Abstract

Prestasi belajar yang ideal harus didukung pemahaman pendidikan dalam menjalankan kurikulum sekolah supaya sesuai dengan tingkat kebutuhan usianya untuk setiap tingkatan pendidikan. Determinan kurikulum menjadi asas yang mendasar dalam penentuan kurikulum. Terdapat empat determinan yang perlu dipahami pendidik untuk keterlaksanaan pembelajaran efektif, diantaranya determinan filosofis, determinan psikologis, determinan sosiologis,   dan determinan hakekat pengetahuan. Masing-masing determinan kurikulum ini memiliki lingkup sasarsan dalam mematangkan kurikulum yang terbentuk pada setiap satuan pendidikan sebagai asas yang melandasi kurikulum. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman pendidik terhadap determinan kurikulum untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran efektif yang dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih luas dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam  kepada pendidik terhadap bagaimana semestinya proses pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat adalah teknik sosialisasi yang terdiri observasi dan perencanaan, tahap tindakan, dan tahap evaluasi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada guru tingkat satuan pendidikan anak usia dini dengan jumlah pendidik sebanyak 6 guru. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukan peningkatan pemahaman pendidik  untuk keterlaksanaan pembelajaran efektif sehingga menjadi media bagi pendidik untuk bertukar pikiran secara aktif interaktif    berkaitan dengan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran yang telah berjalan selama ini.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar curriculum is a manifestation of the real changes made by the government in the field of education as an effort to improve the quality and quality of education in Indonesia. This 2022-2023 school year, the government hopes that several schools will be able to implement learning with an independent learning curriculum. However, the fact that lapagan, especially among schools based on islamic boarding schools, the independent learning curriculum is not easy to implement without special assistance from experts. Therefore, we as part of the educators try to help the government to introduce the learning process with an independent learning curriculum in Islamic boarding schools. Our partner is Pondok Pesantren Al-Azizah 1 Bancaran, Bangkalan Regency. Our method of service is to introduce the learning process of the independent learning curriculum to students and students using the help of teaching modules that we have compiled before. Based on the results of this service program, we can draw the conclusion that the existence of modules that are designed by themselves according to the level of characteristics of students and students can make it easier to implement the learning process of the independent learning curriculum. In addition, the introduction of the independent learning curriculum that we do to the community in partner schools can help them construct their own knowledge using the learning experiences they already have. This indirectly gives rise to creative ideas

Abstract

The learning process is an important part of implementing teaching and learning activities in every educational unit. There are several components involved including educators, students, learning media, learning designs, or methods, learning approaches, and evaluation methods at the end of learning. Teachers as the spearhead in the implementation of learning activities are highly demanded to always improve their competence and professionalism so that they can combine the motivation, interest, and enthusiasm of students in carrying out learning activities based on their similar potential, gender, and talents. The teacher’s ability in the competence of the field of knowledge possessed and the ability to implement learning pedagogy will characterize their professionalism in transfering understanding of topics or learning concepts to creating learning designs through the formulation of mature instructional objectives ar the beginning. This process will end with the implementation of the revision if the learning lesign that is created or implemented does not produce the desired output in the instructional objectivest that were formulated earlier. The cycle that is formed in the learning design reflects the sequence of learning activities that are arranged in a learning plan that begins with formulating instructional objectives, determining learning methods or designs, carrying out formative tests, perfected by summative tests, and ends with evaluating learning outcomes. The teacher or lecturer as the component closest to students who interacts with students directly is the component that most determines the success of students in receiving understanding. An effective learning system is the ultimate goal of implementing learning. The concept of teaching involves components of philosophical aspects and process aspects, based on the implementation of the teaching and learning process under the responsibility of the school in which there is the involnement of educational instructitutions and their teaching staff

