Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative type of research and data collection used by researchers is to conduct in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that the application of the SIMDA Finance application is very helpful in achieving the target to generate finance quickly, and accurately. So that the success of implementing a program can be seen from the point of achieving the goals obtained by paying attention to the outputs generated from the program. So that it can facilitate the management of education costs and then used and allocated according to the needs and activities of the school. Abstract

Perkerasan merupakan adalah elemen penting dalam konstruksi jalan raya untuk memastikan kelancaran lalu lintas. Indonesia membutuhkan sekitar 1,6 juta ton aspal setiap tahun karena tingginya kerusakan jalan yang memerlukan perbaikan berulang. PT Pertamina hanya mampu memenuhi sekitar 30% dari kebutuhan aspal, sehingga sebagian besar harus diimpor. Asbuton, dengan kandungannya yang lebih unggul, dapat menjadi alternatif yang potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja campuran AC-WC dengan Asbuton B 50/30 (Lawele Granular Asphalt, LGA) dan menentukan kadar optimum penggunaannya. Pada penelitian ini, Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) ditentukan terlebih dahulu menggunakan metode eksperimen. Kemudian, dibuat benda uji dengan Asbuton B 50/30 sebagai bahan tambah aspal dengan variasi 5%, 6,5%, 8%, 9,5%, dan 11% berdasarkan nilai KAO. Campuran diuji dengan metode Marshall untuk mendapatkan karakteristik Marshall berdasarkan spesifikasi Bina Marga Tahun 2018 Revisi 2. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kadar optimum Asbuton B 50/30 adalah 5,75% dengan karakteristik Marshall Test yang memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Transportasi umum di Kota Malang masih menghadapi tantangan rendahnya jumlah pengguna meskipun pandemi Covid-19 telah berakhir. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis karakteristik pengemudi dan pengguna angkutan umum di rute AL, serta menilai kemampuan membayar (ATP) dan kesediaan membayar (WTP) pengguna. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei lapangan dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua pengemudi angkutan umum di rute AL adalah laki-laki, dengan mayoritas berusia 51-65 tahun. Penghasilan harian mereka berkisar antara Rp50.000 hingga Rp100.000, dan sebagian besar memiliki pengalaman mengemudi lebih dari 20 tahun. Kendaraan yang digunakan sebagian besar berusia lebih dari 20 tahun. Dari sisi pengguna, mayoritas adalah perempuan berusia 31-50 tahun, dengan penghasilan bulanan antara Rp1.000.000 hingga Rp2.000.000. Frekuensi penggunaan angkutan umum ini sebagian besar berkisar antara 2-4 kali per minggu. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa ATP pengguna rute AL adalah Rp4.334,43, sedangkan WTP hanya Rp4.043,01, yang berada di bawah tarif saat ini. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kualitas layanan untuk menarik lebih banyak pengguna, sehingga angkutan umum dapat menjadi pilihan yang lebih menarik di Kota Malang.

Abstract

Abstract: PVC waste management is often a problem, and this happens because PVC is a material that cannot be decomposed naturally. Therefore, innovation is needed to dispose of large amounts of PVC waste. One way is to turn the waste into an additive to the asphalt mixture. Adding PVC into asphalt can improve its performance, namely by increasing its softening point value so that asphalt can resist weather changes. This study aims to: (1) Describe the characteristics of the AC-WC mixture without adding PVC in terms of Marshall parameters. (2) describe the characteristics of the AC-WC mixture with the addition of PVC in terms of Marshall parameters. (3) Determine the optimum level of PVC added to the AC-WC pavement mixture. (4) Determine the value of residual strength index (IKS) in the AC-WC mixture with the addition of PVC. PVC material is mixed into the asphalt with variations in the addition of PVC of 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% by weight of the asphalt, and then the Marshall test is carried out. Next, the IKS test specimens were made with optimum bitumen and PVC content, and the Marshall test was carried out. The results of this study showed: (1) The characteristics of the AC-WC mixture without the addition of PVC were that the stability value increased up to 6% and decreased at 6.5% and 7% asphalt content. Meanwhile, the value of flow and VFA has increased. The VIM value decreased, as did the VMA value, which decreased at 5.5% and increased at the next level. (2) The characteristic of the AC-WC mixture with the addition of PVC is that the stability value increases by adding up to 4% PVC content but decreases at 6% to 10%. Flow, VIM, and VMA values increase as the PVC content increases, but VFA values tend to decrease. (3) The optimum level of PVC addition is found at 4.2% by weight of asphalt. (4) The mixture with the addition of 4.2% PVC has a higher IKS value than the mixture without the addition of PVC. This indicates that the AC-WC mixture with the addition of PVC can have better temperature and water resistance compared to the AC-WC mixture without adding additives.Keywords :  polyvinyl chloride, asphalt concrete-wearing course, Marshall parameters

Abstract

The maritime industry, traditionally reliant on intuition and experience-based decision-making, is undergoing a transformation with the increasing adoption of digital marketing strategies. However, the epistemological foundations of this transition remain underexplored, particularly in the context of leadership and strategic decision-making. This research examines how maritime leaders, lecturers, and postgraduate students perceive and integrate data-driven marketing strategies into maritime business management. The study provides original value by addressing the gap in maritime leadership research regarding digital marketing epistemology. Unlike previous studies that primarily focus on technical adoption, this research critically analyzes the philosophical and cognitive frameworks influencing digital marketing decision-making. The primary objective is to explore the extent to which digital marketing decisions in maritime leadership are guided by empirical data rather than intuition. Using qualitative research and descriptive analysis, semi-structured interviews were conducted with maritime experts, lecturers, and postgraduate students. Data were analyzed thematically, categorizing responses into competency development, sustainability, and digital transformation barriers. Findings reveal that while data-driven strategies are acknowledged as valuable, traditional leadership models still dominate. Digital marketing adoption is constrained by limited expertise, regulatory challenges, and skepticism toward analytics. The study concludes that bridging this gap requires integrating epistemological inquiry into maritime education and fostering collaboration between industry and academia. Strengthening digital literacy among maritime leaders is essential for ensuring the sustainable and strategic use of digital marketing in the sector.
