Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan persoalan yang harus diperhatikan secara serius. Keberhasilan suatu bangsa sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas pendidikan yang diterapkan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Bahwasanya pendidikan karakter dalam Islam jauh berbeda dengan pendidikan karakter di Barat ataupun Eropa. Perbedaan tersebut bisa dilihat dari tujuan pendidikan tersebut. 2) Sumber utama pembentukan karakter dalam Islam, sebagaimana keseluruhan ajaran Islam lainnya, adalah al-Quran dan Sunnah Nabi Muhammad saw. 3) Ukuran baik dan buruk dalam karakter Islam berpedoman pada kedua sumber itu, bukan baik dan buruk menurut ukuran manusia, sebab jika ukurannya adalah manusia, baik dan buruk akan berbeda-beda. 4)Keteladanan dalam pendidikan merupakan pendekatan atau metode yang sangat berpengaruh dan terbukti paling berhasil dalam mempersiapkan dan membentuk dan mengembangkan potensi peserta didik. 5) Al-Qur’an banyak menyajikan ayat-ayat yang mengemukakan tentang karakter yang baik. Selain menetapkan secara langsung indikatornya, al-Qur’an juga menetapkan jenis akhlaknya. Misalnya dalam surat al-Furqan ayat 63, yang artinya: dan hamba-hamba Tuhan yang Maha Penyayang itu (ialah) orang-orang yang berjalan di atas bumi dengan rendah hati dan apabila orang-orang jahil menyapa mereka, mereka mengucapkan kata-kata (yang mengandung) keselamatan.

Abstract

Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman to live together. Polygamy is something that is currently still a pros and cons in society. This is due to differences in opinions / views of the community. Data collection techniques use library studies obtained from books, websites and other journals. This research method uses qualitative research methods. This method the authors take because qualitative research can be done by the author in the field of social science. The results of the study included the grace and mercy of Allah SWT when the Prophet Muhammad saw real practice of polygamy because the purpose of the Islamic Sharia was indeed intended to regulate human life.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian terhadap produk printing 3 dimensi menggunakan bahan filament yang berbeda yaitu Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Polylactic Acid (PLA) dan High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas produk printing pada kondisi setting perinter yang sama untuk ketiga bahan ABS, PLA dan HIPS. Analisa Massa jenis, kekerasan dan foto visual dilakukan untuk membandingkan karakter produk printing. Analisis data sampel spesimen produk printing dari ketiga jenis material filament ABS, PLA dan HIPS pada sifat massa jenis dan kekerasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa produk printing dari filamen PLA memiliki berat jenis yang lebih besar dibanding dengan produk printing dari material yang lain ABS dan HIPS. Namun demikian PLA memiliki nilai kekerasan yang lebih rendah dibanding dengan ABS dan HIPS. Sementara pengamatan secara visual pada foto permukaan produk printing menunjukan kerapatan lapisan yang sama namun alur lapisan untuk filament HIPS agak sedikit kasar.

Abstract

This study analyzes errors in the use of Indonesian spelling in short story texts written by eleventh-grade students at SMA Nurul Ibrahimi. Common errors include the incorrect use of capital letters and punctuation that do not align with the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI). The causes of these errors include a limited understanding of spelling rules, the influence of informal language, and a lack of writing practice. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with primary data consisting of students’ short story texts and secondary data from relevant literature. The results show frequent errors in the use of capital letters at the beginning of sentences, in names, and in place names. Punctuation errors often involve the use of commas, periods, and quotation marks. The study recommends practice-based learning to improve students’ skills in using correct spelling.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the design of Food Pan Steel, focusing on predicting material failure under pressure from dies during the production process. Solidworks 2022 software was used as a simulation tool to evaluate deflection and potential material failure modes. The simulation results showed that the initial design, without modification, experienced a displacement of 6.782×10⁻¹ mm, while the design modified with the addition of threaded features showed a smaller displacement of 2.741×10⁻² mm. This significant difference indicates that the design with threads reduces material deformation and improves structural efficiency. In addition to mechanical aspects, the design with threads also offers advantages in terms of safety, cleanliness, and aesthetics. The rounded corners of the design minimize injury risks, facilitate cleaning, and enhance the visual appearance of the product, making it more hygienic and compliant with food industry standards. Overall, this analysis emphasizes that appropriate design engineering plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality, safety, and comfort of using Food Pan Steel in professional kitchen environments.   Keywords: Food Pan Steel, Solidworks, displacement, threading, hygienic design, deflection simulation, analysis   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis desain Food Pan Steel dengan fokus pada prediksi kegagalan material saat mengalami tekanan dari dies selama proses produksi. Untuk itu, digunakan software Solidworks 2022 sebagai alat bantu simulasi guna mengevaluasi defleksi dan potensi mode kegagalan material. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa desain awal tanpa modifikasi mengalami displacement sebesar 6.782×10⁻¹ mm, sementara desain yang telah dimodifikasi dengan menambahkan fitur filetan menunjukkan displacement lebih kecil, yaitu 2.741×10⁻² mm. Perbedaan signifikan ini menunjukkan bahwa desain dengan filetan mampu mengurangi deformasi material dan meningkatkan efisiensi struktural. Selain aspek mekanis, desain dengan filetan juga memberikan keunggulan dari sisi keamanan, kebersihan, dan estetika. Sudut membulat pada desain meminimalkan risiko cedera, mempermudah pembersihan, serta meningkatkan tampilan visual produk, sehingga lebih higienis dan sesuai dengan standar industri makanan. Keseluruhan analisis ini menegaskan bahwa rekayasa desain yang tepat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas, keamanan, dan kenyamanan penggunaan Food Pan Steel dalam lingkungan dapur profesional.   Kata Kunci: Food Pan Steel, Solidworks, displacement, filetan, desain higienis, simulasi defleksi, analisis

