Abstract

Usaha kecil menengah di Indonesia mmenjasi salah satu sektor yang telah memberi kontribusi terhadap perekonomian nasional. Dengan adanya usaha kecil dapat memperluas kesempatan kerja sehingga dapat menyerap tenaga kerja dan mengurangi pengangguran. Hal ini akan berdampak pada pemerataan pendapatan masyarakat dan perekonomian suatu negara. Sektor usaha kecil berkaitan dengan pola kehidupan masyarakat seperti konsumsi, pangan, fashion, fotografer, kesenian dan lain sebagainya. Keberhasilan pembangunan indentik dengan penyerapan tegara kerja dan terciptanya laju petumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi. Usaha kecil menengah menjadi salah satu sektor yang dapat mengurangi pengangguran. Menurut BPS (2022) populasi usaha kecil menengah di Indonesia yaitu 59,2 juta pelaku usaha, baik usaha ekonomi produktif yang berdiri sendiri yang dilakukan perorangan maupun yang dilakukan badan usaha. Setiap daerah di Indonesia tentu memiliki karakter dan ciri khas tersendiri yang tentunya di pengaruhi oleh lingkungan, sosial dan budaya serta perkembangan zaman. Hal ini tentunya akan berdampak pada sikap serta perilaku masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi makanan maupun minuman. Hal ini merupakan kesempatan bagi masyarakat untuk berwirausaha. Kabupaten Bireuen merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Aceh yang cukup berkembang. Banyak UKM yang tumbuh dan berkembang. UKM yang dominan tumbuh adalah UKM di bidang minuman, khususnya minuman Boba yang tentunya sangat diminati masyarakat, baik dari kalangan muda maupun dewasa. Maraknya usaha Minuman Boba di Kota Bireuen menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi para pelaku usaha, dibutuhkan kemampuan saya saing yang cukup kuat untuk bisa terus mengembangkan usahanya. Tidak adanya itu setiap pelaku usaha Minuman Boba juga harus memiliki inovasi baru agar usaha terus bertahan dan tidak kalah saing satu dengan yang lainnya.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Haryani. 2013.Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Dokumentasi Surat Menyurat Berbasis Web Pada Biro Administrasi Umum Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang Berdasarkan Standar ISO 9001:2008. Skripsi, Program Studi Sistem Informasi Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang. Pembimbing: Amak Yunus EP, S.Kom., M. Kom. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Dokumentasi, Surat menyurat, Berbasis Web. Biro Administrasi Umum Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang dalam pengelolaan surat menyurat masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu dengan pembuatan surat melalui “ Word Processing” yang kemudian di cetak. Dan hasil cetak tersebut disimpan dalam odner–odner susunan jenis surat tersebut. Dalam penyimpanan surat tersebut,  masing–masing odner memiliki nomor yang berbeda–beda sebagai identitas dari  jenis surat yang disimpan dalam odner tersebut.Semakin banyaknya surat yang telah di cetak dalam kegiatan operasional  sehari–hari, maka pencarian surat yang diperlukan menjadi sulit, waktu pencarian surat menjadi semakin lama ketika surat tersebut tertukar pada odner yang berbeda, dan masih banyak kertas-kertas yang disimpan sebagai bukti surat dalam bentuk hard copy tidak ada pemantauan surat masuk dan surat keluar tiap bulannya .Dengan adanya “ Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Dokumentasi Surat menyurat Berbasis Web Pada Biro Administrasi Umum Univeritas Kanjuruhan Malang Berdasarkan Standar ISO 9001:2008” ini, maka memungkinkan adanya efisiensi  kerja untuk pencarian surat, memberi kemudahan untuk Pengelola surat dalam pendokumentasian surat menyurat pada Biro Administrasi Umum, dapat menghemat kerja untuk kegiatan operasional Biro Administrasi Umum, dan untuk menganalisis jumlah  surat masuk dan surat keluar setiap bulannya.

Abstract

Background: Breast cancer is the leading cause of death and the most frequently diagnosed in women worldwide. A person who has a mother, sister, or daughter with breast cancer has a twofold risk of developing breast cancer. Public and individual awareness play an essential role in health promotion, early diagnosis, and treatment of breast cancer. Objective: To describe breast cancer awareness among high-risk women in Yogyakarta. Methods: This survey asked 100 breast cancer high-risk women to answer 36-item Breast Cancer Awareness Scale in Indonesian (BCAS-I) questionnaire, from November 2019 to January 2020. Results: The average age of the respondents in this study was 31.38 years (SD = 13.016). Most respondents are high school graduates, are married, do not work, have no income, and have health insurance. Only 56% of respondents have a high level of breast cancer awareness. 62% of respondents in this study know risk factors, and 53% of respondents have high signs of symptoms. And 52% of respondents have low barriers to breast cancer screening. However, respondents who have attitudes towards breast cancer prevention and health behaviors related to breast cancer awareness are still low, 62% and 54%, respectively. Most high-risk women who experience low breast cancer awareness are in the elderly age group (65 years and over), have higher education (high school and college), have no income, and do not work but have health insurance. Conclusion: Most respondents have a high knowledge of risk factors and signs and symptoms and low barriers to breast cancer screening. However, breast cancer prevention attitudes and health behaviors related to breast cancer awareness are still low.

