Abstract

Digital Village is a program concept that implements government service systems, community services, and community empowerment based on information technology. Blimbingsari is a Tourism Village where the management of tourism is community-based. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. This study aimed to determine the management of digital-based tourism villages with the concept of green economy in increasing the tourist attraction of Blimbingsari village. Blimbingsari Tourism Village also has its website, which anyone can access anywhere. On the website, the profile of Blimbingsari Village is listed, followed by what tourist attractions are offered and many more things we can access. From several aspects related to the implementation of the green economy, several things have not been able to be implemented by the Blimbingsari Tourism Village to uphold the concept of the Green Economy and harmonization. It needs further attention from related parties so that all these aspects can be fulfilled, and Blimbingsari Tourism Village can fully become a digital-based tourism village with a green economy concept, attract more tourists, and harmonize as a tourism force.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of technology transfer, cultural change, and feminist participation in the development of cultural tourism. The research method used is field research with the sampling technique used is random sampling and data collection techniques through document study, observation and interviews. Conducted in cultural tourism villages in Bali Province with a sample of 8 districts and 1 municipality. The research results show that technological transfer and cultural changes do not have a significant effect on the recovery of cultural tourism. On the other hand, participation has a significant effect on tourism recovery. Recovery of cultural tourism in this research; the emphasis is on the growth of tourist villages in cultural tourism. Culture forms the local wisdom of tourist villages which must be preserved and passed down from generation to generation. The participation of indigenous feminists as workers in tourist villages also supports the preservation of religious tourism, customs, culture and traditions in realizing the restoration of Balinese cultural tourism. Cultural changes and the transfer of technology have also changed the mindset of the Balinese traditional community, which was originally steeped in a patriarchal culture to become gender-responsive.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the difference in the average of abnormal return, trading volume activity and bid-ask spread before and after the turnover of BUMN Minister on a company registered in the the BUMN20 index. The type of data used in this study was secondary data employing the data collection technique of documentation method. The determination of samples in this study employed a purposive sampling method through certain criteria so as to obtain 20 samples. The analysis techniques employed in this study were paired sample t-test with the observation period of 10 days. The results of this study indicated that: (1) There was no average difference in the abnormal return before and after the turnover of BUMN Minister Erick Thohir; (2) There was no average difference in the trading volume activity before and after the turnover of BUMN Minister Erick Thohir; (3) There was no average difference on bid-ask spread before and after the turnover of BUMN Minister Erick Thohir.

Abstract

The resilience of the community in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic led the government to disburse funds to help the economy grow again. Amid public concern, the agricultural sector is the most important alternative to survive. This research tries to analyze local product development strategies to survive the downturn in the era of adaptation to new habits, especially agricultural businesses. The approach used is quantitative. The subjects in this study were the Bali Provincial Industry and Trade Office, agribusiness managers in Buleleng Regency, Bali Province, and consumers who buy these agricultural products. The development strategy uses SWOT analysis. The weighting of the four influential variables is the product strategy, competitive strategy, partnership, and technology using the analytical hierarchical process approach. The application of a strategy for growth and stability in the agricultural sector through the empowerment of rural communities can improve the resilience.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve entrepreneurship skills in the development of Tunjung Segara MSMEs by applying the performance-based Paticipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model. The type of research is action research (action research). The research subjects were workers at Tunjung Segara SMEs, totaling 20 people. Quantitative data were collected in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that the data processing of simple linear regression test constant values and regression coefficients showed that the entrepreneurial skill variable (X) had a positive effect on the development of MSMEs (Y) with the application of the Paticipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model if the entrepreneurial skill variable was increased by one unit, then business performance will increase by 66.43. Hypothesis Test Results (T test) The entrepreneurial skill variable (X) has a t-count value greater than the t-table value because the t-count value (5.387) > t table (0.444) and the significance level is .000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The results of the t-test of the influence of worker skills on the development of SMEs, the coefficient of determination (R2) The coefficient of determination (R2) is used to see how much contribution the independent variable (X) is entrepreneurship skills to the dependent variable (Y), namely the development of SMEs. Based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it was found that the magnitude of the influence of the entrepreneurial skill variable (X) on the MSME development variable (Y) was 73.9%. While the remaining 36.3% is influenced by other factors such as human resources, motivation, and mentoring. For MSMEs in Indonesia, the performance-based Paticipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model supports the improvement of entrepreneurship skills so that more MSMEs can develop their entrepreneurial skills.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of economic sustainability and social capital on the sustainability of traditional irrigation management in Bali. This quantitative research method uses primary data obtained from questionnaire data and measured by a Likert scale. The population of this study was 2,726 subak members in the province of Bali, and the research sample obtained a sample of 348 people. Questionnaires, as research data were collected and distributed to each member of the subak and statistical or data analysis techniques in the study, were considered using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with WarpPLS 7.0 software modeling. The results of this study indicate that economic sustainability and social capital have a positive and significant impact on the sustainability of traditional irrigation management in Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the extent of Financial Audit Institution (LPK) role in supervising, examining, and implementing financial management accountability within the Provincial and Regency Council of the Scout Movement throughout Bali. The method administered was descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data analysis went through stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the research show that: 1) The primary source of income for council was from the government; 2) LPK had been formed but had not been fully formed based on the Memorandum of Association/Articles of Association (AD/ART), it was necessary to improve the composition, qualifications and increase the members’ independence; 3) The significance of LPK was not optimal as there were no technical guidelines and implementation instructions related to financial audits issued by the National Council; 4) LPK was not paid, in other words working based on the concept of "ngayah" or voluntarily; 5) The LPK that had worked and carried out inspections and issued an Audit Report (LHP) is the LPK of Buleleng Regency Council with the scope of the examination not only on Financial Aspects, but includes examination on Functions, Human Resources, Infrastructure and Work Methods Aspects; 6) Council had implemented procedural accountability, process accountability, vertical accountability and horizontal accountability; 7) Council was expected to be able to optimize the role of LPK in the financial audit process and optimize the Council Business Entity to increase revenue from internal sources.