Abstract

PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) is a state-owned enterprise in the manufacturing and industrial engineering sector, one of which produces sluice gates for water control systems in dams. An important stage in the production process is coating, which serves to protect metals from corrosion. The quality of the coating significantly affects the durability and occurrence of paint defects such as blistering, cracking, peeling, orange peel, sagging, and the overall product lifespan. However, defects like pinholes are often found in practice. These defects are generally caused by suboptimal surface preparation, application errors, unsuitable environmental conditions, and improper drying processes. During an internship at PT Barata Indonesia, Division of Water Resources, the author directly observed the coating process of sluice gates for the Tiga Dihaji Dam project. This study identifies the types of paint defects, analyzes their causes, and provides recommendations for improvement in coating and product durability for national infrastructure projects. Keywords: paint defects, coating process, painting defects.   Abstrak PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) merupakan BUMN yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan rekayasa industri, salah satunya memproduksi pintu pengelak (sluice gate) untuk sistem pengendalian air pada bendungan. Salah satu tahap penting dalam produksi adalah proses pengecatan (coating) yang berfungs melindungi logam dari korosi. Kualitas pengecatan sangat memengaruhi daya tahan pengecatan (paint defects) seperti blistering, cracking, peeling, orange peel, sagging, dan umur pakai produk. Namun, pada praktiknya sering ditemukan cacat dan pinhole Cacat ini umumoya disebabkan oleh persiapan permukaan yang kurang optimal, kesalahan aplikasi, kondisi lingkungan yang tidak sesuai, serta proses pengeringan yang tidak tepat. Melalui kegiatan magang di PT Barata Indonesia Divisi SDA, penulis mengamati langsung proses pengecatan pintu pengelak untuk proyek Bendungan Tiga Dihaji. Penelitian ini mengidentifikası jenis cacat pengecatan, menganalisis penyebabnya, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. pengecatan dan ketahanan produk pada proyek-provek infrastruktur nasional. Abstract

This report discusses the analysis of porosity welding defects in the NAP product (Tool/Product Name) at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Water Resources Division, which is a critical component in the shaft and bearing locking system. Porosity defects are a common problem in welding processes that can affect the quality and strength of welded joints. The study was conducted by identifying the main causes of porosity, such as inappropriate welding current, poor metal surface cleanliness, and moisture on the electrode. The NAP manufacturing process involves welding and turning using SS400 steel using the SMAW welding method. Remedial measures included cleaning the weld area, adjusting welding parameters, and re-welding. The analysis results indicate that by implementing proper welding procedures, product quality can be significantly improved. This report contributes to the understanding of welding practices in the industry and the importance of implementing appropriate work procedures to minimize production defects.   Keywords: porosity, welding, NAP, weld defects, SMAW, PT. Barata Indonesia.   Abstrak   Laporan ini membahas analisis cacat las porositas pada produk NAP (Nama Alat/Produk) di PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Sumber Daya Air, yang merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam sistem penguncian poros dan bantalan. Cacat porositas merupakan salah satu permasalahan umum dalam proses pengelasan yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas dan kekuatan sambungan las. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi penyebab utama porositas, seperti arus pengelasan yang tidak sesuai, kebersihan permukaan logam yang kurang, dan kelembaban pada elektroda. Proses pembuatan NAP melibatkan pengelasan dan pembubutan menggunakan material baja SS400 dengan metode las SMAW. Dalam upaya perbaikan, dilakukan tindakan seperti pembersihan area las, penyesuaian parameter pengelasan, dan pengelasan ulang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan prosedur pengelasan yang tepat, kualitas produk dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan. Laporan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman praktik pengelasan di industri dan pentingnya penerapan prosedur kerja yang sesuai guna meminimalkan cacat produksi.   Kata Kunci: porositas, pengelasan, NAP, cacat las, SMAW, PT. Abstract

This study analyzes the transition from Financial Accounting Standards for Entities without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) to Financial Accounting Standards for Private Entities (SAK EP) and its implications for the first-time preparation of consolidated financial statements at Yayasan ABC. Following the termination of SAK ETAP in 2024, management adopted SAK EP in 2025 and designated 1 January 2024 as the transition date to ensure comparability between reporting periods in accordance with transitional provisions issued by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants. This research employs a qualitative case study approach. Data were obtained through document analysis, semi-structured interviews, and observation of the financial reporting process to examine adjustments to accounting policies, preparation of opening balances, and the establishment of consolidation procedures. The findings indicate that the transition required retrospective adjustments affecting financial instruments, impairment of receivables, deferred tax recognition, and actuarial gains and losses recognized in other comprehensive income. These adjustments directly affected the opening net assets as of 1 January 2024. Furthermore, the mandatory requirement to prepare consolidated financial statements under SAK EP resulted in significant structural changes in financial reporting, including harmonization of accounting policies, alignment of chart of accounts, elimination of intercompany transactions, and reconciliation between nonprofit and profit-oriented reporting frameworks. This study demonstrates that the adoption of SAK EP in entities with subsidiary structures involves not only technical accounting adjustments but also systemic and organizational restructuring of financial reporting processes. The findings provide empirical evidence and practical guidance for foundations and private entities undergoing similar transitions while initiating consolidated financial reporting.