Abstract

Learning takes place with the role of educators and students in it who are very synergistic with each other. Educators are required to be professional in the learning process so that they can convey material messages well, through methods, strategies, approaches and techniques which of course explore the modalities of students by paying attention to the relevance of learning tools that are arranged according to the material to be conveyed. Professional educators will always do innovation and novelty in the technique of delivering material during the learning process so that learning objectives are achieved. The role of the educator as a facilitator in learning is supported by the initial potential that students already have which is directed by using the methods, approaches, learning strategies chosen by the educator will make it easy for students to absorb the material presented. Students as subjecs in the learning process should always make changes for the better. This change will be obtained through the learning process. After receiving the message in the learning process, there will be a period of receiving the message and here it needs to be supported by individual motivation which becomes an instrinsic determinant of students and has the potential to achieve learning outcomes leading to good learning achievement. Learning motivation as a form of factor that greatly influences learning outcomes becouse learning motivation strongly supports the presence of student learning independence. Students who are independent in the learning process will facilitate the absorption of messages conveyed by educators in the form of constructive learning that is currently developing. Learning motivation can be from internal factors outside of students. However, what is very influential is the intrinsic factor because it is present within each individual who is undergoing the learning process and cannot be presented by others.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) telah memberikan kontribusi yang besar pada Pendapatan Domestic Bruto (PDB), penyerapan tenaga kerja, pendistribusian pendapatan masyarakat, pengentasan kemiskinan, serta pengurangan pengangguran yang kesemuanya ini akan berdampak pada sektor perekonomian bangsa. Permasalahan dalam pengembangan UMKM yang diklasifikasikan diantaranya, permasalahan permodalan, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, pengembangan produk, serta tidak keseluruhan pelaku usaha yang familiar dengan pemasaran menggunakan media digital. Disini membutuhkan peran pemerintah sebagai pemangku kebijakan dan stabilisator perekonomian untuk memberikan beberapa program, kegiatan, pembinaan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan secara menyeluruh kepada seluruh lapisan pelaku usaha baik yang di kota maupun dipelosok supaya secara merata mendapatkan pembinaan pemerintah untuk tumbuh menjadi UMKM yang produktif dan memiliki daya saing dalam mengembangkan produk sebagai spesialisasi produk daerah masing-masing serta menjadi produk ekonomi kreatif unggulan bangsa. Pemerintah sebagai pemangku kebijakan perlu terus menstimulus pelaku usaha UMKM untuk terus mampu bertahan dan tumbuh menghadapi permasalahan internal dalam perkembangan UMKM maupun permasalahan dari luar yang tidak menutup kemungkinan terjadi seperti kondisi perekonomian bangsa dalam krisis perekonomian ataupun situasi bangsa yang berada di masa pandemi. Permasalahan dalam pengembangan UMKM serta kondisi perekonomian dan bangsa sangat memberikan sumbangsing yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan UMKM itu sendiri dan disini peran pemerintah dalam berbagai program, pembinaan, pendampingan, sangat dibutuhkan para pelaku UMKM untuk mampu bertahan dan terus berkembang dalam segala situasi untuk kontribusinya dalam perekonomian

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran efektif menuntut tenaga pengajar untuk mampu merancang situasi pembelajaran yang mendukung sehingga terlaksana secara kondusif. Tenaga pendidik yang profesional akan mampu menciptakan metode, strategi, media, maupun pendekatan pembelajaran yang sangat mendukung efektivitas keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Pemilihan media pembelajaran kombinasi bangun ruang pada materi struktur pasar sangat memberikan perantara bagi siswa untuk dengan mudah memahami, menelaah, serta memudahkan siswa mengingat konsep materi yang meliputi karakteristik dari beberapa bentuk pasar dengan berbagai ciri yang dimiliki masing-masing bentuk pasar. Melalui media ini siswa dapat memberikan penalaran dengan penggunaan beberapa bangun ruang akan lebih mudah mengingat siswa mengenai jumlah pembeli dan penjual di pasar, sistem informasi di pasar, jenis barang yang diperjual belikan di pasar, serta pembentukan harga di pasar. Beberapa bentuk pasar yang membuat peserta didik merasa kebingungan dalam membedakan maupun menghafal dapat dimediasi dengan penggunaan media ini untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam pemahaman materi. Melalui sosialisasi ini peserta didik akan mengikuti tahapan penggunaan media ini sesuai dengan materi struktur pasar dan hasil yang diperoleh dari penggunaan media ini adalah peserta didik menjadi lebih memahami materi, lebih menyenangkan mengikuti proses pembelajaran, serta lebih mudah menghafal dari karakteristik masing-masing pasar yang membentuk struktur pasar tersebut.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has inflicted tremendous impacts on multiple sectors, including Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah/UMKM). The government policy to impose Large-Scale Social Restrictions (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar/PSBB) has greatly influenced the sustainability of UMKMs. Their products selling, among other, has transformed from conventionally direct selling to the integration of online and offline selling methods that require creativity and innovation. This qualitative research is designed to recognize strategies implemented by the UMKMs in order to survive during the pandemic. The research objects are the UMKMs whereas the instrument is library studies. The finding showed a depiction that the UMKM craftsmen used a number of selling methods such as e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, product and service quality improvements, and Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM). Those methods indicate marketing modification and creativity in the forms of products and services diversification to maintain the sustainability and continuity of their businesses.

