Abstract

The main problem discussed in this study is the lack of learning activities and communication skills for class V children at SDN Alalak Selatan 2. This research aims to describe the increase in teacher activity, learning activities and student communication skills. This is because learning tends to be one-way, Indonesian language learning emphasizes grammar, and learning does not use a variety of models. The method used in this research was Classroom Action Research which was carried out in 4 meetings. The data used is qualitative data obtained by observing teacher activities, student learning activities, and student communication skills. The results obtained were that teacher activity from meetings 1 to 4 increased from 83% to 98%. Student learning activity at the same meeting increased from 41% to 91%, while student communication skills increased from 41% to 86%. Completeness of student learning outcomes also increased from 41% to 100%. Based on these results, conclusions can be drawn that show the PANDIR model is effective in increasing teacher activity, learning activities, communication skills, and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Urgensi dari penelitian ini terletak pada pentingnya memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru di tingkat SMA, khususnya di Kota Banjarbaru. Guru memiliki peran yang sangat krusial dalam proses pendidikan, dan kualitas kinerja mereka dapat berdampak langsung pada pencapaian hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan etos kerja, komitmen kerja, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Banjarbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan metode deskriptif-kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri di Kota Banjarbaru sebanyak 153 orang, dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang diolah melalui analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan analisis jalur (path analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara: (1) Etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,320, (2) Komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,280, (3) Motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,350, (4) Etos kerja terhadap motivasi berprestasi sebesar 0,310, (5) Komitmen kerja terhadap motivasi berprestasi sebesar 0,340, (6) Etos kerja melalui motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,180, (7) Komitmen kerja melalui motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,210. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square untuk variabel kinerja guru adalah 0,680, yang berarti etos kerja, komitmen kerja, dan motivasi berprestasi secara simultan memengaruhi kinerja guru sebesar 68%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the influence of the Principal's Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work Environment on the Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in North Labuan Amas District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach, correlational research design uses cross sectional techniques. The research population was 214 teachers from 28 elementary schools in LAU sub-district and 140 respondents were taken as research samples using proportional random sampling techniques. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data collection were analyzed using SPSS Version 25. Data analysis took the form of descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing using path analysis with the multiple regression method, and the Soebel test. The results of the analysis of the regression coefficient values ​​of the principal's transformational leadership variable on teacher performance were 0.368, the organizational culture variable on teacher performance was 0.308, the work environment variable on teacher performance was 0.251, the principal's transformational leadership variable on organizational culture was 0.629, the work environment variable on culture organization is 0.237, the principal's transformational leadership variable on teacher performance through organizational culture is 0.046 and the work environment variable on teacher performance through organizational culture is 0.022. The conclusion of this research is that the principal's transformational leadership, organizational culture, work environment and teacher performance are in the high category. There is a partial direct influence between the principal's transformational leadership, organizational culture, work environment and elementary school teacher performance in LAU District. There is an indirect influence between the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance through organizational culture and the work environment of SDN in LAU sub-district

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of school culture, principal's instructional leadership, and work commitment on teacher performance in SDN Se-Candi Laras Utara District, Tapin Regency. This research is motivated by initial observations that show the lack of teacher performance. This quantitative research involved a sample of 102 teachers out of a total of 139, selected through Proportional Random Sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study show that school culture, instructional leadership of school principals and work commitment have a direct and indirect effect on teacher performance. Specifically, the influence of school culture on teacher performance was 0.655, the influence of the principal's instructional leadership on teacher performance was 0.691, the influence of work commitment on teacher performance was 0.731, the influence of school culture on work commitment was 0.508 and the influence of the principal's instructional leadership on work commitment was 0.578. Indirectly, the influence of school culture on teacher performance through work commitment was 0.371, and the influence of the principal's instructional leadership on teacher performance through work commitment was 0.423. It is recommended that principals maintain a positive school culture and instructional leadership while providing relevant professional development programs to maintain teachers' performance and work commitment.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan iklim kerja, motivasi kerja dan komitmen kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD Negeri terakreditasi A di Kecamatan Martapura Kabupaten Banjar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan metode deskriptif-kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah semua guru SD Negeri terakreditasi A di Kecamatan Martapura Kabupaten Banjar sebanyak 166 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 117 orang responden yang diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara: (1) iklim kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 0,539, (2) motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 0,221, (3) komitmen kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 0,389, (4) iklim kerja terhadap komitmen kerja sebesar 0,804, (5) motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen kerja sebesar 0,154, (6) iklim kerja melalui komitmen kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 0,312, (7) motivasi kerja melalui komitmen kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 0,060. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisiensi determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square variabel kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,766. Hal ini berarti variabel iklim kerja, motivasi kerja dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 76,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23,4% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain. Sedangkan nilai R Square variabel komitmen kerja sebesar 0,667. Hal ini berarti variabel iklim kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen kerja sebesar 66,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian. Abstract

