Abstract

al-Qur'an uses a variety of ways in conveying the messages of the teachings they contain, one of the methods used is by using the form amthal (parable).Amthal al-Qur'an is showing something that is in the mind (abstract) with a description of something that can be sensed (concrete), through a beautiful and enchanting disclosure, either by way of isti'arah, kinayah or prayer beads.The amthal al-Qur'an elements include; There must be something likened (al-musyabbah), that is something that will not be told, there must be origin of the story (al-musyabbahbih) that is something that is used as a place of equalization, there must be an aspect of equality (wajhulmusyabbah), namely the direction of equality between the two things that are delivered it.Kinds of amthal al-Qur'an are; amthal musarrahah,amthal kaminah and amthal mursalah.andsigignification of amthal al-Qur'an in general is the general benefit of mathal is that it can visualize things that are abstract.

Abstract

The author of the book tafsir sufyan al-Thawry is Abū `Abdullāh Sufyān ibn Sa`īd ibnu Masrūq al-Thawry al-Kūfī and also called Abu‘ Abd Allah al-Thawry. The interpretation methodology tafsir sufyan al-Thawry in terms of sources of interpretation, interpretation of Sufyan al-Thawry is included in the category of bi al-ma'thur / bi al-manqul / bi al-riwayah, the source of interpretation is taken from the history of the companions of the Prophet. While in terms of the explanation, the method of interpretation Sufyan al-Thawry falls into the category of muqarin method. While in terms of the extent of the explanation, the interpretation of Sufyan al-Thawry belongs to the interpretation which uses the ijmali interpretation method. While in terms of the objectives and order of the interpreted verse, the interpretation of Sufyan al-Thawry falls into the category of interpretation using the tahlili method, because Imam Sufyan al-Thawry interprets the verse in accordance with the order of the Ottoman Manuscripts beginning with al-Fatihah until the letter an-Nass. Regarding al-ittijah / al-naz'ah or the tendency of Sufyan al-Thawry interpretation written by Imam Sufyan al-Thawry, the writer classifies this interpretation in the category of interpretation which has al-ittijah lughawi / adaby and fiqh.

Abstract

l Al-Qur’a>n adalah salah satu kajian dalam bidang Ulu>m AlQur’a>n yang sangat penting untuk dikaji, selian itu juga Amtsal Al-Qur’an merupakan visualisasi abstrak yang dituangkan dalam berbagai ragam kalimat dengan cara menganalogikan sesuatu dengan hal yang serupa dan sebanding, maka untuk dapat memahami secara baik dan benar memerlukan pemikiran yang cermat dan mendalam untuk memahami maksud dari Amtsa>l tersebut. Di dalam Al-Qur’an Allah membuat perumpamaan yang bermacam-macam, ada perumpamaan ditujukan untuk orang beriman dan juga ada yang ditujukan untuk orang kafir, disini peneliti memfokuskan kajian terhadap perumpamaan yang ditujukan untuk orang munafiq, beberapa bentuk perumpamaan yang ditujukan kepada orang munafik memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan, seperti contoh orang munafik di perumpamakan seperti membawa api di dalam kegelapan, di ayat lain diperumpamakan seperti kayu yang bersandar. Apa maksud dari perumpamaan yang diberikan untuk orang munafik tersebut? Bukankah Amtsa>l al- Qur’a>n memberikan kalimat-kalimat yang dipahami oleh logika?, Dari sini peneliti ingin menguraikan pandangan Ibnu Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah tentang perumpamaan munafiq dalam Al- Qur’a>n dalam Tafsirnya Bada>’I At-Tafsi>r, karena dalam tafsirnya, Ibnu Qayyim menggunakan corak bahasa dalam menjelaskan perumpamaan munafik secara jelas. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis teks dan deskriptif-analisis untuk menelaah rujukan utama Tafsi>r Bada>’I At-Tafsi>r dalam al-Qur'an yang berkenaan dengan masalah di atas. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa Ibnu Qayyim dalam menjelaskan setiap perumpamaan orang munafik dengan dijelaskan bagaimana keadaan orang munafik pada saat itu dengan susunan bahasa yang kuat sehingga menjadi tafsiran yang sangat mudah untuk dimengerti.

Abstract

Homosexual is a sexual perversion, and this treatment was first carried out by the prophet Lut A.S called the Liwat or Sodom, and their treatment is mentioned in 4 surah called al-Fahisyah, Mujrimin, Musrifin, Mufsidin, and Tajhalun, from these sentences show that homosexual behavior is completely contrary to the nature of Man and Maqashid of Quran which is the reason for the prohibition of despicable acts, and one of the mufassir who focused his interpretation into the Maqashid of Quran was Thahir Ibn Asyur. and the article attempts to examine how the prohibition of homosexuality in the Qur'an and its effect on the Maqashid of Quran, according to Thahir Ibn Asyur. For this reason, the Descriptive and Analysis method, the Descriptive method is used to describe the object of the collected data, and the Analysis method is used to analyze the collected data, so as to explain how Thahir Ibn Asyur's views in the Prohibition of Homosexuality and its influence on Maqashid of Quran. The result is that the prohibition of homosexuality greatly affects the Maqashid of Quran according to Thahir Ibn Asyur that is to damage the aqidah (Ishlahul I'tiqad wa ta'lim al-aqdi as-shohih), corrupting Akhlaq  (Tahdzibu al-Akhlaq), violating the Shari'ah (at-Tasyri'), destroying unity (Siyasatu al-Ummah), the ungodly (al-Qisas wa akhbar ummah as-Salifah), the example of (the ungodly (at-Ta'lim fima yunasibu halati 'asri al-Mukhotobin), And itis the prohibition of homosexuality that maintains the balance of the Maqashid of Quran.