Abstract

MSMEs as part of the economic sector have driven many wheels of the community's economy through equitable distribution of people's income, provision of employment for productive working age, and specialization of products produced by each region. As a sector that has driven the wheels of the economy a lot and contributed positively to the national economy, the government is promoting MSMEs which continue to be developed in the community. However, in its development, MSMEs are not as easy as expected. There are many challenges and obstacles in the development of MSMEs. In terms of capital and financing, the skills of the workforce and business actors, information and technology, and the need for business actors to always innovate and this is not easy because the business actors of Tanjung Bumi batik are located in remote areas with minimal information, the education level of business actors is low. low ambition, the nature of the business which is family and hereditary and the people who are still not familiar with technology. The element of capital is the main and crucial element in running a business. We know that the element of capital cannot be denied its contribution to the running of the business. If the capital is strong, the business will easily develop. Financing will be easily facilitated and there will be no increase outside the budget for the business being carried out. Supported by the ability (skills) of good business actors, it is undeniable that business will bring the expected results. Elements of internal factors from business actors also dominate the implementation of business operations. Interest in entrepreneurship is motivated by individual motives in running their business. Motives within these individuals will facilitate the implementation of learning in entrepreneurial experience, bring up entrepreneurial personality, positive perceptions of entrepreneurial characteristics which ultimately lead to strong motivation in running a business.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan untuk meliterasi pada generasi emas siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bangkalan kelas XI F9. Kegiatan ini dilakukan bertujuan memberi wawasan pada pelajar tentang pentingnya memupuk karakteristik pelajar pancasila sebagai generasi emas salah satunya dengan meliterasi diri dengan mengikuti sosialisasi tentang pendidikan karakter dalam menumbuhkan jiwa yang berkarakter pancasila. Pendidikan karakter adalah proses pembentukan nilai-nilai moral, etika, dan sikap yang baik pada individu. Perkembangan zaman saat ini menjadikan pendidikan ini dirasa sangat penting untuk membantu menciptakan warga negara bertanggung jawab, beretika, dan perduli terhadap kepentingan bersama. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk kemasan sosialisasi pemateri kepada pelajar tingkat SMA. Dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, pada tahapan ini pemateri atau tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat melakukan rancangan materi dalam bentuk penyajian penjelasan di power point. Tahap pelaksanaan, dilakukan upaya untuk menjelaskan materi yang sudah disipkan dalam media di depan kelas secara rinci, konkret, konfigurasi konsep karakteristik pelajar pancasila. Tahap pengamatan, dilakukan dengan mengamati perkembangan siswa selama mengikuti sosialisasi dari sikap, pemahaman, maupun psikomotoriknya dalam menangkap setiap umpan balik yang disampaikan tim. Respon siswa serta sikap yang ditunjukan dapat menjadi indikator, tingkat pemahaman mereka. Tahap pengamatan, pemateri memberikan pengamatan yang runtut dan sistematis khususnya dari tiga domain (afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik). Tahapan refleksi, sebagai bentuk kesimpulan singkat sebagai hal penting di hasil akhir yang perlu disimpulkan bersama sebagai catatan baik atas adopsi atas informasi sosialisasi.

Abstract

It is not enough for learners to be knowledgeable, but they must also have critical thinking skills. The problem in the research comes from the lack of critical thinking skills of class VIII-A students in Civics subjects at UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Kamal. Students tend to be passive, lack of understanding of the material, lack of courage in expressing opinions or questions about the subject matter taught. This problem requires a flipped classroom learning model that aims to test the effectiveness of the learning model on students' critical thinking. This type of research uses exploratory with a quantitative approach. The data analysis shows that the application of the flipped classroom model has a positive effect on students' critical thinking skills. The results of hypothesis testing in this study also resulted in H1 being accepted and obtained a value of 6.265> 2.042, so the t-count > t-table hypothesis formulated in this study is accepted, which means that the flipped classroom learning model is effective on students' critical thinking skills. The results in this study show the effectiveness of this learning model is supported by the flipped classroom learning model in Civics subjects can create learning in the classroom more actively and can encourage students to think critically optimally. In addition, it helps teachers in learning in the classroom more effectively so that it facilitates the process of evaluating learning on students' critical thinking skills and learning outcomes.
