Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui uji efektivitas berpikir kritis mahasiswa melalui penerapan model collaborative learning dengan media blog pada mata kuliah kalkulus II. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimental dengan jenis rancangan the nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group. Sedangkan teknik analisis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah Uji t berpasangan (paired t-test), melalui program SPSS 16.0 for Windows dengan Independent Sample T-Test, dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan prasyarat, yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, yaitu uji Lilliefors (Kolmogorov-Smirnov) normality test dan uji Levene’s (uji homogenitas). Sampel mahasiswa semester II Unidha dan Unisma berjumlah 118 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian untuk data postes, berdasarkan hasil uji t melalui program SPSS 16.0 for Windows, dengan menggunakan Independent Sample T-Test (t-test for equality of means) untuk data postes (kemampuan berpikir kritis) di Unisma dan Unidha Malang, diperoleh nilai signifikansi (sig.2-tailed) adalah 0,049 dan 0,045, karena lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis mata kuliah kalkulus II mahasiswa Unisma dan unidha Malang antara kelompok eksperimen (model collaborative learning) dan kelompok kontrol (model konvensional) berbeda secara signifikan. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata nilai postes di Unisma pada kelompok eksperimen sebesar 63.67, dan nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol sebesar 53.43, demikian juga nilai rata-rata nilai rata untuk data postes di Unisma Malang pada kelompok eksperimen sebesar 65.83, dan nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol sebesar 60.04, dikarenakan nilai rata-rata kelompok ekespeerimen lebih besar dari pada nilai rata kelompok kontrok pada niai postes kedua sampel di Unisma dan Unidha, maka dapat disimpulkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mata kuliah kalkulus II mahasiswa di Unisma dan Unidha antara kelompok eksperimen lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Kata Kunci: Kemamapuan Berpikir Kritis, Collaborative Learning, Media Blog, Kalkulus II Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness test of students' critical thinking through the application of collaborative learning models with media blogs on the second calculus course. This study uses a quasi-experimental design with the nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. While the research data analysis technique used is paired t-test, through the SPSS 16.0 for Windows program with Independent Sample T-Test, by first conducting the prerequisites, namely the normality test and homogeneity test, namely the Lilliefors test (Kolmogorov- Smirnov) normality test and Levene's test (homogeneity test). Samples of Unidha and Unisma second semester students totaled 118 students. The results of the study for posttest data, based on the results of the t test through the SPSS 16.0 for Windows program, using the Independent Sample T-Test (t-test for equality of means) for posttest data (critical thinking skills) at Unisma and Unidha Malang, obtained significance values (sig.2-tailed) is 0.049 and 0.045, because it is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that the critical thinking ability of calculus II students of Unisma and Unidha Malang students between the experimental group (collaborative learning model) and the control group (conventional model ) significantly different. Based on the average value of posttest at Unisma in the experimental group of 63.67, and the average value of the control group at 53.43, as well as the average value of the posttest data at Unisma Malang in the experimental group at 65.83, and the average value control group of 60.04, because the average value of the experimental group was greater than the average value of the control group in the post-test scores of both samples at Unisma and Unidha, it can be concluded the critical thinking skills of calculus II students at Unisma and Unidha between the experimental groups were better compared to the control group. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the structure of students' critical thinking processes in solving mathematical problems. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with four research subjects. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 1) the stages of students' critical thinking processes in solving mathematical problems include, a) clarification, b) assessment, c) inference, and d) strategies. 2) Students go through all stages of the critical thinking process in solving problems. 3) Students' critical thinking processes in solving mathematical problems are not always sequential. 4) The critical thinking process of each student is different. 5) stages of thinking starting from the assessment stage, clarification, inference then strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' creative mathematical thinking skills through solving open-ended problems. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of several stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 36 students. The results obtained from this study are that learning by solving open-ended problems can improve students' creative mathematical thinking skills, but not all achievement indicators are met. In cycle I, one student who answered in the non-creative category was very much while only a few were in the fairly creative category. In the second cycle, there was a change where students who answered in the non-creative category decreased and students who responded in the fairly creative category increased.

