Abstract

This study aims to determine the design of leaflet learning media based on local cultural wisdom in Cirebon for Class VIII social studies subjects at Cirebon Muhammadiyah Middle School, as well as its feasibility. This research uses qualitative research methods with an R&D approach with the ADDIE development model. The research was conducted at the Keraton Kacirbonan, which is a historical place in Cirebon City. The subjects of this research were tour guides and the community around the Keraton Kacirbonan. Miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis technique was used in steps, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result of this research is the creation of leaflet learning media based on the local wisdom of Cirebon culture, Keraton Kacirbonan as a learning resource for social studies subjects, material on the Plurality of Indonesian Society. Leaflet learning media components include: cover; content of lesson material; history of Keraton Kacirbonan; and practice. This learning media has material suitability in the "Very Good" category, and media suitability in the "Good" category, so it can be concluded that leaflet learning media is suitable for application in learning in schools.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor ekstern pada prestasi belajar mahasiswa agar prestasi belajar mereka mengalami perubahan yang memuaskan, terutama pada mata kuliah Teori Ekonomi Mikro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional terhadap mahasiswa Tingkat II Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNSWAGATI Cirebon Jawa Barat. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui instrumen skala sikap berupa angket yang berjumlah 30 pernyataan mahasiswa terhadap pengaruh keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat pada prestasi belajar mereka. Populasi yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa Tingkat II Pendidikan Ekonomi. Mahasiswa dalam 7 kelas sebagai responden dipilih secara random berdasarkan kelas, bukan mahasiswa. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan angket. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor ekstern memiliki pengaruh yang positif pada prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perolehan nilai Fhitung (131,943) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000, karena probabilitas (0,000) lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka, Ha-1 yang menyatakan faktor keluarga, sekolah/kampus, dan masyarakat memiliki pengaruh yang positif pada prestasi belajar mahasiswa dan diterima secara statistik. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor keluarga, sekolah (FKIP UNSWAGATI), dan masyarakat memiliki pengaruh yang positif pada prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan informasi untuk bahan pertimbangan dan masukan mengenai pentingnya pengaruh faktor-faktor ekstern pada prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: Faktor-faktor ekstern dalam persepsi mahasiswa, prestasi belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pemberian reward and punishment dalam pembelajaran harus dilakukan. Reward and punishment merupakan bagian dari reinforcement (penguatan) yang diberikan oleh seorang pendidik untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Reward merupakan reinforcement yang bersifat positif, dimana guru memberikan pujian atau penghargaan kepada siswa saat berhasil menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan dengan baik. Sedangkan, punishment merupakan reinforcement yang bersifat negatif, dimana guru memberikan hukuman atau sanksi kepada siswa ketika mereka melanggar peraturan saat belajar di kelas. Agar pembelajaran di kelas lebih menyenangkan serta dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, maka reward and punishment yang diberikan harus merupakan tindakan-tindakan yang positif.Kata Kunci: motivasi, belajar, reward, punishment

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of ownership ofapplications mobile banking and the economic condition of parents on consumptive behavior among students of FKIP UGJ Cirebon. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this study were all active FKIP students with a sample of 71 students. Sampling technique using Accidental Sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and then data processing using SPSS software version 25.0. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant effect of ownership ofapplications mobile banking on consumptive behavior among FKIP students, this evidenced by the t-value  of 7.677 which was greater than the t-table which was 1.99495 and the significance value of 0.000 was smaller than the error level of 0, 05. The economic condition of parents on consumptive behavior among FKIP students has a significant influence, this is evidenced by the t-value  of 7.090 which is greater than the t-table which is 1.99495 and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the error level of 0.005. Ownership ofapplications mobile banking and the economic conditions of parents have a significant effect on consumptive behavior among FKIP students, as evidenced by the coefficient of determination of 0.681 or 68.1% while the rest is influenced by other factors. Thus, ownership ofapplications mobile banking and the economic condition of parents have a positive effect on consumptive behavior among students of FKIP UGJ Cirebon.

Abstract

One of the objectives of establishing a School Cooperative is to foster and encourage the growth of awareness and spirit of cooperation and student entrepreneurship. School cooperatives, if run according to their functions and objectives, will clearly have an impact on the growth of students' entrepreneurial spirit, including students of SMAN Depok, Cirebon Regency. This study aims to determine the role of school cooperatives in forming an entrepreneurial spirit in students at SMA Negeri Depok, Cirebon Regency. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The research data sources consist of two sources, namely (1) Primary data sources, and (2) Secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study consist of three types, namely (1) Observation (2) Interviews, and (3) Documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used in descriptive qualitative research conducted by researchers is by means of (1) Data reduction (2) Data presentation, and (3) Drawing conclusions. The results of the study obtained are that the role of school cooperative activities in forming an entrepreneurial spirit in students of SMA Negeri Depok, Cirebon Regency is good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix and the most dominant influence of the marketing mix on the purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers. This study used quantitative methods with a survey approach, and data collection using questionnaires. The simple random sampling technique was used to select respondents who produced 73 students of the Faculty of Education and Science UGJ Cirebon. Testing and data analysis is carried out using the help of SPSS Software 25.0 for windows. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and insignificant influence of product and price on consumer purchasing decisions, while place and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, then promotion has the most dominant influence on TikTok Shop purchase decisions in FPS UGJ Cirebon students.

Abstract

Interesting Economics learning can make it easier for students to understand the Economics material given, so that students do not feel bored. One way to create a conducive atmosphere when learning is by interacting with peers in class, because they can help change students' learning behavior in a positive or negative direction. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of peers in the family environment (home) and at school on students' learning motivation in Economics learning. This study used a quantitative research method, namely a survey. Samples were taken from three classes with a total of 100 students. The samples in this study were students of class X IPS 1 Economics, as well as students of class X MIPA 5 and X MIPA 6 Economics Interest. The research data sources were primary and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out using the classical assumption test and the t-test. The test results showed that peers have a positive influence on students' learning motivation in Economics learning. The conclusion is that peers in this school have similarities in age and social status, and the students are smart and intelligent in class. They have an influence on learning motivation and can be used as Economics learning partners.

Abstract

The research aimed to prove the influence of socio-economic status and parental attention on students' social studies learning achievement at SMPN 1 Plumbon. The approach used is a quantitative approach. data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The population in the study were all students at SMPN 1 Plumbon, the sample in this study was class VIII as many as 80 students at SMPN 1 Plumbon using random sampling. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that parental attention has a significant effect on students' social studies learning achievement. Apart from that, the variable parental attention has a more dominant influence compared to socio-economic status as seen from the results of the Standardized Coefficient Beta, parental attention has the highest value of 0.383 compared to socio-economic status. With this research, it is hoped that it will be useful for parents, teachers, and school