Abstract

Analysis of personal motivation, use of digital information, and green tourism branding in Buleleng Regency is very important for the sustainability of the ecotourism villages that are starting to be developed. This research used a quantitative approach with a population of 16,521 people with respondent selection using purposive sampling to obtain 236 people. The primary data type was by giving questionnaires (Likert scale) to village heads, traditional Kelian, official Kelian, homestay owners, tourism awareness group (pokdarwis) heads, tourists, and village communities. All data was analyzed using WarpPLS 7.0. This research reveals that personal motivation, the use of digital information, and branding, influence the sustainability of ecotourism villages in Buleleng Regency. The results of this research are in line with the theory of planned behavior and attribution which explains individual motivation and the factors determining the success of a business, including technological support in the use of accounting information, while promotion is an external attribution. This research can provide information for the tourism village actors in Buleleng Regency regarding the promotion and management of tourism which should be in synergy with traditional villages and official villages. All community roles cannot be separated from collaboration between stakeholders who have a big responsibility in expanding the village towards independence.

Abstract

In the fiscal year 2022, the Mpu Kuturan Singaraja State Hindu College, as a work unit under the Ministry of Religion, was unable to achieve the budget absorption targets stated in the performance agreement. Consequently, it is necessary to identify the factors affecting the performance of budget managers. These factors include budget participation, clarity of budget goals, and organizational commitment. This study is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data. The results reveal that budget participation has a negative and significant effect on the performance of budget managers. Conversely, the clarity of budget goals and organizational commitment variables positively and significantly affect budget managers' performance. Furthermore, this study examines indirect influences, showing that budget participation mediated by organizational commitment negatively and significantly impacts budget managers' performance. In contrast, clarity of budget goals mediated by organizational commitment positively and significantly affects budget managers' performance. These findings highlight the importance of clear budget goals and strong organizational commitment in enhancing the performance of budget managers, while budget participation alone may not be sufficient. This research provides valuable insights for improving budget management practices at educational institutions and similar organizations, emphasizing the need for strategic alignment and commitment to achieve budgetary targets.

Abstract

  This study explores the impact of institutions, human resources, finance, and marketing on accounting information systems and their consequential effects on MSME performance in Jembrana Regency. Focused on 126 MSMEs in the culinary sector, initially struggling, the research is crucial for the region's economic progress. Utilizing convenience sampling, the study employs SEM-PLS with SmartPLS Version 3 software for data analysis, considering unobserved variables. Findings reveal a significant positive influence of institutions, human resources, finance, and marketing on the MSME accounting information system. Moreover, the accounting information system acts as a mediator, translating these influences into positive outcomes for MSME performance. These insights not only guide the Jembrana Regency Government in formulating policies to enhance the accounting information system and MSME performance but also offer valuable considerations for MSME players aiming to refine competitive strategies. This research contributes to financial accounting, accounting information systems, and strategic management fields, providing a nuanced understanding of the interconnected dynamics. As the first comprehensive study of its kind in the Jembrana Regency, these findings serve as a foundational reference for future research in related domains.
