Abstract

This study had a goal to detemine the effect of media social technology, packaging, and online promotion  on increasing sales of culinary products group of women in Bojong Kulur village, Bogor, West Java. It also aimed to analyze the most dominant factor in increasing the sales. There were 175 respondents who were taken randomly in Bojong Kulur village area during the period of January to May 2021. The technique of Incidental Sampling was used to gather questionnaires from producers and consumers. Descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS version of 22 was used as the method of data analysis in this study.Research result showed that variable of Media Social Technology, Packaging, and Online Promotion, and Packaging influenced the variable Sales Increase. Based on the result, it was found that the calculated F value was 66.567 > F table 3.05 and the sig value. of 0.000 < 0.05. It also concluded that concluded that those three independant variables have a simultaneous effect on increasing sales as the dependant variable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the mediating role of Organizational Commitment (M) on the effect of Reward (X) on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) using quantitative research. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The sample method of this research is non-probability sampling and a saturated sample technique of 43 employees as respondents. Data processing uses validity test, reliability test, t test, and path analysis assisted by SPSS Version 22.00 and Lisrel 8.8 programs to prove and answer four hypotheses. The results of research are: 1) The level of Organizational Commitment (M) is 0.80 (0.82 x 100 = 64%) is directly and positively influenced by the variation of Reward (X), 2) The level of Turnover Intention (Y) is 0.49 (0.492 x 100 = 24%) is directly influenced by variations of Reward (X), 3) The level of Turnover Intention (Y) is -0.19 (–0.192 x 100 = 3.61%) is negatively affected by variations of Organizational Commitment, 4) Reward (X) indirectly have no significant influenced on Turnover Intention (Y) of -0.15, T-count -0.97< 2.02 (t-table), although Reward (X) directly affect Turnover Intention (Y) but through indirect relationship Organizational Commitment (M) it turns out not significant.

Abstract

Entering the era of milenimum to 3, each company including PT Nutrifood faced with the burden of a very tight competition, given the flourishing number of similar companies. To be able to still exist, developed and developing, and come out as winners in the era of global competition, every company is required to have comparative and competitive advantages are high. One of them is a strategy on how to keep your customer or customers remain loyal and faithful to the products they offer. Dynamic market conditions, manufacturers incentive to issue new products, and combined with the trend of people who like to try, then it creates loyalty is a very heavy task, because consumers like to try new things. PT Nutrifood feel this phenomenon and there are fears a time when consumers turn to similar products produced by other companies. Moreover, intense competition, often consumers switch to other products from other companies, either because of considerations selection of better quality, prices are relatively cheaper, the quality of the packaging is better, tastes better, and also just try switching curiosity or curious and want to try other products. This study uses quantitative methods.              The study population was a customer PT Nutrifood, Bogor municipality, which amounted to 77 people with acendential sampling method, the sampling is based on the fact that they happen to appear. Each respondent was given 10 questions to answer gradation using a Likert scale, while research conducted around the month of March 2018. From this research it is known that customer loyalty PT Nutrifood categorized as good, which is indicated by a score average achieved penapsiran figure of 3.89. With the results of these studies are expected to PT Nutrifood minimal customer loyalty can be maintained, even need to be improved better by improving customer satisfaction through improved quality of service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultanBudaya Organisasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Yamaha Music Mfg Asia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dari 100 orang responden menghasilkan secara parsial Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, yaitu sebesar 36,7 persen. Ini berarti semakin tinggi Budaya Organisasi, maka Kinerja Pegawai akan meningkat. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, yaitu sebesar 25,2 persen. Secara simultan Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Variasi total pengaruh seluruh variabel bebas terhadap Kinerja Pegawai adalah sebesar 47,5 persen. Sisanya sebesar 52,5 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model yang diteliti seperti Gaya Kepemimpinan, Gaji, dan Motivasi.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is an absolute and unavoidable phenomenon in the business world. The survival of a company depends on the strategy devised to be able to carry out transformation and innovation to deal with it. So that companies and businesses that have been built are not crushed by the times and are hampered by their development, the company must be responsive to existing changes, especially with the development of technology and digital business. The company must also have an integrated travel map so that the direction of business development is clearly visible. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many things of life in an instant. Never before in modern human history has a pandemic progressed and spread rapidly like Covid-19. Therefore, every event, response, and reaction is also oftentimes good. It happens at the individual level, the smallest community, up to the State and nation. Organizations and corporations are also forced to adapt quickly to very high levels of uncertainty. With the incessant change of life lines into all-digital. Therefore, companies really need to prepare reliable human resources and technology literacy in order to continue to achieve success. Employees should be supported and encouraged to continue learning and increase their knowledge of technology. Because the workforce or human resources who are able to apply and control technology in the present are able to move forward. This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence and the use of information technology in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 during the co-19 pandemic. In this study using the theory of Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) to examine more in how the process of forming HR groups in the advertising agenda through digital media and also the process of interaction developed by the HR groups. The method in this study uses a qualitative research method with a Case Study approach and the paradigm used is the constructivist paradigm, which is to examine how the interaction and role of HR in the interaction and communication groups in the online media. In this study trying to identify the personalities of each grouped as tourists, mingles, and devotes. Data collection is done by using observation and also conducting in-depth interviews. In addition, the data analysis technique used is to use a flow model from Miles and Huberman consisting of 3 stages, namely Data Reduction, then the presentation of data, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of the quality of administrative services on patient satisfaction of Rebo Market Hospital. The sample taken was as much as 35% of the population, which is 29% x 350 = 101.5 people (rounded to 100 people). Using simple regression analysis, resulting in Quality of Administrative Services has a significant effect on Inpatient Satisfaction. The regression coefficient value of administrative service quality of 0.740 indicates that if the quality of Administrative services is improved by one unit then inpatient satisfaction will increase by 74%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Effect of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance in Kantor Kecamatan Ciomas Kabupaten Bogor. This research is a quantitative research. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires at the Ciomas Subdistrict Office, Bogor Regency, with a total of 62 respondents. Sampling used in this study using non probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. The research variables to be studied are compensation as the independent variable (X1), work environment as an independent variable (X2), and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y). The data analysis method to test this hypothesis is using multiple linear regression. Data processing uses the software program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 22. Based on the results of data processing, it is found that simultaneously compensation and work environment have a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This reseach aims to analyze the governance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs implemented in Karang Mukti Village in the context of Embung Batu Beureum tourism development. Embung Batu Beureum Tourism is one of the important assets of the village in increasing community income, as well as preserving nature and local culture. CSR has a crucial role in supporting the success of this tourism development program. The methodology of this research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis related to CSR that has been carried out in Karang Mukti Village. The results showed that the governance of CSR programs in Karang Mukti Village has played an important role in supporting the development of Embung Batu Beureum tourism. Karang Mukti Village routinely monitors and evaluates CSR programs that have been implemented. This allows continuous improvement and adjustment of the program according to the needs of the community and tourism developments.
