Abstract

Teknologi SIG mengintegrasikan operasi pengolahan data berbasis database yang biasa digunakan saat ini, seperti pengambilan visualisasi yang khas serta berbagai keuntungan yang mampu ditawarkan analisis geografis melalui gambar-gambar petanya. Setiap seminggu sekali Rumah sakit Banyubening Boyolali melakukan proses pencatatan dan penulisan data sosialisasi rumah sakit tersebut masih menggunakan buku dan menggunakan peta berukuran besar yang di pajang di ruang marketing hal tersebut memiliki kelemahan dalam hal penggunaan material seperti ruang dan kertas menumpuk membuat pencarian data pun kurang efektif sesuai kebutuhan. Tujuan menerapkan SIG diharapkan dapat Membantu mempetakan tempat yang belum terjangkau promosi oleh Marketing Rumah Sakit Umum Islam Banyu Bening Boyolali serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas instansi untuk bagian marketing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode UML (Unifield Modeling Language). Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah Sistem Informasi Geografis Pemetaan Lokasi Persebaran Pasien Rumah Sakit Umum Islam Banyubening Boyolali dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat guna untuk memperluas area promosi rumah sakit kepada masyarakat umum.

Abstract

Kebutuhan informasi dan pengetahuan baru untuk pendukung keputusan Rumah Sakit sangat diperlukan, ancaman gangguan kesehatan mulai diutarakan oleh badan kesehatan dunia dan menjadi fokus pemerintahan dalam usaha peningkatan kesejahteraan kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk itu diperlukan pengelompokan penyakit untuk mengetahui pola / jenis gangguan kesehatan dengan jumlah banyak maupun sedikit. Dikarenakan jumlah data rekam medis dan variabel data yang banyak maka dibutuhkan metode untuk mempermudah pengelompokan penyakit. Dengan pendekatan pengklasteran K-means, pembagian kelompok penyakit dapat dilakukan berdasarkan 3 variabel yaitu umur (vu), kode penyakit (vi) dan kecamatan (vk). Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengklasteran menggunakan algoritma K-means yang diimplementasikan kedalam kode bahasa pemrograman. .Hasil dari pengelompokkan direpresentasikan dalam bentuk grafik sehingga pihak eksekutif lebih mudah memahami hasil pengelompokan data tersebut. Dari proses pengelompokan 200 data rekam medis periode rebruari 2019 didapatkan 3 kelompok yaitu cluster 1 dengan penyakit tertinggi Chronic ischaemic heart disease, unspecified usia terbesar lansia dengan wilayah wilayah laweyan, cluster 2 penyakit tertinggi Fever, unspecified usia terbesar dewasa dengan wilayah terbanyak laweyan, dan cluster 3 dengan penyakit tertinggi Low back pain usia lansia dengan wilayah terbanyak banjarsari dan laweyan.

Abstract

Klasifikasi wisata Surakarta dibedakan menjadi 8 kategori Dilihat dari data pengunjung pada tahun 2019 banyaknya pengunjung wisatawan terjadi pada obyek wisata kategori wisata sejarah, , hal ini dikarenakan wisata budaya yang ada di kota Solo adalah wisata yang banyak di isi dengan pementasan yang tidak semua orang dapat mengetahui tempat dan waktu buka acara dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka penulis ingin membuat suatu sistem rekomendasi tempat pariwisata budaya Surakarta. Metode dalam pengembangan sistem ini penelitian ini mengunkan waterfall dengan tahapan Requirements analysis and definition, System and software design, Implementation and unit testing, Integration and system testing, Operation and maintenance. Analisis mengunakan metode SWOT. Desain proses mengunakan UML. Metode rekomendasi mengunakan . Implemnetasi mengunakan Bahasa pemograman PHP, testing mengukanan pengujian black box dan recall precision. Hasil sistem rekomendasi terdiri dari dua akse yaitu admin dan user. Sistem rekomendasi dapat memberikan rekomendasi wisata budaya berdasarkan atribut yang di inputkan oleh user. Hasil pengujian black bok menunjukan semua fungs pada sistem rekomendasi sudah dapat berjalan sesuia yang diharapkan. hasil pengujian recall dan precision menunjukan nilai persentase recall 100% dan nilai persentase precision 89%

