Kampung Sentra Blangkon Petrojayan Serengan merupakan daerah industri kreatif yang memproduksi blangkon dan menjualnya. Metode promosi dan penjualan blangkon di kampong blangkon petrojayan dilakukan melalui pameran, informasi mulut ke mulut dan beberapa pedagang telah memanfaatkan teknologi promosi dan pemasaran melalui Short Message Service (SMS) dan intenet. Pengenalan produk blangkon pada media internet seperti facebook atau media social lainnya hanya menampilkan gambar tanpa spesifikasi produk maupun cara memesan dan membelinya. Hal ini tentunya menyulitkan konsumen untuk mengetahui detail produk blangkon dan melakukan transaksi pembelian barang. Kegiatan PKM ini adalah melakukan induksi teknologi yang terdiri dari aplikasi promosi dan aplikasi manajemen peneglolaan pemesanan dan penjualan secara online. Paket aplikasi yang akan diterapkan pada mitra adalah aplikasi Elektronik Market Place dan Manajemen Penjualan. Kegiatan ini memiliki target untuk perluasan tempat pemasaran secara elektronik (e-market place) dan perbaikan manajemen pengelolaan pemesanan dan penjualan secara online. Kegiatan Induksi teknologi dilakukan dalam lima tahap yaitu (1) Penyusunan Materi, (2) Pelatihan, (3) Persiapan peralatan, Konfigurasi Sistem dan Implementasi Sistem, (4) Pendampingan dan (5) Monitoring. Pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk proses penyusunan materi dan pelatihan adalah pendekatan konsep-proses. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk proses pendampingan adalah pendekatan Project Based. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk kegiatan monitoring adalah problem solving. Kata kunci : Induksi, Teknologi, Promosi, Manajemen, Penjualan

Kegiatan ini memeiliki tujuan untuk megimplementasikan teknologi kepada masyarakat yang terdiri dari aplikasi katalog produk digital. Kegiatan ini memiliki target untuk memanbtu memasarkan produk kerajinan tangan dengan menerapkan aplikasi katalog produk digital. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini dengan beberapa tahap yanga akan dilekukan diantaranya (1) Menyusun Bahan Pelatihan/Materi, (2) Kegiatan Pelaksanaan Pelatihan, (3) Kegiatan mempersiapkan peralatan untuk implementasi program, (4) Kegiatan mendampingi mitra dan (5) Kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi. Pada tahap penyusunan materi tim akan menyusun modul penggunaan aplikasi katalog digital. Pembuatan modul akan dilengkapi dengan materi presentasi yang akan digunakan pada sesi pelatihan. Tahap pelatihan menggunakan metode diskusi dan demonstrasi agar mitra dapat dengan mudah mengerti mengenai materi yang disampaikan. Tahap ini akan dikonsentrasikan untuk pengenalan katalog produk yang akan ditransfer kepada mitra taitu dengan menerapkan aplikasi katalog digital. Tahap persiapan implementasi program adalah inti dari kegiatan. Tahap ini tim dan mitra akan bekerja sama untuk implementasi program yang terdiri dari penggunaan pembuatan katalog produk digital. Tahap pendampingan dilakukan tim pengabdian dari proses implementasi program yang meliputi penggunaan katalog produk digital. Tahap monitoring akan dilakukan tim pengabdian secara berkala dan berkelanjutan. Pada tahap awal monitoring akan dilakukan setiap bulan sekali untuk melihat kemajuan mitra dalam implementasi program.

Solo is a cultural city. in addition solo has some business actors in the arts and cultural arts until now still exist in production. The problems faced by UKM craft art and culture here is the lack of marketing media, therefore making the difficulty of handicraft products known by the public. Marketing media utilized include brochures, pamphlets and more. In this study the authors provide solutions by designing and making a craft sales application that is devoted to the sale of cultural arts and crafts are expected to solve existing problems.This research uses prototype method in system development. The design of the system in this study using UML system design tool (Unified Modeling Language). With use case, diagram, flowchart.The results of this study obtained from the questionnaire to the respondents consisting of respondents sellers and respondents buyers who showed results that web-based creative industry retailer applications obtained Percentage of respondents sellers Interpretation of 92% and respondents buyers interpretation of 87%. So the average of questionnaire results from both respondents is 89.5% which shows the application of creative industry retailers can be useful to help the system of art and culture arts sales in the city of Solo.