Abstract

Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Wordwall dalam dunia pendidikan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan, dibuktikan dengan peningkatan rata-rata nilai siswa MTs X pada pembelajaran Matematika dengan PBL menggunakan media Wordwall. Oleh karena itu penelitian bertujuan untuk menelusuri proses pembelajaran projek based learning dengan mengintegrasikan media wordwall. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menganalisis permasalahan pembelajaran yang ada disekolah. Dengan melalukan wawancara kepada guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan metode Lesson Study dalam dua siklus penelitian untuk mengukur hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil Media Wordwall yang diintegrasikan dengan pembelajaran berbasis Proyek oleh beberapa ahli dan respon siswa didapatkan hasil aplikasi sangat valid dan sangat praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran sehingga Media tersebut sangat valid dan praktis digunakan sebagai bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan dalam membantu pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan pentingnya PBL dalam memperbaiki hasil belajar siswa dan mengatasi tantangan dalam pembelajaran matematika, seperti kecemasan terhadap matematika. Dengan mengeksplorasi strategi ini, pendidik dapat mengembangkan pendekatan yang lebih holistik dan berorientasi pada siswa untuk meningkatkan pencapaian akademik mereka. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan PBL yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi seperti Wordwall dapat menjadi salah satu metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika di sekolah, mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tuntutan abad ke-21, serta membangun fondasi yang kokoh dalam keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan literasi matematika. Dengan demikian, penelitian lebih lanjut dalam menggali potensi PBL dalam konteks pendidikan matematika masih sangat relevan dan berharga untuk diteruskan.

Abstract

Mendeskripsikan kemampuan Koneksi Matematis Siswa SMPK Wignya Mandala dalam Menyelesaikan soal Himpunan merupakan tujuan dalam penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, Peneltian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data diantaranya (1) Tes, (2) Wawancara, (3) Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi, (1) Reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa (1) siswa dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis tinggi dapat menuliskan yang diketahui dan ditanyakan, dapat mengubah soal cerita ke dalam bentuk variabel dan mampu menghubungkan konsep himpunan dan konsep aljabar dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita serta menggunakan matematika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. (2) Siswa dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis sedang masih melakukan kesalahan dengan tidak menuliskan semua yang diketahui dan ditanyakan dalam soal. Mereka mampu mengaitkan konsep himpunan dan konsep aljabar dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita, namun dalam membuat diagram Venn masih belum tepat sehingga hasil akhir yang diperoleh juga masih belum tepat. Hal ini dikarenakan mereka belum memahami konsep himpunan dengan baik. (3) Siswa dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis rendah karena belum mampu menghubungkan konsep himpunan dan konsep aljabar dalam menyelesaikan masalah cerita yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Linear programming is a crucial aspect of optimization mathematics. Prospective mathematics teachers are required to be proficient in solving linear programming problems using graphical methods, the simplex method, and computational technology. However, challenges such as modeling real-world problems, computational complexity, and difficulty understanding graphical visualizations often hinder understanding the material. This study aims to describe the solution of linear programming problems based on the local wisdom of Madurese batik, incorporating AI literacy tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Grok, Wolfram Alpha, and GeoGebra AI. This study employed a qualitative, descriptive approach. The subjects consisted of 23 prospective teachers, and three representative subjects were selected. The instruments used were a contextual problem of Madurese batik and an interview questionnaire. The results were analyzed and compared with the interview results. The results show that AI helps facilitate prospective teachers in solving linear programming problems. The research findings suggest that AI has transformative potential in mathematics learning for prospective teachers. AI improves efficiency, visual comprehension, flexibility, and confidence. However, challenges such as technological barriers and potential decreases in learning intensity need to be addressed through thoughtful pedagogical design. Prospective teachers must remain meticulous in problem-solving because AI can make mistakes. Prospective teachers may feel the need for intensive learning because problems can be easily solved by AI. AI should be viewed as a tool that supports exploration and understanding, not as a complete substitute for the learning process. Mathematics learning needs to integrate AI as an aid, not a replacement for manual skills.

