Abstract

Raising the potential of traditional herbal medicine as an alternative to business in the digital era is the theme chosen for preservation, because Indonesia's potential is rich in natural products that can be used for medicinal plants, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic, the women of PKK Tambakrejo take advantage of this opportunity by utilizing plants. ginger as a business opportunity, the implementation of the activity is carried out for three days with materials taught about, market research, product manufacturing practices to sales, the method used is using seminars and workshops, the first day is providing material in the form of seminars, the second day is a workshop, namely the practice of making products. and the third day of sales, the service process goes according to expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of promotion through instagram and product innovation on purchasing decisions for Gembul Banana products. The study was conducted because the results of several previous researchers found that product innovation and promotion are key factors in influencing purchasing decisions. The tight business competition that comes from businesses for similar products or substitute products, requires a business to always move faster and creatively to come up with new ideas in order to attract the attention of consumers. The method used in this research is descriptive explanatory method. Analysis of the data used using multiple linear regression analysis model. The population in this study were all buyers of Gembul Banana products by taking a sample of 101 respondents, and taking the sample using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that the effectiveness of promotion through instagram and product innovation had a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Gembul Banana products. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to Gembul Banana business owners to be more serious in managing Gembul Banana social media, especially in posting photos, endeavor to post photos that are interesting and in accordance with consumer desires, not just photos and uploads on social media. In addition, it is also recommended that the logo of the company should be included on the packaging, not only in the form of a yellow box that is identical to a banana, but a logo must be included so that consumers can remember the product.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-trust and online consumer reviews on the purchasing decisions of Tokopedia consumers in Jombang. This research is a type of verification research with a quantitative approach and using explanatory research methods. The data in this study include primary and secondary data, as well as for the population, namely Tokopedia consumers in Jombang, totaling 96 respondents. The sampling technique of this study used accidental sampling. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale, data collection uses a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS version 21. The results in this study show that e-trust and online consumer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Thus, it can be concluded that e-trust and online consumer reviews affect the purchasing decisions of Tokopedia consumers in Jombang.).

Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze the motivation of millenials generation to do solo traveling. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The data analysis was Miles and Huberman’s model and tested by triangulation of sources. The result of this study found several motivations for millenials generation doing solo traveling, including consumer behavior that indicates psychological factors, utilitarian motivation, and hedonic motivation. This study also found that the dominant factor is hedonic motivation, which satisfies the emotional aspect.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi terkemuka di Jombang, STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang berupaya memberikan pelayanan semaksimal maungkin kepada seluruh mahasiswa dengan berbagai kemampuan yang dimiliki termasuk bagi mahasiswa yang lambat belajar (slow learner). Guna mendukung upaya tersebut, maka dibuatlah suatu teknologi bantu pembelajaran yang mempermudah mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan perkuliahan salah satunya adalah pada mata kuliah studi kelayakan bisnis. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan teknologi bantu pembelajaran untuk mempermudah mahasiswa untuk menyerap materi perkuliahan studi kelayakan bisnis dengan sebuah aplikasi SIKUBIS. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama kurang lebih lima bulan dari tahap persiapan hingga evaluasi akhir kegiatan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tim penulis, PT Insan Cendekia Nusanatara sebagi pengembang profesional, 20 mahasiswa relawan dan konsultan teknologi Pendidikan. Dari hasil kegiatan diketahui bahwa respon yang diberikan mahasiwa setelah menggunakan SIKUBIS sangat baik dan meningkatkan pemahaman. Rencana tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini adalah pengembangan program agar bisa diterapkan pada mata kuliah yang lain.

Abstract

This article explores Temanten.id start up Apps is a Social Enterprise Business Network focusing on collaborative efforts of young people to strengthen business resilience and sustainability. The case study approach builds on previous studies (Adler & Clark, 1991; Leonard-Barton, 1992; Von Hippel & Tire, 1995; and Hoopes & Postrel, 1999). Case studies on 216 new businesses founded by 610 students from 60 universities throughout Indonesia to become new entrepreneurs. Abstract

The phenomenon that is currently developing is related to how people are able to meet their biological needs but can reduce the negative impact of the process of fulfilling these needs, especially on the environment, so that a movement returns to natural products, the method of explanation (explanatory research) is the method chosen in this study. The research was conducted with the consumer object of Ades AMDK users with a sample range of 100 respondents. The data collection method used to measure the eco label, green product and buying interest variables was done by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires given to respondents via google form, hypothesis testing using partial test (t) and determinant coefficient (R2). The data is processed using SPSS. After conducting a series of data analysis, it was found that the eco label and green product variables had an effect on consumer buying interest in Ades brand bottled drinking water, although it was found that in descriptive analysis all of these variables were in fairly good criteria,

Abstract

As one of the leading universities in Jombang, STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang strives to provide the best possible service to all students with various abilities, including students who are slow learners. A learning aid technology was created that makes it easier for students to carry out lectures, one of which is the Introduction to Accounting course. This activity aims to create learning aids technology to make it easier for students to absorb the lesson with the BUDIAJA application. This activity lasted approximately five months, from the preparation stage to the final evaluation of the activity. This activity involved the writing team, a professional software developer, 20 volunteer students, and educational technology consultants. From the results of the activity, it is known that the response given by students after using BUDIAJA was very good and increased understanding. The follow-up plan for this activity is to develop the program so that it can be applied to other courses.

Abstract

The problem of organic waste, especially dry leaves, is one of the environmental challenges that has not been optimally resolved in Indonesia. Kaliwungu Village, Jombang District, is one of the areas that has high potential for dry leaf waste, but has not been utilized economically. Most of this waste is simply burned, causing air pollution and carbon emissions. This community service program aims to empower environmental cadres and PKK cadres through training in making briquettes from dry leaves, which not only provides environmental solutions but also opens up business opportunities based on social entrepreneurship. The training was carried out for three days involving 30 participants. Activities included socialization, technical training, business simulations, and evaluation of results. The results showed a significant increase in participant understanding, with an average pretest score of 40% increasing to 85% in the posttest. As an output, participants succeeded in producing 300 briquettes that met alternative fuel quality standards. In addition, most participants expressed their readiness to start a briquette business independently or in groups. This program has a positive impact on social, economic, and environmental aspects, in line with the principles of sustainable development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda, especially point 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and point 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). With continued assistance and collaboration with strategic partners, it is hoped that this program will be able to create a sustainable small business ecosystem based on the environment and provide wider benefits for the people of Kaliwungu Village.
