Abstract

This research aims to analyze and design a website-based management information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method for the Standupindo Malang Arts Community. Standupindo is a stand-up comedy performing arts community that requires an efficient information system to manage members, events and other related information. The RAD method is used because of its ability to speed up the system development process by involving users in every stage of development. This research includes analyzing user needs in the Standupindo community, as well as designing a system based on the results of this analysis. The resulting information system will allow community members to register, access information about upcoming events, submit stand-up comedy performance material, and interact with other members via the website platform. Thus, this system will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Standupindo community management. It is hoped that the results of this research will make a positive contribution to the development of the stand-up comedy performing arts community in Malang, as well as become an example for similar communities in implementing a website-based management information system using the RAD method.

Abstract

Suboptimal e-government implementation can make it difficult for people to get the information they need, as well as causing data security vulnerabilities. This research examines the implementation of service information system audits related to e-government using the COBIT 5 approach at the Oro-Oro Dowo Village Office, Malang City. The aim of this research is to determine the level of capability of the e-government service information system and identify potential improvements in information technology. The methods used involve observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. The research results show that information technology and e-government governance has not been managed well. The maturity level for implementing COBIT 5 in sub domains APO 02, 04, 07, 13, and variable Y is level 3 established process with several areas that require more attention in an effort to increase system efficiency and security. Recommendations are given to improve information technology governance, as well as monitoring so that it can support the development of a better public service system at the sub-district level. This research provides insight into the potential for improvements in e-government service information system audits at the local level.

Abstract

Peramalan sangat penting menggunakan data historis untuk memprediksi hasil di masa depan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada transportasi umum, sebuah layanan yang dirancang untuk mengangkut orang atau barang antar tempat dengan jadwal dan rute yang telah ditentukan. Studi ini secara khusus berusaha meramalkan jumlah penumpang kereta api bulanan di Stasiun Kotabaru, Malang. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi keakuratan prediksi dengan melakukan analisis kesalahan dengan menggunakan Error Rata-rata Square (MSE) dan Error Rata-rata Persentase (MAPE). Hasil penelitian ini dapat memprediksi jumlah penumpang kereta api di Stasiun Kotabaru Malang dengan perhitungan Double Moving Average karena telah terbukti lebih efektif daripada perhitungan Double Exponential Smoothing.berdasarkan perhitungan uji Mean Square Error dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error. Dengan MSE 832672151, nilai error yang lebih rendah diperoleh dengqn nilai MAPE terendah sebesar 13%, dan hasil peramalan sebesar 177565.

Abstract

The urgency of this research is to provide a solution to these challenges by introducing a technology-based system called e-Mudharabah, leveraging a Decision Support System (DSS) with the Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) method. The aim of this research is to develop a digital platform that facilitates financing for MSMEs by using the CBA-based DSS to assess business feasibility and reduce the risks associated with the traditional Mudharabah scheme. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of modern technology with Islamic finance principles through the e-Mudharabah platform. Unlike conventional Mudharabah schemes, this platform introduces CBA and DSS to evaluate business feasibility, thus minimizing financial risks. The inclusion of consultants further enhances the process by providing guidance and support to both MSMEs and financiers, ensuring better decision-making and successful partnerships. The implications of this research are impactful for both Islamic financial institutions and MSMEs. The adoption of the e-Mudharabah platform can significantly reduce risks for financiers while improving access to capital for MSMEs. The platform also promotes transparency and fair cooperation in financial transactions, contributing to the sustainability of MSME growth in alignment with Islamic economic principles.

Abstract

Sistem informasi akuntansi adalah sebuah system yang memproses data dan transaksi guna menghasilkan informasi yang bermanfaat untuk merencanakan, mengendalikan dan mengoperasikan bisnis.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dan persediaan yang berjalan berbasis website.

