Abstract

Zaman sekarang ini banyak aliran baru yang muncul, dari banyaknya aliran tersebut, terdapat perilaku umat muslim yang tidak sesuai dengan ajaran Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunnah. Perilaku tersebut dikategorikan melanggar syariat Islam atau salah dalam memahami ajaran Islam. Akibatnya sering terjadi penghinaan, peperangan, permusuhan, atau pertengkaran antara sesama umat muslim, begitu juga seorang muslim dan non muslim. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana memahami pergaulan sesama umat Islam dan Non-muslim dengan memakai metode dan jenis penelitan kualitatif, kemudian model penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah riset tematik konseptual. Hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya Menekankan bahwa kaum mukmin semuanya bersaudara dan mereka berkewajiban memelihara persaudaraan itu baik sesama muslim atau memlihara kemanusian antar umat beragama. Jika ada golongan beriman bersengketa, maka harus diusahakan supaya mereka berdamai, dan jika yang segolongan tidak mau diajak damai, maka yang membangkang itu harus diperangi hingga tunduk dan bersedia mengadakan perdamaian. Usaha perdamaian harus diusahakan antara perseorangan yang bersengketa mengingat mereka semua bersaudara. Semua usaha perdamaian itu harus dilandasi keadilan dan diselesaikan secara tuntas.

Abstract

Homosexual is a sexual perversion, and this treatment was first carried out by the prophet Lut A.S called the Liwat or Sodom, and their treatment is mentioned in 4 surah called al-Fahisyah, Mujrimin, Musrifin, Mufsidin, and Tajhalun, from these sentences show that homosexual behavior is completely contrary to the nature of Man and Maqashid of Quran which is the reason for the prohibition of despicable acts, and one of the mufassir who focused his interpretation into the Maqashid of Quran was Thahir Ibn Asyur. and the article attempts to examine how the prohibition of homosexuality in the Qur'an and its effect on the Maqashid of Quran, according to Thahir Ibn Asyur. For this reason, the Descriptive and Analysis method, the Descriptive method is used to describe the object of the collected data, and the Analysis method is used to analyze the collected data, so as to explain how Thahir Ibn Asyur's views in the Prohibition of Homosexuality and its influence on Maqashid of Quran. The result is that the prohibition of homosexuality greatly affects the Maqashid of Quran according to Thahir Ibn Asyur that is to damage the aqidah (Ishlahul I'tiqad wa ta'lim al-aqdi as-shohih), corrupting Akhlaq  (Tahdzibu al-Akhlaq), violating the Shari'ah (at-Tasyri'), destroying unity (Siyasatu al-Ummah), the ungodly (al-Qisas wa akhbar ummah as-Salifah), the example of (the ungodly (at-Ta'lim fima yunasibu halati 'asri al-Mukhotobin), And itis the prohibition of homosexuality that maintains the balance of the Maqashid of Quran.

Abstract

The increasingly complex challenges of radicalism and intolerance, including in Indonesia, make it necessary to explore the understandings of previous ulama' so that they can give birth to a comprehensive understanding of moderate education, including understanding in contemporary Sufi interpretations, especially through the work of KH. Achmad Asrori al-Ishaqi, who is a recognized figure in the world of Islamic scholarship. The aim of this research is to explore new understandings about religious moderation education in the context of contemporary Sufi interpretation. The urgency of this research is to prevent the spread of religious extremism ideas that are spread through educational channels. This research method includes text analysis of the Sufi Tafsir al-Muntakhabat, with a focus on the concepts of religious moderation education contained in the work. Analysis is carried out in depth to understand how these concepts are interpreted and applied in today's context. The results obtained in this research are that there are four moderate educational values in the Sufi commentary book al-Muntakhabat by KH. Achmad Asrori al-Ishaqi include: First, justice ('is), second, wasatiyah (middle), third, strengthening brotherhood between fellow humans (tolerance), fourth, respect for differences. Looking at some of these moderate educational values, when implemented in the curriculum they will be an important contribution to efforts to prevent radicalism and extremism as well as building a more harmonious society

Abstract

The problem in the learning process is that it is difficult to understand and memorize lessons, this is due to reduced concentration so as to slow down the comprehension and make memory decrease, to overcome this problem there is a practice carried out in Madrasah Aliyah Ash-Syafi'iyyah Sidoarjo, namely routinely reading the Qur'an surah al-Mulk before starting the learning process. Surah al-Mulk itself is believed to have content related to learning, such as seeking knowledge, forming attitudes and behaviors, and instilling skills. To know the application of Living Qur'an. Researchers want to analyze how the practice of reading surah al-Mulk in Madrasah Aliyah Ash-Syafi'iyyah Sidoarjo and what is the impact of reading surah al-Mulk in Madrasah Aliyah Ash-Syafi'iyyah Sidoarjo. This research is a field research using descriptive methods and qualitative approaches, which aims to make descriptions, drawings or paintings systematically. By taking data from school principals, teachers, and also students. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation techniques. Based on the analysis, the researcher concluded that; The activity of recitation of surah al-Mulk is practiced together and followed by all students every day before starting the lesson with the aim of expecting blessings and intercession from surah al-Mulk itself. This activity has an impact that students feel more relaxed and calm before starting learning and make them more focused, easy to understand and memorize lessons.
