Abstract

Banyaknya rumah sakit di Indonesia menimbulkan persaingan ketat sehingga perlu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Kualitas menciptakan persepsi positif pasien terhadap rumah sakit sehingga menghasilkan kepuasan serta loyalitas pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Penelitian dilakukan tahun 2011 di Poliklinik Rumah Sakit X Bandung. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik menggunakan desain cross sectional terhadap sampel 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah consecutive sampling. Variabel bebas, yaitu kualitas pelayanan dengan dimensi keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah loyalitas pasien. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji parsial (uji t), uji serempak (uji f), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil uji t dimensi keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, dan empati diperoleh tingkat signifikansi = 0,000; sedangkan berwujud = 0,027, α = 5%, berarti kelima dimensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Hasil uji f diperoleh tingkat signifikansi = 0,000, α = 5%, berarti kelima dimensi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 = 0,855, berarti kontribusi kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas sebesar 85,5%. Faktor penentu loyalitas pasien adalah kualitas pelayanan, input, dan hasil pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Simpulan kualitas pelayangan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien.THE QUALITY OF SERVICE INFLUENCES THE LOYALTY OF HOSPITAL PATIENTS A large number of hospitals in Indonesia cause fierce competition, so it is necessary to provide quality health services. Quality creates a positive perception of patients towards hospitals that results in patient satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on patient loyalty. The study was conducted at the X Polyclinic Hospital in Bandung. The method of this research is descriptive analytic, using a cross sectional design, a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique was consecutive sampling. The independent variable was the quality of service with dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles, while the dependent variable was patient loyalty. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. This study used a partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The t test result of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimensions obtained a significance level = 0.000; while tangible = 0.027, α = 5%, meaning that the five dimensions partially have a significant effect on patient loyalty. The f test results obtained a significance level = 0.000, α = 5%, meaning that the five dimensions togetherly had a significant effect on patient loyalty. The test results of the coefficient of determination obtained the value of R2 = 0.855, meaning that the contribution of service quality to loyalty was 85.5%. In correlasion determinants of patient loyalty are service quality, input, and results of services provided to patients. In conclusion the quality of service affects patient loyalty.

Abstract

Clinics and hospitals as public health care service s have to be able to maximize the available resources, namely dentists. The high number of oral health problems in Indonesia requires better dentist performance. This study aims to determine the performance of dentists, the quality of dental treatment services, patient satisfaction, and the effect of dentist performance on service quality and its implications for BPJS patient satisfaction at the primary clinic in Bandung. The study used pathway analysis methods to test the effect of intervening variables on dependent and independent variables This study involved 100 BPJS patients at the primary dental clinic from 28 sub-districts in Bandung City as samples. The results of the study showed that respondent’s perception of dentist performance variables indicated that dentists had a fairly good performance in providing health care services to BPJS patients at primary clinics. Respondent’s perception of service quality variables shows that dentists provide a fairly good service quality to BPJS patients at primary clinics. Respondent’s perception of the satisfaction variable showed that BPJS patients aere satisfied with health care services at primary clinic. It can be concluded that the dentist performance variable through service quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pentingnya pemberdayaan ekonomi jamaah masjid berbasis agribisnis. Urgensi dilakukannya penelitian, karena perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan jamaah belum banyak dijadikan unit kajian. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Unit sampel yang diambil terdiri dari 13 masjid jami’ di Desa Karamatwangi, Kecamatan Cisurupan, Kabupaten Garut. Informan penelitian yang dilibatkan terdiri dari kepala desa, ketua MUI Desa, para ketua DKM, dan perwakilan jamaah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pemberdayaan ekonomi jamaah dilakukan dengan membangun kompetensi, yaitu dengan pemberian wawasan pengetahuan tentang agribisnis, sikap mental, keterampilan pemasaran, dan kemudahan dalam mengakses permodalan untuk menjadi wirausaha agribisnis. Guna mendukung terwujudnya wirausaha tersebut, diperlukan kesadaran para jamaah dengan didukung oleh para stakeholder lainnya, yaitu kepala desa, MUI Desa, dan pengurus DKM untuk membentuk kelompok, sehingga terbangun sinergitas dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi jamaah.

