Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangan aplikasi android “FunMath” serta mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media menurut para ahli sebagai salah satu alternatif belajar matematika selama masa pandemi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan modifikasi pengembangan Thiagarajan yang terdiri atas pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), dan Pengembangan (development). Tahapan analisis tersebut diambil dengan menggunakan kajian teori dan analisis di lapangan melaui angket dan wawancara pada siswa di Kabupaten Sumenep. Selama masa pandemi global covid-19. Di temukan bahwa responden (siswa) tidak teratur dalam melakukan proses belajarnya, begitu pula dengan orang tua wali. Orang tua/wali juga sangat kewalahan dengan proses pembalajaran daring. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut dikembangkanlah aplikasi belajar Matematika “FunMath” untuk mempermudah siswa, orang tua/wali dan guru selama proses belajar di rumah. Berdasarkan saran dari Validator ahli, produk tersebut dikembangkan menjadi sebuah aplikasi berbasis android “FunMath” yang mudah diakses, mudah dipelajari, sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku, dan diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu media belajar matematika selama masa belajar di rumah saat pandemi. Hasil validasi media sebesar 88,5 dan validasi materi sebesar 95. Hasil uji coba produk menunjukkan bahwa media belajar berbasis Android “FunMath” yang dikembangkan mendapatkan respon baik dari siswa dalam berlatih mengerjakan soal matematika. Diharapkan produk hasil penelitian ini berupa media belajar matematika “FunMath” menjadi salah satu media alternatif belajar Matematika.

Abstract

Corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19) and its rapid spread pushes all of us to live in a condition known as new normal. The government’s advice to work, study, and pray at home is indeed to creating a new system on the education field in Indonesia. Distance learning becomes an alternative solution to apply during the pandemic. However, there are still many teachers in Indonesia who are not familiar with distance learning sytem, because of implementing the teaching strategies, may be successful with sufficient creativity needed by the teachers to design the learning. In this case, this study aims to develop a mathematics learning media. “FunMath” is developed by using Thiagarajan modification development consisting of define, design, and development. Based on the validation results of media and material experts, the “FunMath” application is feasible with the score of 88.5 for media validation and 95 for material validation. The positive response also comes from the primary school students who completed the questionnaire distributed in Sumenep while learning at home or school with 83.8%, resulting a very good category. “FunMath” is considerably compatible as an alternative to provide ease for teachers, students, and parents, in guiding them to study at home during the pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract: Culture-based curriculum innovation in the Al-Wathoniyah Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDITA) Sumenep includes several objectives, objectives, learning materials, media and infrastructure, learning strategies, learning processes, and evaluation or assessment. The goal of cultural-based curriculum innovation at SDITA is that religiosity, mutual respect, and positive competitive. Teaching materials are adapted to the 2013 revised 2018 curriculum with the development of teaching materials tailored to each grade level and student characteristics. Innovation in learning media is realized in the form of the SAC (Student Advisory Center) room. The learning methods applied at SDITA are three main methods. First, love by giving an example by instilling good values ​​in children. Second, mother tongue, namely the language of affection for children, because SDITA is a parent partner in educating children. Third, joint learning is to utilize the local environment and culture as the widest and most comprehensive laboratory that is the main source of children's learning. And evaluation in every learning is monitored and communicated well with parents as a form of Parenting education. Which is that SDITA applies that the school is a partner of parents in educating and teaching students. Learning evaluation is not only measured through tests but also focuses more on student learning experiences. Keywords: Curriculum Innovation, Local Culture. Abstrak : Inovasi kurikulum berbasis budaya di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al – Wathoniyah (SDITA) Sumenep mencakup beberapa yakni tujuan yang ingin dicapai, materi belajar, media dan sarana prasana, strategi pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, serta evaluasi atau penilaian. Tujuan inovasi kurikulum berbasis budaya di SDITA agar religiusitas, saling menghormati, dan kompetitif positif. Materi ajar disesuaikan dengan kurikulum 2013 revisi 2018 dengan pengembangan materi ajar disesuaikan dengan setiap jenjang kelas dan karakteristik siswa. Inovasi dalam media pembalajaran diwujudkan berupa ruang SAC (Student Advisory Center). Metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan di SDITA adalah tiga metode utama. Pertama, cinta dengan memberikan keteladanan dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai kebaikan pada anak. Kedua, bahasa ibu yakni dengan bahasa kasih saying pada anak, sebab SDITA adalah mitra orang tua dalam mendidik anak. Ketiga, belajar bersama yaitu memanfaatkan lingkungan dan budaya setempat seabagai laboratorium terluas dan terlengkap yang menjadi sumber utama belajar anak. Dan Evaluasi dalam setiap pembelajaran dipantau dan dikomunikasikan dengan baik dengan orang tua siswa sebagai salah satu bentuk Parenting education. Yang bahwasanya SDITA menerapkan bahwa sekolah adalah partner orang tua dalam mendidik dan mengajar siswa. Evaluasi pembelajaran tidak hanya di ukur lewat tes namum juga lebih menitikberatkan pada pengalaman belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Inovasi Kurikulum, Budaya Lokal.

Abstract

This study is developmental research that aims to determine how the use of science diorama media on food chain material Class V SDN Ellak Laok IV and find out how students respond to this research. Subjects in this study are students of Grade V SDN Ellak Laok IV with a total of 6 students. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of preliminary observations, and questionnaires/questionnaires. The procedures of this research are (1) potential and problems; (2) collecting information; (3) Product Design; (4) design validation; (5) design improvement; (6) product testing (7) product revision. The results of product validation include Media Design Validation with a percentage of assessment of 94% with criteria once and without revision, while the material validation with a percentage of assessment of 96% with criteria once and without revision. The results of the assessment of students ' response to the development of media diorama science categories were very good. This is evidenced by the value of the results of the student response questionnaire with an assessment of 95% and very good criteria. So that the development of Science diorama media is worthy of use as a learning medium. The results of data analysis in the form of Shiva's response to this development by 95%. So it can be concluded that the response of students to the development of science diorama media on food chain material of Class V SDN Ellak Laok IV is very good.

