Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) how people consider the price factor, (2) the ease factor, and (3) the trust factor in making online purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to find out how people consider the price factor, the ease factor, and the trust factor in making online purchasing decisions. This research was conducted in Setupatok Village, Mundu District, Cirebon Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. Meanwhile, the validity of the data was tested by technical triangulation. The results of the study show: (1) on the price factor, consumers tend to choose products that have affordable prices. The way to do this is by comparing the prices of one store with another and choosing to buy on discount products or when there are certain events such as HARBOLNAS (Hari Belanja Online Nasional), (2) then on the ease factor, consumers tend to choose online that provide a system COD (Cash On Delivery), especially for novice consumers, and (3) On the trust factor, consumers trust online that have a good reputation.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor ekstern pada prestasi belajar mahasiswa agar prestasi belajar mereka mengalami perubahan yang memuaskan, terutama pada mata kuliah Teori Ekonomi Mikro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional terhadap mahasiswa Tingkat II Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNSWAGATI Cirebon Jawa Barat. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui instrumen skala sikap berupa angket yang berjumlah 30 pernyataan mahasiswa terhadap pengaruh keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat pada prestasi belajar mereka. Populasi yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa Tingkat II Pendidikan Ekonomi. Mahasiswa dalam 7 kelas sebagai responden dipilih secara random berdasarkan kelas, bukan mahasiswa. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan angket. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor ekstern memiliki pengaruh yang positif pada prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perolehan nilai Fhitung (131,943) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000, karena probabilitas (0,000) lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka, Ha-1 yang menyatakan faktor keluarga, sekolah/kampus, dan masyarakat memiliki pengaruh yang positif pada prestasi belajar mahasiswa dan diterima secara statistik. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor keluarga, sekolah (FKIP UNSWAGATI), dan masyarakat memiliki pengaruh yang positif pada prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan informasi untuk bahan pertimbangan dan masukan mengenai pentingnya pengaruh faktor-faktor ekstern pada prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: Faktor-faktor ekstern dalam persepsi mahasiswa, prestasi belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pemberian reward and punishment dalam pembelajaran harus dilakukan. Reward and punishment merupakan bagian dari reinforcement (penguatan) yang diberikan oleh seorang pendidik untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Reward merupakan reinforcement yang bersifat positif, dimana guru memberikan pujian atau penghargaan kepada siswa saat berhasil menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan dengan baik. Sedangkan, punishment merupakan reinforcement yang bersifat negatif, dimana guru memberikan hukuman atau sanksi kepada siswa ketika mereka melanggar peraturan saat belajar di kelas. Agar pembelajaran di kelas lebih menyenangkan serta dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, maka reward and punishment yang diberikan harus merupakan tindakan-tindakan yang positif.Kata Kunci: motivasi, belajar, reward, punishment

Abstract

AbstractThis article is about the research conducted to find out the role of reward and punishment in improving economic learning literacy through Pancasila education by increasing students' sense of nationalism. This study used qualitative research methods. The data sources of this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data are questionnaires totaling 26 statements that are distributed to students, while secondary data are observation sheets, interview sheets, as well as documentation (photo). The participants of this study were first-level students of the Economics Education program of FKIP Unswagati who took 30 Macroeconomic Theory courses with 30 people. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively with domains, taxonomies, components, and cultural themes. The results of the analysis show that giving positive rewards and punishments, especially giving light and favorable sentences, can improve literacy in economic learning, so that the atmosphere of the lecture becomes more conducive and enjoyable. Increasing student economic learning literacy is achieved through Pancasila education by practicing Pancasila values in daily life, including during lectures in class. Giving punishment by singing national songs is a way to arouse the love of the homeland. Singing national songs is one of the ways lecturers try to improve the nationalism of students, so that the love of the country continues to thrive in the soul of Indonesia's young generation, namely students. The conclusion of this study is that the role of reward and punishment is very important in improving economic learning literacy that is seen continuously from the enthusiasm and activeness of student learning based on the practice of Pancasila values in which there are moral values and aesthetic values, in addition to divine values as the basis and value of justice as a goal, so as to increase the sense of nationalism of students in a conducive and pleasant learning atmosphere, serious and focused learning, but relaxed.Keywords : Role of reward and punishment, Literacy of economic learning, Pancasila education, Sense of nationalism.