Abstract

The main purpose of the present study is to develop an in-depth understanding of sustainable manufacturing practices implemented by a textile company. A single case study has been employed in which a company located in Penang was chosen as a case to be studied. A face to face interview was conducted to get in-depth information from the respondent to fulfil the research objectives. The study found that the company being studied has implemented several sustainable manufacturing practices such as recycling materials, reducing hazardous input materials, emphasizing employees’ well-being, managing waste in a sustainable way, and adopting solar energy in its operation. Furthermore, the findings of this study provide a great foundation for a better understanding of sustainable manufacturing practices and their contribution to sustainability performance, particularly in the context of the textile industry. The findings of this study also have a noticeable implication, especially for the textile company and other practitioners, to evaluate their current manufacturing practices and explore the strategy that could assist them to step forward to reduce the impact of their operation on the natural environment.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the role of social entrepreneurship through cooperative organization as a socio-economic system. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. This study takes a cooperative in the city of Bandung as unit of analysis. There are two types of data used, namely primary and secondary data. The collection technique for primary data is carried out through in-depth interviews with management, cooperative supervisors, and members. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from reports on the results of annual member meetings. This study is also enriched with information on the results of community service activities regarding social entrepreneurship. The results of the study show that a well-managed cooperative will provide sustainable socio-economic benefits for its members. Kopsyahmas cooperative as the object of this research not only contributes in providing economic benefits, but also social benefits for its members, even for non-member communities. The role of social entrepreneurship through cooperative organizations includes the establishment and growth of several new micro-entrepreneurs initiated through the distribution of business loans for the community members of the cooperatives. The existence of this cooperative has also reduced the number of people who take up loans from moneylenders. In addition, various social activities have been carried out by this cooperative through compensation and ta'awun for the community in its environment.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic impacts the clinical nurses working in hospitals. The pandemic challenged them to deal with unfamiliar problems such as heavy workloads and adaptation to using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). When left untreated, the situation will increase the stress among nurses. Due to this reason, the objective of the study is to evaluate the impact of pandemic health, safety, workload, and stress among nurses in a hospital. The study used descriptive design and used observational methods to reach the research objective. The data collection process was started from August 2020 to October 2020. A total of 144 nurses were engaged during the study. Several instruments were used to gain data from the participants. Regression analysis was used for hypothesis testing. The finding indicated that results of this study indicate that OHS, workload, and work stress simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the nurses’ performance (p < 0.05). This research suggests that health policymakers should provide psychological support for nurses experiencing stress when delivering care. Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penyusunan tata letak yang efisien untuk meminimukan jarak dan beban pada CV. Agung Maju Group. jenis Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode Load Distance dan Material handling Cost. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa CV. Agung Maju Group memiliki perhitungan jarak dan beban sebesar 474 m.kg. hal ini menyebabkan lambatnya perpindahan bahan – bahan dari mesin satu ke mesin yang lainnya. Dengan menggunakan metode Load Distance, pada tata letak alternatif memiliki jumlah perhitungan jarak dan beban sebesar 199 m.kg. hal ini menyebabkan penurunan jumlah jarak dan beban yang sangat besar, sehingga hasilnya menjadi lebih efisien sebesar 58%. Sementara itu, biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh CV. Agung Maju Group sebesar Rp 990.000 perharinya. untuk meminimumkan biaya produksi dengan menggunakan metode Material Handling Cost, dimana terdapat peningkatan efektivitas proses produksi sebesar Rp 1.485.000 perharinya, maka dari itu efektivitas yang terjadi mengalami peningkatan sebesar 50% pada tata letak alternatif Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the arrangement of an efficient layout to minimize the distance and load on the CV. Agung Maju Group. This type of research is descriptive using Load Distance and Material Handling Cost methods. The results showed that CV. Agung Maju Group has a distance and load calculation of 474 m.kg. This causes slow transfer of materials from one machine to another. By using the Load Distance method, the alternative layout has a total distance and load calculation of 199 m.kg. this results in a very large reduction in the amount of distance and load, resulting in a 58% more efficient result. Meanwhile, the costs incurred by CV. Agung Maju Group for IDR 990,000 per day. to minimize production costs by using the Material Handling Cost method, where there is an increase in the effectiveness of the production process of Rp. 1,485,000 per day, therefore the effectiveness that occurs has increased by 50% in alternative layouts.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Gaya kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan pegawai dan etos kerja yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam merupakan variabel yang dapat mendorong adanya perubahan perilaku para pegawai dalam menjalankan aktivitas kerjanya. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengukur sejauh mana tingkat kinerja para pegawai yang berada di lingkungan PAD I BPPD Kota Bandung, hal ini diukur melalui variabel gaya kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan dan etos kerja Islami karena sebagian besar para pegawai di BPPD Kota Bandung beragama Islam. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, displin kerja dan etos kerja Islami terhadap kinerja para pegawai di lingkungan PAD I di BPPD Balai Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan etos kerja Islami berpengaruh. Serta Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Etos Kerja Islami secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di PAD I di BPPD Kota Bandung. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Disiplin, Etos Kerja, dan Kinerja.