Abstract

Sebagai rumah kedua bagi siswa, sebaiknya ruang kelas harus di desain sedemikian rupa agar nyaman untuk belajar. Ruang kelas yang baik adalah ruang kelas yang edukatif, sehingga setiap sudut kelas dapat digunakan peserta didik untuk mendukung proses belajarnya selama di sekolah. Pengelolaan kelas yang tepat, baik secara manajeman ataupun tatanan kelasnya akan sangat berpengaruh pada prestasi siswa. Bagaimana tidak, dengan kelas yang nyaman, pesera didik akan betah untuk belajar di kelas. Dengan demikian, maka proses belajar mengajar akan berlangsung baik, dan tujuan pembelajaran pun akan tercapai. Beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan saat menata ruang kelas diantaranya adalah ventilasi dan tata cahaya, tata bangku, pengatuaran alat peraga yang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran pada K13, dan perpaduan warna, hal ini juga sesuai dengan Permendiknas no.24 Tahun 2007 tentang standart sarana dan prasarana kelas. Setelah mengalami bedah kelas, terlihat siswa lebih nyaman dan semangat belajar di kelas. Hal ini akan sangat berdampak pada psikis siswa sehingga timbul motivasi intrinsic untuk belajar.

Abstract

Human was not given any potential ability in the first time of their existence, but they had consciousness to develop all their potential inside that be a competent and skilled human. The ability that thay had is created by adapting their educational environment. In the curriculum of 2013, teachers are given freedom to facilitate the development of every learner’s ability, including learner’s language ability. This study aims to developing the Indonesian language ability on fifth grade students through behavoristic and cognitive learning. The type of this study is quasi experiments by giving pre-test and post-test. This research was done on fifth grade students on 2017-2018 academic years at a state elementary school, Patean II Sumenep. The data collection methods were in the form of observation, interview, test, and questionnaire. The data was analyzed by simple quantitative description based on the average score of pre-test and post-test. The behaviourism and cognitive lesson significantly affect to the development of students’ language acquisition. During the treatement, the students were experiencing an increase on each indicator. The highest score occurred on the students’ intonation spoken emphasis and the students’ spoken understanding. The students’ intonation spoken emphasis increased by 1,35 of 4 scale. From the 2,1 first average score turns into 3,4, and the students’ spoken understanding competence increased by 1,29 of 4 scale, from the 2,2 first average score and post-test average score of 3,5. The result of this study shows that there is a difference on the students’ Indonesian speaking ability between before and after the treatment.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran merupakan prosedur pembelajaran yang dibuat secara sistematis untuk membantu guru dalam ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran PBL berbantukan media spesimen terhadap hasil belajar materi IPA siswa kelas IV di SDN Kolor II. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasy eksperimen dan desain penelitian menggunakan posttest only control grup. Teknik pengambil sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive random sampling dengan melibatkan populasi seluruh siswa kelas IV pada SDN Kolor II Kabupaten Sumenep. Instrumen pada penelitian ini berupa nilai posttest yang diberikan kepada siswa berupa soal esai sebanyak 10 butir. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran PBL berbantukan media spesimen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar materi IPA siswa kelas IV di SDN Kolor II. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan independen sample T test dengan nilai sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel (0,05) sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Selain itu, hasil rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari kelas kontrol, yaitu 81,9>58,5. Hal ini yang dapat membuktikan bahwa hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL berbantukan media spesimen.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills can be practiced by using psychometric realistic math-based learning by implementing an application of "fun math". This study aims to understand the students' critical thinking skills on geometry topics. A quasi-experimental is used on one group of pretests – posttest design. The instruments of this study are critical thinking ability observation sheets and the psychomotor ability evaluation sheets. The subject of this study involves 6 students from the fifth-class year of primary school in SDN Soddara II, Sumenep of East Java province. The data analysis results indicate a learning application of realistic math-based learning through "fun math" on the topic of space building can improve the students’ critical thinking skills, shown by the average score of five indicators. The highest average value (2.4), the indicator of providing a simple explanation and draw conclusions (2.3), are in the good category. The indicator of estimating and providing alternative solutions (2.1), and providing further consideration (2.025) with an average category. The students' critical thinking skills improve on how they are expressing opinions, giving alternative thoughts, unlocking new ways, and presenting them based on the facts that they are able to deliver alternative solutions to create new ideas.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 mengemas pembelajaran dalam bentuk tematik, namun masih banyak media pembelajaran non-tematik di sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan med ia pop- up book tipe shared untuk kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 dari 10 tahapan model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Ukuran Pop-Up Book A5, 2 Dimensi dengan kertas foto paper 260 gsm, terdiri dari 6 pembelajaran pada Tema 8 subtema 1 “Lingkungan Tempat Tinggalku”, tematik Tipe Shared (dua mata pelajaran) pada setiap pembelajaran. Media Pop-Up Book Tema 8 Subtema. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu: 1) Validasi media dan materi; serta 2) Angket respon siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis sesuai dengan persentase kriteria kelayakan media, materi, dan respon siswa. Hasil persentase validasi media sebesar 100% dan validasi materi sebesar 95% dengan kategori sesuai dan tidak revisi. Tahap uji coba terbatas dengan 6 siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar dengan persentase respon siswa sebesar 97,5% (sangat baik).