This research analyzes the direct and indirect relationship between Principal Learning Leadership, Work Environment, School Climate, and Professional Attitudes of Public Middle School Teachers in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency. This type of research is quantitative with an explanatory method using a path analysis model to analyze relationship patterns between variables. The research population was 140 teachers from 8 State Middle Schools in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency, and 104 respondents were taken as research samples using the Probability Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaire instruments, and data analysis uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The results of the study of the regression coefficient values ​​for the Principal Learning Leadership and Teacher Professional Attitude variables were 0.423, the Work Environment and Teacher Professional Attitude variables were 0.279, the School Climate and Teacher Professional Attitude variables were 0.232, the Principal Leadership and School Climate variables were 0.430, the Work Environment variable and School Climate of 0.515, the Principal Learning Leadership variable through School Climate with Teachers' Professional Attitudes of 0.778 and the Work Environment variable through School Climate with Teachers' Professional Attitudes of 0.805. In conclusion, a partial direct relationship exists between Principal Learning Leadership, Work Environment, and Teacher Professional Attitudes in Public Middle Schools in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency. There is an indirect relationship between the Principal's Learning Leadership through School Climate and Teachers' Professional Attitudes and the Work Environment through School Climate and Teachers' Professional Attitudes in Public Middle Schools in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency. Abstract

This research analyzes the relationship between principals' transformational leadership, teacher work creativity, and teacher job satisfaction and performance in junior high schools in Tanjung District, Tabalong Regency. This research approach is quantitative. The population of this study consisted of all junior high school teachers in Tanjung District, with a total of 148 teachers, and the sample size was 110 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed widely to the sample. Analysis of research results using descriptive statistics, simple regression, and multiple regression using SPSS Window Version 25. The research results show that there is a relationship between the transformational leadership of school principals on teacher performance, work creativity on teacher performance, job satisfaction on teacher performance, transformational leadership principals on work creativity, principals' transformational leadership on job satisfaction, principals' transformational leadership on teacher performance through job creativity, transformational leadership on teacher performance through job satisfaction. In conclusion, there is a relationship between the transformational leadership of school principals, teacher work creativity, and teacher job satisfaction and teacher performance in junior high schools in Tanjung District, Tabalong Regency. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between the principal's instructional leadership, professional competence, achievement motivation and the work discipline of SDN teachers in Murung Pudak District, Tabalong Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive research using a correlational path analysis model to analyze relationship patterns between variables. The research population was 280 teachers from 24 elementary schools in Murung Pudak District and 143 respondents as research samples using the Proportionate Random Sampling technique and the proportional allocation formula. Data collection uses questionnaire instruments and data analysis uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and path analysis. results of the analysis of the regression coefficient values for the principal's instructional leadership variable with teacher performance were 0.421, the professional competency variable with performance was 0.330, the achievement motivation variable with performance was 0.256, the principal's instructional leadership variable with achievement motivation was 0.485, the professional competency variable with achievement motivation was 0.485. 0.437, the principal's instructional leadership variable with performance through achievement motivation is 0.124 and the professional competency variable with performance through achievement motivation is 0.112. Conclusion of this research is that the principal's instructional leadership variables, professional competence, achievement motivation and performance of SDN teachers in Murung Pudak District, Tabalong Regency are all in the high category. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of quality management and the obstacles faced in its implementation, as well as the efforts to follow up on the challenges faced in two superior public high schools in Banjarmasin. This qualitative research uses descriptive methods like interviews, observation, and documentation. Apart from that, the subjects of this research were the leadership, the quality assurance department, the deputy head, and several teachers. The research results show that the implementation of quality management at SMAN 1 Banjarmasin and SMAN 7 Banjarmasin has been carried out based on the five pillars of quality schools: customer focus, total participation, measurements, commitment, and continuous improvement. Furthermore, the obstacles faced in implementing superior school quality management by SMAN 1 Banjarmasin are related to student input and limited funds to carry out student activities. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by SMAN 7 Banjarmasin are related to limited funds, lack of student participation in class, and the need to increase teacher motivation in developing competence. Furthermore, efforts were made to follow up on the obstacles faced in implementing school quality management, especially in increasing teacher competency, and encourage teachers to participate in training activities to improve their competency. In conclusion, quality management at SMAN 1 Banjarmasin and SMAN 7 Banjarmasin has been implemented based on five pillars of quality schools: customer focus, total participation, measurements, commitment, and continuous improvement. Abstract

The research population was 390 teachers from 14 schools, and 198 respondents were taken as research samples using a proportionate random sampling technique. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The research results show there is a direct influence of the principal's transformational leadership on the work climate; There is no direct influence of the principal's transformational leadership on work commitment; There is a direct influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance; There is a direct influence of work climate on teacher performance; There is no direct effect of work commitment on teacher performance; There is an indirect influence of the principal's transformational leadership through work climate on teacher performance; There is no indirect influence of the principal's transformational leadership through work commitment on teacher performance.