Abstract

AbstrakPelayanan penunjang di rumah sakit merupakan salah satu penentu kualitas rumah sakit. Salah satu pelayanan penunjang di rumah sakit adalah laboratorium. Unit laboratorium seringkali mengalami permasalahan, yaitu belum mampu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang tepat waktu dengan standar pelayanan minimal di rumah sakit, kesalahan pengambilan darah, kerusakan sampel darah, dan terjadi kesalahan yang dapat menyebabkan pemborosan. Lean adalah upaya terus menerus untuk menghilangkan pemborosan, meningkatkan nilai tambah produk (barang dan jasa), dan memberikan nilai kepada pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pendekatan lean hospital dalam mengoptimalkan pelayanan laboratorium dan kondisi sebelum dan setelah dilakukan pendekatan lean hospital pada laboratorium rumah sakit. Penelitian dilakukan pada September 2021 sampai dengan Februari 2022 di RS A Kota Cimahi dan RS B Kota Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Informan dipilih secara non probability dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data diolah dengan metode analisis lean. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio aktivitas value added terhadap total aktivitas di kedua rumah sakit adalah kurang dari 30%. Usulan perbaikan yang diajukan kepada manajemen di kedua rumah sakit menunjukkan quality improvement di antaranya penurunan waktu tunggu pasien, penunjuk arah ke laboratorium yang jelas, sistem informasi rumah sakit (SIMRS) yang terintegrasi, serta standar operasional prosedur (SOP) yang sesuai dipatuhi. Simpulan, kedua rumah sakit dianggap belum lean karena memiliki rasio aktivitas yang bernilai tambah (value added activities) terhadap total aktivitas adalah kurang dari 30%, pemborosan pada waiting time, process, transportation, motion dan defect dipengaruhi oleh man, methods, machine, dan environmental.Kata kunci: Laboratorium, lean hospital, manajemen rumah sakit, pelayanan optimal, pemborosanLean Hospital Approach to Optimizing Hospital Laboratory ServiceAbstractSupport services in hospitals are one of the determinants of hospital quality. One of the supporting services in hospitals is a laboratory. Laboratory units often experience problems, such as not being able to provide timely health services with minimum service standards in hospitals, blood sampling errors, damage to blood samples and medication error that can cause waste. Lean is a continuous improvement effort to eliminate waste, increase product value added (goods and services) and provide value to customers (customer value). The purpose of this study was to determine the lean hospital approach in optimizing laboratory services and to determine condition before and after the lean hospital approached. The research was conducted from September 2021 to February 2022 in A Hospital Cimahi and B Hospital Bandung. The research use qualitative method. Informants were selected non-probability with purposive sampling technique. The data is processed by lean analysis method. The results showed that the ratio of value added and non value added activities in both hospitals was less than 30%. The improvement proposals submitted to hospital management showed that there were quality improvements including decreasing patient waiting time, there are clear directions to the laboratory, an integrated hospital information system and appropriate standard operating procedure. In conclusion, the two hospitals are considered not lean because they have ratio of value added activities to total activities is less than 30%, there are wastes in waiting time, process, transportation, motion, and defects influenced by man, methods, machine and environment.Keywords: Hospital management, laboratory, lean hospital, optimal service, waste

Abstract

Dengan mempertimbangkan daya saing perbankan syariah yang masih belum optimal, maka diperlukan rencana pengembangan kegiatan perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Pemerintah telah menyusun strategi pengembangan perbankan syariah, diantaranya dalam bentuk Masterplan Keuangan Syariah Indonesia. Salah satu rencana yang dituangkan dalam masterplan dimaksud adalah pembentukan Komite Nasional Ekonomi Keuangan Syariah dan merger Bank Syariah yang merupakan perusahaan anak Bank Mandiri, BRI dan BNI ke dalam Bank Syariah Indonesia. Untuk meningkatkan market share perbankan syariah khususnya Bank Syariah Indonesia, diperlukan pengembangan ide, kesempatan dan kreativitas. Artikel ini akan mengulas penerapan Strategi Pengembangan Innovasi guna menciptakan ide, kesempatan dan kreativitas baru dengan memanfaatkan sumber peluang potensial sebagai pemikiran Kennard dan Drucker.