Abstract

AbstractTeaching with the team teaching method is useful for providing varied teaching services to students, so that students can actively participate in learning activities. The research objective was to determine the increase in student learning activeness with the team teaching learning method in the Economic Specialization. This reseacrh used qualitative research methods. The results of the analysis show that the team teaching learning method has a good impact on increasing student learning activeness in the Economics Specialization, because students become more enthusiastic, diligent, active, and also critical when studying. The conclusion of this research is that with team teaching learning, students are enthusiastic and happy when learning because learning is carried out by two teachers, and added with different teaching methods, such as adding games when there is an interval of time.Keywords: Team teaching, student learning activeness, economic specialization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of ownership ofapplications mobile banking and the economic condition of parents on consumptive behavior among students of FKIP UGJ Cirebon. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this study were all active FKIP students with a sample of 71 students. Sampling technique using Accidental Sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and then data processing using SPSS software version 25.0. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant effect of ownership ofapplications mobile banking on consumptive behavior among FKIP students, this evidenced by the t-value  of 7.677 which was greater than the t-table which was 1.99495 and the significance value of 0.000 was smaller than the error level of 0, 05. The economic condition of parents on consumptive behavior among FKIP students has a significant influence, this is evidenced by the t-value  of 7.090 which is greater than the t-table which is 1.99495 and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the error level of 0.005. Ownership ofapplications mobile banking and the economic conditions of parents have a significant effect on consumptive behavior among FKIP students, as evidenced by the coefficient of determination of 0.681 or 68.1% while the rest is influenced by other factors. Thus, ownership ofapplications mobile banking and the economic condition of parents have a positive effect on consumptive behavior among students of FKIP UGJ Cirebon.

Abstract

One of the businesses developed by Gojek is Go-food. Go-food is a service feature provided by Gojek which provides food delivery services. Go-food services provide convenience in terms of mobility and the food ordering process. Apart from that, the simple payment system also makes Go-food a favorite choice among the public. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on the level of satisfaction of users of food delivery services (Go-Food) in Cirebon City. Quality in this context includes aspects such as delivery speed, order accuracy, food quality, and customer service availability. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to Go-Food users in Cirebon City. The population of this research is people in the Cirebon City area who have used Go-Food services) with an unknown population size. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Using questionnaire data collection techniques. Test analysis uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of the analysis show that service quality has a significant positive effect on the level of satisfaction of Go-Food service users in Cirebon City. This means that the higher the quality of service provided by the company, the higher the satisfaction that consumers will feel.

Abstract

This research aims to assess students awareness attitude on natural resources in the region of Unswagati Cirebon Indonesia. Qualitative research method is used in this study involving 87 students as sample at the second grade of Economic Education FKIP Unswagati in the year of 2016/2017. Data were gathered using interviews, observation, and documents. These were analyzed employing qualitative technique through developing the domains, taxonomies, compositions, and cultural themes. Results indicate that the students have positive attitudes towards their environment while using natural resources, having sufficient knowledge and skills in maintaining, managing, preserving, and restoring the environment to overcome the lack of natural resources.Keywords: Environmental awareness, natural resources, character building, microeconomic theory

Abstract

Technological advances with various other implications also require a greater role for the world of education, especially for teachers who use different technologies, methods and approaches in conveying material and values ​​to students. A teacher's ability to adapt to technological developments has become an inevitability that cannot be avoided. Based on the research obtained, the results show that the development of powtoon learning media has a feasibility percentage of 83,75% (feasible). Student learning outcomes were proven to have increased in obtaining a minimum score of 70 and a maximum score of 100. The gain test showed that 18 students obtained high score criteria and 9 students obtained medium score criteria. In the student response questionnaire, the percentage was 93.4% (Very Eligible). Thus, it can be stated that the Powtoon learning media is suitable for use in entrepreneurship learning. It is hoped that this research can help students and the instruments involved in the process of teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

This study was motivated by students' low self-confidence in themselves and the environment, especially in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. This research aims to describe the level of student self-confidence in economics subjects by providing non-verbal reinforcement and the effectiveness of non-verbal reinforcement in increasing students' self-confidence during teaching and learning activities in economics subjects. With a high level of self-confidence, students can experience teaching and learning activities in class in a fun way which has an impact on increasing understanding of economic material. The research method used in this research is quasi-experimental. The population in this study was 146 students, and the sample was 36 students. Data collection in this research used tests and observations. The test in this study was used to measure students' self-confidence. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, percentages and t tests using SPSS. The research results showed that the effectiveness of implementing non-verbal reinforcement in increasing students' self-confidence increased after implementing non-verbal reinforcement. Before being given nonverbal reinforcement, students were in the less confident category when studying economics in class. Meanwhile, after being given non-verbal reinforcement, students experienced an increase in self-confidence when studying economics material in class. There is a significant difference in students' self-confidence after being given nonverbal reinforcement compared to before being given nonverbal reinforcement.
