampling technique in determining the research sample. Class VA as the control class as many as 21 students and class VD as the experimental class as many as 23 students. The data collection technique used is a test in the form of essay questions. While the data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of tcount = 1.92 and ttable = 2.021 with dk = (23+21-2) = 42 at a significant level of 5%. Thus tcount < ttable means that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is no difference in learning achievement between students who are taught using a direct teaching model assisted by cardboard media and ICT media on flat sided geometric material.

Abstract

The low student learning outcomes in the measurement material can be caused by the tendency of teachers to only transfer their knowledge to students' minds so that students are passive, and not critical. One learning approach that pays attention to this situation is a realistic mathematical approach based on Madura local wisdom. Students are presented with contextual problems, namely problems related to measurements, so that they are trained to get used to solving problems in their daily lives. To support this realistic mathematics approach, a clopedimatics-based learning media will be designed as a substitute for textbooks used by students. Clopedimatics is a form of print media that is compiled based on the concept of compiling an Encyclopedia and designed to help students master the measurement material and is associated with non-standard units of measurement used by the Madurese community. This type of research is development research that uses a 4-D model but has been modified to 3-D, namely defining, designing, and developing. The conclusions of this study are development of clopedimatic learning media with a realistic mathematics approach based on Madurese local wisdom in the measurement material at SDN Barkot 1 Pamekasan meets the valid, practical, and effective criteria.