Abstract

Abstract Macroeconomics is one of the factors that can influence stock prices. One part of macroeconomics that can have a significant impact on company performance and stock prices is inflation, interest rates and exchange rates. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on share prices at PT. Temas Tbk. This type of research uses quantitative research. Data collection was carried out using secondary data in the form of inflation data, interest rates, exchange rates and share prices listed on the PT company website. Temas TBK. in the form of Annual Reports, Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which is time series data for the period 2014-2023. The analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of this research show that partially the Inflation variable (X1) has a significant influence on PT share prices. Temas Tbk. period 2014-2023. On the other hand, partially the variables Interest Rate (X2) and Exchange Rate (X3) do not have a significant effect on PT's share price. Temas Tbk. period 2014-2023. Meanwhile, simultaneously it shows that Inflation, Interest Rates and Exchange Rates have a significant and influential effect on PT's share price. Temas Tbk. period 2014-2023. Abstract

Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada mayarakat ini yaitu melakukan pemetaan potensi lokal desa Pandansari Lor meliputi sumber mata air dan UMKM, kemudian membuat Rumah Icon Desa Pandansari Lor berbahan Batang Pohon singkong, dan pelatihan membuat nugget dan eskrim berbahan singkong. Metode dalam kegitan pengabdian ini, yaitu pendampingan pemetaan potensi desa, pendampingan pemuatan ruamah icon berbahan singkong, dan pendampingan pembuatan nugget dan eskrim berbahan singkong. Hasil karya utama dari kegiatan pengabdian ini masayarakat menyadari potensi desa pandansari lor terkait melimpahnya sumber mata air yang bisa dimanfaatkan. selain itu masyarakat menyadari dan mengembangakan UMKM berbasis singkong. Masayarakat mimiliki icon kerajinan yang terbuat dari bahan pohon singkong. kemudian masyarakat bisa membuat nugget dan eskrim dari bahan singkong. Saran untuk program pengabdian selanjutnya yaitu mengembangakan potensi yang sudah dimiliki Desa Pandasari Lor dan memperluas pemasaran hasil produk UMKM masyarakat Desa Pandansari Lor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the ethnomathematics contained in the oba agi oba pete woven cloth and its buying and selling transactions in the Nagekeo community. This research is qualitative research with the type of ethnographic research. The subjects in this study were the Nagekeo people who work as weavers and sellers of woven woven fabrics. The results of the study found that the history of woven cloth is not known with certainty, there are flat wake concepts in the form of squares, rectangles, triangles, and rhombuses in the woven cloth motifs. In the buying and selling transactions of woven woven fabrics, the Nagekeo community used to use addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division strategies. The Nagekeo people in buying and selling transactions use the barter system. The community measures woven fabrics using fathoms and spans.

Abstract

Anxiety in learning mathematics is a significant issue that affects students' ability to understand and solve mathematical problems. Factors such as the learning environment, social stereotypes, and personal factors play a crucial role in triggering this anxiety. Research has highlighted the negative consequences of math anxiety on students' performance in everyday problem-solving and their academic achievement. Various strategies have been proposed to address math anxiety, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, cooperative learning, and realistic mathematics approaches. The implementation of innovative strategies such as gamification, flipped classrooms, and the integration of the history of mathematics has also proven successful in increasing students' interest and understanding of mathematics. Evaluations of studies indicate that cooperative learning models and guidance services focused on problem-solving have been effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes. With a deep understanding of the factors influencing math anxiety and efforts to address them, it is hoped that the quality of mathematics learning can be improved and students' anxiety in learning the subject can be reduced.