Abstract

Berkah Media Sarana adalah perusahaan yang bergerak percetakan. Sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini masih manual hanya dicatat dalam kertas untuk pemesanan dari desain, cetak hingga finishing. Sehingga informasi yang dikeluarkan tidak akurat. Data yang diperoleh hanya untuk sementara setelah pesanan selesai dikerjakan maka data itu tidak dipergunakan atau disimpan. Perusahaan belum mengetahui makna data itu sendiri. Perusahaan ini hanya melakukan produksi jika ada pesanan saja. Pelanggan memesan desain, finishing yang diinginkan dan menentukan tanggal jatuh tempo (due date) kemudian data itu dicatat pada sebuah nota 2 rangkap untuk pelanggan dan untuk kantor juga dicatat di whiteboard kantor untuk penjadwalan cetak. Perusahaan hanya memperkirakan kapan pesanan itu proses cetak dan dapat diambil tanpa melihat pesanan lain. Hal ini dapat merugikan perusahaan dan banyak terjadi komplain dari pelanggan karena jatuh tempo yang disepakati terlambat dan ketidakpastian jadwal dan pesanan yang masuk. Metode yang digunakan adalah Earliest due date (EDD) yang memberikan prioritas tertinggi pada produk yang prosesnya memiliki (due date) batas waktu penyelesaian terpendek. Metode ini lebih mudah diterapkan dan dipahami. Untuk mengurangi kesalahan-kesalahan yang telah terjadi tersebut. Sistem penjadwalan pesanan ini dengan metode Earliest due date (EDD) dengan memperhitungkan pesanan masuk dan waktu produksi cetak sehingga perusahaan Berkah Media Sarana dapat memberikan informasi kapan produski pesanan itu dilakukan dan pesanan jatuh tempo dapat diminimalisir dalam keterlambatannya. Sistem yang di hasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem sudah bisa di gunakan untuk mencatat pemesanan dan penjadwalan dengan metode ealist due date dimana keduanya saling berkaitan sehingga pesanan dapat diproses sesuai jatuh tempo dengan meminimalisir keterlambatan.

Abstract

Penjualan diperlukan suatu pengawasan atau monitoring guna menunjukkan dari keberhasilan yang dicapai dari tujuan dari organisasi atau instansi. Perusahaan dagang yang memiliki berbagai cabang, maka pimpinan harus memperoleh informasi dan laporan dari cabang-cabang tersebut. Memonitoring atau mengawasi perkembangan penjualan perlu dilakukan pimpinan supaya dapat mengevaluasi tingkat penjualan di berbagai cabang dari suatu perusahaan. Toko ABC salah satu toko yang memiliki beberapa cabang selama ini   proses   pencatatan data transaksi atau penjualan dilakukan dengan mencatat ke dalam buku laporan penjualan. Selanjutnya buku tersebut, difoto dan dikirim ke grup Whatsapps yang di dalamnya beranggotakan karyawan cabang, pusat dan pimpinan. Memonitoring atau mengawasi perkembangan penjualan perlu dilakukan pimpinan supaya dapat mengevaluasi tingkat penjualan di berbagai cabang dari suatu perusahaan. Jauhnya kantor cabnag dengan kantor pusat menyebabkan sulitnya pimpinan perusahaan untuk melakukan evaluasi penjualan secara langsung di cabang. Model Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Evalusi Penjualan, yang diharapkan hasil prototipe dapat diimplementasikan pada perusahaan dagang terutama para pelaku usaha menengah yang memiliki kantor cabang Hasil monitoring tersebut pimpinan dapat mengevaluasi penjualan di setiap cabang – cabang. Metode analisis dalam penelitian yang digunakan adalah PIECES untuk menganalisis sistem yang berjalan dan yang akan dikembangkan. Serta, model perancangannya menggunakan flowchart dan Data Flow Diagram. Sistem akan dikembangkan dengan metode prototype. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan database yang digunakan MySQL sebagai pengolah basis datanya. Pengujian sistem ini menggunakan dua jenis pengujian diantaranya black box dan white box. Hasil dari perancangan aplikasi Sistem informasi monitoring dan evaluasi penjualan berbasis Web tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pimpinan dapat mengawasi proses transaksi penjualan di seluruh cabang, dengan adanya laporan transaksi dan laporan stok di seluruh cabang. Selain itu, pimpinan juga dapat menjadikan seluruh laporan tersebut sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan. AbstractSales require an oversight or monitoring to determine the success achieved from the goals of the organization or agency. Furthermore, the book is photographed and sent to the Whatsapps group, which consists of branch admins, central admins and leaders. Monitoring or supervising sales developments needs to be done by the leadership in order to evaluate the level of sales at all branches of a company. The distance between the branch office and the head office makes it difficult for company leaders to monitor sales directly at the branch. Sales Monitoring Information System Model, it is hoped that the results of this prototype can be implemented in trading companies, especially medium-sized businesses that have branch offices. The results of the monitoring, the leader can evaluate the sales in each branch. This research will develop a sales monitoring information system by integrating the existing sales information system at the branch store with the existing system at the central store. The system development method used in this research is prototype, the design model uses flowcharts and Data Flow Diagrams. This study uses PHP as the programming language for coding and MySQL as the database processor. Testing this system using black box testing. The results of designing a Web-based sales monitoring information system application by integrating the sales system at the branch store so that the head and central store admin can oversee the sales transaction process, transaction reports and stock reports in all branches. Leaders can also make the entire report into consideration in making decisions.