Abstract

The function of auditing on reporting the financial condition of clients is vital. Therefore, a sustainable improvement on the contribution of successor and predecessor auditors during succession must not be ignored. This study aimed to investigate the connection between audit rotations and the quality of financial report, which is believed to be influential to the function of auditing. Research in this study was conducted using a multivariate regression analysis on the population of manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the year 2018 to 2022. By applying purposive sampling, 130 samples were selected. The total cumulative of audit firm rotations showed a positive coefficient, which indicated that audit firm rotations had a negative impact on increasing audit quality. The decline in quality of auditing was influenced by ineffective communication between predecessor and successor auditors which resulted in a pseudo-audit firm rotation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction at PT Telkom Akses Semarang. The population in this study were all employees of PT Telkom Akses Semarang, totaling 73 people. Sample / respondents taken as many as 73 respondents, by measuring the census technique. The results showed that the compensation hypothesis test had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t count = 3.225> t table = 1.671 with a significance figure = 0.002 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction is proven. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t count = 3.182> t table = 1.671 with a significance number = 0.002 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that work discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction is proven. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t count 5.645> t table = 1.671 with a significance number = 0.000 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction is proven. The regression coefficient β1 = 0.284 (positive sign) means that the greater the compensation received, the greater the job satisfaction. The regression coefficient β2 = 0.277, (positive sign) means that the more work discipline, the higher job satisfaction. Regression coefficient β3 = of 0.476 (positive sign) means that the more comfortable the work environment, the higher the job satisfaction at PT Telkom Access Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on the performance of KPPBC TMP C Pangkalan Bun employees. The population in this study were 60 employees of KPPBC TMP C Pangkalan Bun. This sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique. The number of samples used in this research was 60 employees. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that leadership style has no effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

MSMEs have an important role in the Indonesian economy, but many have difficulty in effective digital promotion. The Canva application offers a practical solution for MSME players in creating attractive and professional visual content without requiring special design skills. This community service activity aims to train MSME players in Sambiroto Village, Tembalang, to utilize the Canva application as a promotional tool to increase sales. This training includes an introduction to Canva features, the use of templates, and basic design techniques that support product branding and marketing. The results showed that the training participants successfully understood and applied Canva in creating effective promotional content, increasing the visual appeal of products on social media. This increased understanding is expected to help MSME players expand their market and significantly increase the competitiveness of their products.

Abstract

The desired objective of this research activity is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation, totaling 50 people. In this study, samples/respondents were taken from the entire population of 50 respondents, using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: Testing the compensation hypothesis on employee work productivity shows that the value of t count = 2.805 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.007 <α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven. Testing the hypothesis of motivation on employee productivity shows that the value of t count = 3.972 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.000 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that motivation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Competence, Compensation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Non ASN Employees (Study of the Regional Human Resource Development Agency (BPSDMD) of Central Java Province)". Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 71 respondents were employees at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) of Central Java Province. Based on the results of testing the competency variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 2.335 > 1.667 with a sig value. 0.023 > 0.05 and the regression coefficient (β1) is positive at 0.271 which means that the higher the employee's competency, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven. The compensation variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.613 > 1.667, with a sig. of 0.001 <0.05 and the regression coefficient (β2) is positive at 0.411 which means that the more satisfying the compensation given, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven. While the work discipline variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the greater t-count value of t-table, namely 2.548 > 1.667, with a sig. 0.013 < 0.05 and the regression coefficient (β3) is positive at 0.285 which means that the higher the employee's work discipline, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai KPPBC TMP A Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 61 pegawai Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai (KPPBC) Tipe Madya Pabean A Semarang. Penentuan sampel ini menggunakan teknik sensus random sampeling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 61 pegawai. Alat analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini ditunjukkan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t table yaitu 2,725 > 1,672, dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,009 < 0,05 (signifikan). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini ditunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 4.451 > 1,672, dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 (signifikan). Komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini ditunjukkan nilai t hitung yaitu sebesar 2.316 > 1,672, dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,004 < 0,05 (signifikan). Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 0,285X1 + 0,444X2 + 0,242X3 + e. Besarnya β1 = 0,285 (bertanda positif) dengan signifikansi 0,009 artinya semakin tinggi gaya kepemimpinan yang diberikan, maka akan mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai. Besarnya β2 = 0,444 (bertanda positif) dengan signifikansi 0,000 artinya semakin tinggi lingkungan kerja pegawai, maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Besarnya β3 = 0,242 (bertanda positif) dengan signifikansi 0,004 artinya semakin tinggi komunikasi, maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai.