Smartphone users are increasing from 1.4 billion smartphone users 176 million of them are smartphone addicts. Most smartphone users do not know about any health problems that can be generated from this smart phone. So it takes an expert system to facilitate users as an early detection for the user's personal health.In the manufacture of Expert System Detection Health Problems Due to Use of Smartphone is using Certainty Factor method to calculate the percentage level of certainty of disease. The tools used in system development are: Flowchart, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). System development method used is Prototype on the basis of this method can be evaluated by the user until the specifications obtained in accordance with the wishes of users

Data processing fixed assets include recording and calculating depreciation of fixed assets is not computerized. In preparing the report, it is also not fast enough and accurate. The purpose of this study to simplify and streamline the process data fixed assets so that the work can be completed on time with a precise and accurate results. The applications to be built is a desktop-based and multi user which each user has the authority according to his or her rights. Methods of data collection using observation, book study method, and the method of interview. This information system development using the waterfall while the data flow method is structured method DFD (Data Flow Diagram) in illustrating functional model and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) to illustrate data model . The programming language is using Visual Basic.Net with MySQL Database applications . The information system cost of depreciation of fixed assets can calculate the depreciation by the straight-line method and determine the end of fixed assets benefit and result reports of fixed assets depreciation, complete with the economic life, depreciation rates, accumulated depreciation, book value and expiration of the useful life of fixed assets.

Dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap Mahasiswa Politeknik IndonusaSurakarta menerapkan sistem pembayaran mahasiswa. Sistem pembayaran mahasiswa diPoliteknik Indonusa dilakukan secara offline artinya Sistem Pembayaran Mahasiswa beradadi Politeknik indonusa, sehingga mahasiswa harus datang langsung ke bagian pembayaranmahasiswa di Politeknik Indonusa untuk melakukan pembayaran kuliah. Biaya kuliah yangharus dibayarkan mulai dari biaya pendaftaran, uang pembangunan, seragam dan atribut,biaya laboratorium, biaya SPP dan lain-lain. Dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlahmahasiswa sehingga semakin bertambahnya tingkat kesibukan bagian pembayaranmahasiswa dalam memberikan pelayanan pembayaran kepada mahasiswa. PoliteknikIndonusa Surakarta mulai merintis kerjasama dengan Perbankan untuk menerimapembayaran mahasiswa, dalam hal ini Politeknik Indonusa berkerjasama dengan BRISyariah untuk penerimaan pembayaran mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantukerjasama antara Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta dengan BRI Syariah dalam penerimaanpembayaran mahasiswa yaitu dengan menerapkan integrasi sistem dengan model host to hostsistem antara server yang ada di Politeknik Indonusa dengan BRI Syariah. Dalam penelitianini proses pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dapat dilakukan VIA ATM, ATMMini, Teller BRI Syariah dan E-Banking sehingga mahasiswa dapat melakukan pembayarankapanpun dan dimanapun.Hasil penelitian ini telah diterapkannya sistem pembayaran mahasiswa PiliteknikIndonusa Surakarta secara online yaitu dengan bekerjasama dengan BRI Syariah denganmodel sistem Host to Host Sistem.

XYZ Company in the process of delivering receivable payable information is done by the way, the Director came directly to the company to know the due date receivable payable still using the manual system by admin seeing the accounts payable one by one. As a result, the information of due date receivable payables is less quickly submitted to the owner of the company. The puspose of designing and building a system of receivable payable information on Batik Rahmawati Company is, that the system expected would provide quickly and correctly information to the company. In this research, the researcher proposed the use of web-based accountspayable information system to provide receivable payable information to owner and the due date of receivable payable information of the accounts payable to the supplier or customer. The system that has been used is developed to computerize based (towards computerization) by using online web and using the waterfall development system method and by using designtools DFD ( Data Flow Diagram ). The testing is done by using Black box test which gives result that the web run as expected. The testing user who gives result agrees thet the system of the receivable payable information is feasiable and could help the user knowing the amount of the due date receivable payable. The conclusion of we-based receivable payable system is, that application could facilitate easilythe owner, suppliers, costomers of XYZ Company to know the receivable payable.

In 2020, there was a disease that horrified the world. Where pneumonia resembles, this disease originates from a virus similar to coronavirus and is called Covid-19. Covid-19 was received from Wuhan, China. Spread throughout the world and mostly for locking to break the Covid-19 distribution chain. Therefore, this paper was made to submit opinions about ideas put forward on the e-bracelet system as a Covid-19 early detection device connected to a smartphone application to see the results of its detection testing. Reference to early detection of Covid-19 presence of body temperature sensors, distance and heart rate. The method of use of this paper is the method of library study and the existence of a design system called the prototyping method. Literature study is carried out by gathering information relevant to topics that are the object of research from books, scientific papers, theses, dissertations, and journals, while the prototype used is development before leading to actual large / scale production. The results will be obtained is proof of our acceptance, our heart rate is not normal, can know our distance from the crowd is not controlled. And this e-bracelet is designed so that when 2 or more e-bracelet at the same place when it is turned on, the continuity will be notify on the application interface handphone. Mild symptoms of Covid-19 are, dry throat, sudden shortness of breath, loss of acuity of smell. The way to avoid this is by diligently washing hands, carrying hands, adhering to health protocols. The idea of converting this bracelet as an early detection of Covid-19 symptoms which can measure body temperature, distance, and heart rate as a reference to support from the self that is issued.

