Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi public relations yang di lakukan oleh Klinik Pusat Fertilitas Bocah Indonesia dalam menyebarkan informasi melalui media sosial Instragram, serta kendala dalam menyusun strategi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bocah Indonesia menggunakan tiga strategi public relations, ketiga strategi tersebut yaitu strategi persuasif, strategi edukasi-informasi, dan strategi publikasi. Dalam pelaksanaan ketiga strategi tersebut, Bocah Indonesia menemukan beberapa kendala, diantaranya yaitu konten Instragram yang sepi likes dan komentar yang berpengaruh pada engagement yang menurun, keterbatasan pembuatan konten karena harus memperhatikan kode etik medis, dan keterbatasan pembuatan konten informasi yang mengedukasi karena pembahasan isu mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan fertilitas hanya itu-itu saja. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bocah Indonesia memang rutin menggunakan Instragram untuk menyebarkan informasi pada audience mereka, dan menerapkan strategi diatas untuk menyebarkan informasi melalui interaksi-interaksi dan rekasi yang ditimbulakan audience, kemudian untuk permasalahan ketidakkonsistenan likes dan komentar bergantung pada seberapa menarik konten tersebut seperti konten giveaway memang dibuat khusus untuk menarik interaksi followers beradasarkan likes dan juga komentar.

Abstract

At present competition between banks are very competitive, both in the national market and global market. that is a challenge must be faced and handled by all banking companies. The demand for sophisticated information technology facilities in the present and the future are banking challenge to provide the best service to the public. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence the service’s quality have on customer satisfaction at Buaran Sub-Branch Office BNI Bank. The research type used in this study is a quantitative concrete because it can be quantified in the form of numbers. The sample in this study were 100 respondents.The Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear analysis. Service Quality positively influences Customer Satisfaction. This is evidenced by the significant results of 0,000 <0,05 which means that there is an influence between Service Quality partially on Customer Satisfaction. It means that BNI always strives to improve the Indicators of Service Quality for Mobile Banking Applications used by BNI customers so that simultaneously the services’ Quality provided will be able to meet or satisfy the needs and desires to reuse Mobile Banking customers to form a positive attitude towards the Quality of Mobile Banking Service

Abstract

The author of this study presents the topic titled Analysis on Implementation of Governor of Special Capital Region of Jakarta Province Regulation Number 90 Tahun 2018 on Improvement of Quality Settlement in Integrated Settlement Management in Kampung Kwitang Central Jakarta by viewing the phenomenon particularly the accidental fire which burned down 31 houses of the residents situated at Jl. Kembang V Kwitang Village Senen Sub-District Central Jakarta Administrative City On 13 March 2021 and affected 67 household heads and 201 lives, the author is concerned with discovering the implementation, constraints and solutions to rebuild the burned-down settlement area. To study this, the author employed the theory of policy implementation according to Edward III. This method used in this study is descriptive with qualitative approach. The result of the research suggests that the Governor Regulation Number 90 of 2018 in Kampung Kwitang has been properly implemented and the objection by several local residents to 30-cm backward movement of house borderline for public road expansion was amicably resolved with a solution acceptable to all relevant parties

Abstract

The zoning system is still a mainstay in implementing student admissions in Indonesia. It cannot be denied that this zoning system gives hope to the community that it will be easier to get a decent school based on where the students live. The reality in the field shows the tendency for malpractice and maladministration to occur from the implementation of the zoning system, where the zoning system becomes an opening for fraudulent actions by a number of individuals who take advantage of the weaknesses of this system. This existing condition requires immediate handling through an evaluation of the existing zoning system implementation policy. By using the concept of public policy evaluation and literature studies, it was found that there are 4 things that need to be considered in carrying out evaluations on the implementation of zoning system policies, including: explanation, audit compliance, and accounting. Future suggestions require a unified perception of the importance of changing the stigma of favorite schools by opening more state schools to avoid thinking that the school is the best among the best. Officer compliance with controlling existing implementation is carried out in conjunction with evaluation of findings in the field for future improvements. The availability of an audit function is important as the final bulwark for punishment of violations in the field through firm action.

Abstract

This reseach aims to analyze the governance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs implemented in Karang Mukti Village in the context of Embung Batu Beureum tourism development. Embung Batu Beureum Tourism is one of the important assets of the village in increasing community income, as well as preserving nature and local culture. CSR has a crucial role in supporting the success of this tourism development program. The methodology of this research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis related to CSR that has been carried out in Karang Mukti Village. The results showed that the governance of CSR programs in Karang Mukti Village has played an important role in supporting the development of Embung Batu Beureum tourism. Karang Mukti Village routinely monitors and evaluates CSR programs that have been implemented. This allows continuous improvement and adjustment of the program according to the needs of the community and tourism developments.

Abstract

This service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Tempe small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs in effectively managing their businesses and enhancing competitiveness. This service activity is carried out through a series of workshops, motivational training, and group mentoring. The community partners involved in this project were the Tempe SMEs located in the Pejuang neighborhood, Bekasi. The results of this service showed a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of the Tempe SME entrepreneurs after participating in the training and mentoring sessions. They successfully enhanced their business performance, expanded market access through digital marketing, and formed a group or association of Tempe SMEs to share knowledge and support each other in addressing business challenges. This initiative positively contributed to the welfare and local economic growth by strengthening the Tempe sector as a key pillar of the economy in the Pejuang neighborhood, Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and public trust on public satisfaction in using the Jakevo application in Pulo Village, South Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. A sample of 52 respondents was selected from the population of Jakevo application users in the period March 2023–March 2024. The results of the study show that service quality has a positive and significant effect of 60.5%, public trust has an effect of 77.5%, and both variables simultaneously affect public satisfaction by 79.5%. These findings reinforce the importance of service quality and trust as determinants of public satisfaction in digital government services.