Abstract

Prediction of student performance is an important thing for a university. This is because it can help a university to prevent or treat students who are at risk of failing in their studies early. This study aims to predict student performance at Duta Bangsa Surakarta University (UDB). The model used in this study is a logistic regression model. Logistic regression is a mathematical modelling method used to determine the relationship between a binary dependent variable and one or more independent variables. The results showed that the logistic regression model could be used to predict student performance with MAPE by 8%.  Keyword: Student Performace, Logistic Regression, UDB, MAPE

Abstract

ICT industry becomes a driver of change, many sectors that can change not only from the telecommunications sector. ICT developments are spurring the digital economy enables sectors that had previously been in the safe zone, being threatened because of the presence of substitute industry that has begun to emerge. Trend to date, some companies use Internet-based applications to support the marketing of their products. Not only on the promotional activities featuring products that are known by consumers, even some companies use Internet technology to support transactions, such as the sale of products to consumers. Innovation and competition to push toward creative destruction, there is a long lost services and value added is replaced by the presence of ICT innovation. The government must be present and ready to anticipate the changes that may occur due to the development of ICT, which grew rapidly at the policy level. The study is qualitative and done through the study of literature and focused discussions involving experts and stakeholders concerned. the results of this study are as advice on policy will be taken by the government to the ICT industry sector forward in the face of the rapid innovation of ICT.

Abstract

Indonesia since 2020 has implemented the Work From Home to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19. facing a pandemic because the Covid-19 virus emerged from Wuhan, China. To meet the needs, the constant saturation, and the anxiety that comes from being too afraid of this virus. In fact, mental health is very important for work or even more productive activities, because if we are mentally and mentally healthy, physically we can follow activities properly. So maintaining mental health is very important in order to be able to face the pandemic atmosphere and still have a purpose in life. It doesn't just stop there, the pandemic also attacks everyone mentally, economic instability causes people to work harder and be depressed. Therefore, this paper is written to propose the idea of ​​a mental health consultation system as a mediator to increase life expectancy. Economic instability causes people to work harder and pressured to make ends meet, the boredom that continues to be felt, and the anxiety that is present from being too afraid of the virus. The method used in this paper is the literature study method and the existence of a design system called the prototyping method. Literature study is carried out by collecting relevant information on topics that are the object of research from books, scientific papers, theses, dissertations, and journals, while prototypes are the development stage before heading to actual large / scale production. The result that will be obtained is enough feeling to be an entertainer and a solution for everyone who is already at a point of hopelessness or who just wants to get answers to his anxiety so far, in order to increase life expectancy and strengthen mentally after counseling.

Abstract

The Ngargoyoso tourist attraction area is one of the popular tourist attractions in Karanganyar Regency, especially in Central Java. In this tourist area there are many small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that offer various products, especially original products from Ngargoyoso. The use of information technology to support the marketing and promotion of local products, namely the Electronic Marketplace which is made based on a website with marketing and sales features, is expected to increase income and improve the welfare of the local community. The problem faced by Small and Medium Enterprises in the Ngargoyoso Tourism Village area is that the sales model that is carried out is still conventional and the promotions carried out are still very limited, only limited to the surrounding area. Sometimes tourists who visit don't even know the location of the SMEs in the tourist village of Ngargoyoso. And also many tourists who don't know what products from SMEs and their locations are, considering that currently in the tourist village of Ngargoyoso there is no market or physical store to market souvenirs typical of the products of SMEs in the village of Ngargoyoso. This has resulted in several SME products that have not been exposed to the outside. Even though during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as the current number of tourists visiting the Ngargoyoso tourist village, of course this greatly affects the income value of SMEs in the Ngargoyoso tourist village. Thus, the application of the Electronic Marketplace with a Rule Based Expert System can be used as a promotional media and selling and buying with a wider reach.

Abstract

The credit balance deposit business is said to be still loved until now, the need for all-in-one online makes it inevitable that device users need to top up pulses, digital wallets, PLN or top up games. This makes transaction requests more and more causing many requests in the deposit process, with this problem the author wants to create a credit deposit information system. In this study, the method used by the researcher divides it into two, namely for the first method of data collection there are observations, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The second is the system development method using the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method, there is a needs analysis using pieces analysis, where there are system workflows, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, Sequence diagrams and the last is testing using black box techniques and beta testing. The results of the recommendation system consist of three access rights, namely customer service, owner and member. The credit balance deposit information system can assist in the deposit process from transactions, data presentation and reporting. The results of the black box test show that all functions in the credit balance deposit information system can run as expected. The results of beta testing by filling out the questionnaire show the percentage value of the system suitability is 88.79%.