Prediksi (forecasting) merupakan alat bantu yang sangat penting dalam perencanaan yang efektif dan efisien khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi dan organisasi bisnis dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan yang sangat signifikan. Saat ini permasalahan yang paling sering terjadi dalam penerimaan siswa baru adalah tidak tercapainya kuota siswa yang mendaftar. Sehingga masih terdapat bangku kosong di banyak sekali sekolah. Metode Peramalan Autoregressive adalah salah satu metode dalam peramalan deret waktu. Deret Waktu / Time Series adalah suatu rangkaian atau seri dari nilai-nilai suatu variabel atau hasil observasi yang dicatat dalam jangka waktu yang berurutan. Pada Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Autoregressive untuk melakukan prediksi terhadap jumlah pendaftar pada periode yang akan mendatang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu prediksi untuk tahun ajaran yang akan datang yaitu 97. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan Blackbox testing semua fungsionalitas dapat berjalan sesuai dengan perancangan. Hasil pengujian kepada pengguna sistem informasi menggunakan metode kuesioner didapatkan bahwa dari 15 kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden 13 orang atau 86,67% menyatakan sangat setuju dan 2 orang atau 13,33% menyatakan setuju terhadap sistem informasi prediksi jumlah pendaftar siswa baru tersebut. Hasil pengujian menggunakan MAPE (Mean Absoute Percentage Error) sebesar 19,94%.Forecasting is a very important tool in effective and efficient planning, especially in the field of economics and business organization in every very significant decision making. Currently, the problem that most often occurs in the admission of new students is not achieving the quota of students who register. So there are still empty seats in many schools. Autoregressive Forecasting Method is one of the methods in time series forecasting. Time Series / Time Series is a series or series of the values of a variable or the results of observations that are recorded in successive periods of time. This study uses the Autoregressive method to predict the number of registrants in the future period. The results of this study are predictions for the upcoming academic year, namely 97. The results of testing functionality using Blackbox testing all functionality can run according to the design. The results of testing to information system users using the questionnaire method found that from 15 questionnaires distributed to respondents 13 people or 86.67% stated strongly agree and 2 people or 13.33% agreed with the information system predicting the number of new student registrants.The test results using MAPE (Mean Absoute Percentage Error) of 19.94%.

Abstrak - Kegiatan evaluasi penjualan pada instansi atau perusahaan perdagangan yang mempunyai banyak produk dan memiliki banyak cabang merupakan proses yang sangat penting untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha dari perusahaan tersebut. Data penjualan dalam bentuk laporan pada seluruh cabang perlu diketahui dan dievaluasi oleh pimpinan perusahaan. Studi kasus pada Toko XYZ yang merupakan usaha pada bidang perdagangan fashion muslim mempunyai toko cabang, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap transaksi penjualan. Laporan data penjualan adalah dengan dicatat pada buku laporan oleh karyawan yang berada di toko cabang kemudian dilaporkan ke kantor pusat melalui e-mail atau media sosial. Laporan penjualan dari masing-masing cabang kemudian dilakukan evaluasi penjualan oleh kantor pusat untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha pada toko tersebut. Sistem informasi evaluasi penjualan ini, sangat diperlukan untuk mempermudah pimpinan toko pada proses evaluasi penjualan pada toko tersebut yang bertujuan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan pimpinan. Analisis sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan PIECES sebagai analisis dari sistem yang ada serta untuk mengetahui kebutuhan sistem yang kan dikembangkan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi evaluasi penjualan dengan mengintegrasikan sistem informasi penjualan yang ada pada perusahaan cabang. Sistem infrmasi evaluasi penjualan dengan memproyeksikan data penjualan pada perusahaan cabang. Sistem Informasi Evaluasi Penjualan dirancang dengan alat bantu perancangan sistem diagaram arus data (DAD) dan prototipe sebagai pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi evaluasi data penjualan sebagai alat alat bantu pimpinan toko dalam proses evaluasi data penjualan pada seluruh toko cabang. Hasil keluaran dari sistem ini dapat dijadiken oleh pimpinan sebagai data dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.Kata Kunci : sistem, informasi, evaluasi, penjualan, prototype Abstract - Sales evaluation activities in agencies or trading companies that have many products and have many branches is a very important process to determine the business development of the company. Sales data in the form of reports on all branches needs to be known and evaluated by company leaders. The case study at XYZ Store, which is a business in the Muslim fashion trade sector, has a branch shop, so it is necessary to evaluate the sales transaction. Sales data reports are recorded in the report book by employees at branch stores then reported to the head office via e-mail or social media. Sales reports from each branch are then evaluated by the head office to determine business developments at the store. This sales evaluation information system is indispensable to facilitate shop leaders in the sales evaluation process at the store which aims to assist the leadership decision-making process. System analysis in this study uses PIECES as an analysis of existing systems and to determine the system requirements that are being developed. This study develops a sales evaluation information system by integrating existing sales information systems at branch companies. Sales evaluation information system by projecting sales data at branch companies. Sales Evaluation Information System is designed with data flow diagram system design aids (DAD) and a prototype as a system development. The result of this research is sales data evaluation information system as a tool for shop leadership in evaluating sales data in all branch stores. The output of this system can be made by the leadership as data in the decision making process.Keywords: system, information, evaluation, sales, prototype