Abstract

The increase in the number of creative industry entrepreneurs on the scale of UMKMs in Indonesia must be supported by several factors so that these businesses can develop. These factors range from business conditions, environment, facilities, and infrastructure, to technology. In terms of the use of technology, UMKM business actors can use it in various fields including the procurement of raw materials, the production process to the marketing and promotion stages of the products produced. This analysis aims to determine the weight the importance of the criteria to create an element of UMKM sales volume. In addition, it also helps UMKM actors in making decisions in choosing and using which alternative best suits their needs. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it can be concluded that alternative social media is a priority criterion in increasing the sales volume of UMKM actors. Based on the overall average weight value, the alternative for social media is to expand the market by increasing the intensity of promotions with various social media. Such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others to increase product sales for UMKM actors.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) in education holds transformative potential, particularly in fostering inclusive learning environments for students with disabilities. This study investigates the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality to advance inclusive education. This research examines the analysis and design of AI and AR-based applications, employing a User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) approach to cater to the diverse needs of students with physical, sensory, or cognitive impairments. By emphasizing inclusive design principles, the study aims to develop adaptive and accessible educational tools that promote engagement, deepen understanding, and improve learning outcomes. The research adopts a multidisciplinary methodology, combining insights from accessibility standards, UI/UX design frameworks, and educational technologies. Key objectives include identifying accessibility barriers, designing user-centric interfaces, and evaluating the effectiveness of AI-driven personalization and AR-enhanced interactivity in real-world learning scenarios. Preliminary findings highlight the importance of responsive and adaptive interfaces in facilitating equitable access and promoting active participation among students with disabilities. The study underscores the role of innovative technologies in bridging gaps in traditional education systems, ultimately promoting an inclusive and empowering learning experience. This research contributes to the broader discourse on leveraging technology to ensure educational equity and inclusion in the digital age.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, manajemen inventaris, khususnya suku cadang sepeda motor, membutuhkan metode yang terencana serta otomatis guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional bengkel. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Persediaan Barang (Sparepart) Sepeda Motor Berbasis Web menerapkan sistem waterfall di AHASS MANDIRI MOTOR Kabupaten Nganjuk. Metode ini dikembangkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan persediaan secara manual, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, ketidakakuratan data, dan keterlambatan pelaporan. Pengembangan sistem melibatkan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, serta pengujian memakai sistem black box testing. Pengujian dilakukan guna memastikan bahwa semua fitur sistem, seperti administrasi pengguna, manajemen produk, manajemen stok, dan pencatatan transaksi, berfungsi secara efektif. Teknik pengujian black box digunakan untuk mengevaluasi karakteristik input dan output tanpa memperhatikan proses internal sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat diandalkan, memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional, dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan serta meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan. Sistem juga mampu menyajikan laporan keuangan secara akurat dan real-time. Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, serta jQuery untuk menciptakan sistem yang responsif serta mudah digunakan. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat teoritis sebagai referensi dalam kemajuan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis web, serta manfaat praktis berupa perbaikan efisiensi operasional di AHASS MANDIRI MOTOR. Pengembangan sistem diusulkan untuk mencakup fitur tambahan seperti pengelolaan pembelian, penjualan, serta pengembangan aplikasi mobile dan peningkatan keamanan dengan otentikasi dua faktor. Evaluasi sistem secara berkala juga disarankan untuk memastikan relevansi dengan kebutuhan bisnis yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Research Aims: Analyze the factors that influence the use of Linktree using UTAUT theory. This research analyzes Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions, Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior in using Linktree by customers. Design/Methodology/Approach: This research examines construction companies that were founded in 2012. Researchers used a sample of 119 customers using Stratified Random Sampling. The analytical method used in this research is UTAUT. Research Findings: Findings show that Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy do not have a significant influence on Linktree's Behavioral Intention or Use Behavior. On the other hand, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions have a significant impact on these two variables. Social Influence influences Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior due to recommendations and social norms received by users. Facilitating Conditions plays an important role in supporting the use of Linktree through the availability of adequate infrastructure and technical support. Apart from that, Behavioral Intention is the most significant factor in determining usage behavior. And the influence of Facilitating Conditions on Behavioral Intention is strengthened when mediated by Use Behavior. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research provides a theoretical contribution to the understanding of factors influencing the acceptance and use of new technologies in the context of small and medium-sized companies. Practitioners/Policy Implications: Companies should focus on practical benefits that customers gain, such as easy access to various important links on one page. And considering the significant social influence, marketing strategies must be reinforced with positive testimonials from satisfied customers. Research Limitations/Implications: Companies must focus on the practical benefits of using Linktree, strengthen social influence- based marketing strategies through customer testimonials and recommendations, and ensure conditions that facilitate use remain optimal with adequate infrastructure and technical support.

Abstract

Manusia pada dasarnya dapat mendengarkan sebuah informasi dari suatu ruang ke ruang lainnya. Hal ini berbeda dengan manusia yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus Tuli hanya dapat menerima sebuah informasi melalui indra pengelihatannya saja. Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Merdeka Malang memiliki 6 mahasiswa Tuli. Penelitian ini mengembangkan Website Translasi (WeSai) untuk membantu mahasiswa Tuli dalam menerima penjelasan dari Dosen serta sarana komunikasi. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development yang cukup cepat dalam proses pengembangan karena melibatkan langsung mahasiswa Tuli. Aplikasi ini mendapat hasil validasi sebesar 84,33% dari ahli media yang artinya valid dan tanpa revisi. Sedangkan hasil uji coba terbatas memberikan hasil 84,30% yang juga dalam kategori valid dan tanpa revisi. Sehingga aplikasi WeSai ini layak digunakan baik untuk tujuan komunikasi maupun membantu proses belajar mengajar.
