Abstract

This research was motivated by the ineffective internal communication of the Investment Management Unit and One Stop Integrated Services (UPPMPTSP) Pasar Minggu District, in licensing services via the Jakarta Evolution Application (Jak Evo) to the Applicant. This research aims to analyze and find out what the Communication Strategy is in licensing services through the Jakarta Evolution (Jak Evo) Application in the Investment Management Unit and One Stop Integrated Services (UP PMPTSP) Pasar Minggu District. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis method using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that there are several factors that influence communication in licensing services via the Jakarta Evolution (Jak Evo) Application in UP PMPTSP, Pasar Minggu District, which is not yet effective. One of them is a problem in setting up the notification system which affects the efficiency and responsiveness of the service. Technical and managerial improvements are needed to ensure timely and accurate notifications. In addition, there is a need to expand communication channels to cover less reached groups through social media as well as pay attention to various media formats to ensure accessibility of information to all groups of society. Based on research findings, the right strategy is improving the notification system, managing human resources (HR), expanding the reach of socialization, strengthening socialization through social media, as well as continuous evaluation and improvement. This strategy aims to increase public understanding and adoption of the Jak Evo application with a more targeted, comprehensive and inclusive approach.

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to realize public order and protect the community, especially in realizing traffic safety, as well as minimizing the incidence of traffic accidents is actualized in the policy of periodic testing of motor vehicles. This policy is contained in Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 133 of 2015 concerning Periodic Testing of Motor Vehicles. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 133 of 2015 concerning Periodic Testing of Motor Vehicles in realizing traffic safety in the City of Manado. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were the Regional Secretary of Manado City, Member of the Manado City DPRD, Head of the Manado City Transportation Service, Head of the Motor Vehicle Testing UPT of the Manado City Transportation Service, Head of the Road Transport Operational Control Section of the Manado City Transportation Service, Staff of the Manado City Transportation Service, Chairman of the Manado City Land Transport Organization, and Motor Vehicle Owner. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 133 of 2015 concerning Periodic Testing of Motor Vehicles in realizing traffic safety in the City of Manado has not gone well as seen from: 1) Communication dimensions (socialization, counseling and coaching) which are less than optimal and less effective carried out, 2) Dimensions of resources (HR and facilities) that have not been supported and are inadequate, 3) Dimensions of bureaucratic structures (SOP and coordination) that have not been effective, 4) Dimensions of disposition (controlling) or supervision that have not been running optimally carried out as inspections , raids, pick-up tests related to periodic testing of motor vehicles.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the problems faced by developing countries in the world, including Indonesia. The government continues to strive to address the problem of poverty through various social policies or programs, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH) which is regulated in Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program. The research carried out was entitled "Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Alleviating Poverty in Sumedang Regency". This research aims to describe the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in alleviating poverty in Sumedang Regency. The theory used in this research is Edward III's implementation theory in Agustino which has 4 dimensions, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research uses a qualitative research method with an inductive approach to be able to see the facts in the field and draw conclusions. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers are by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in overcoming poverty in Sumedang Regency has gone well, but is not optimal. The suggestion given by researchers is that the Sumedang Regency Government needs to increase cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs to increase the quota for PKH Facilitators. And issue a stricter policy in updating DTKS (Integrated Social Welfare Data) according to the results of validation and verification in the field so that PKH assistance can be right on target.

Abstract

Stunting is a national issue that is of public concern, not only the Government but all elements, both the private sector and society. Stunting is one of the most crucial health problems that occurs even in various countries in the world, this is also the case with Sumedang Regency as one of 100 regencies/cities with stunting intervention which has reached 27.6% in 2022. The aim of this research is to find out collaborative governance-based stunting prevention process in Sumedang Regency. This research uses primary data from interviews and secondary data from documents and reports as well as regulations related to stunting prevention. This study used descriptive qualitative method. In collecting data, researchers carried out observations, interviews and collected documents regarding stunting prevention that has been carried out by Sumedang Regency. The research results show that collaborative governance in accelerating stunting prevention in Sumedang Regency has been running well and effectively. This is based on analysis of indicators of a collaborative governance approach, namely initial conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership and collaboration processes. Where the interim results obtained were a decrease in the stunting prevalence rate in the simultaneous weighing results in February 2024, namely 8.21%.
