Abstract

This study aims to investigate how learning and financial literacy influence financial behavior. It employs an explanatory research approach to examine the relationship between learning in tertiary institutions, financial literacy, and students' financial behavior. The study focuses on the population of students in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Kuningan, with a sample size of 100. The findings indicate that both learning and financial literacy, when considered together, significantly contribute to financial behavior. Individually, both learning and financial literacy have a positive and significant impact on financial behavior. The study highlights the strong influence of financial literacy on student financial behavior and underscores the significant role of learning in shaping such behavior. Keywords: Learning Contribution; Financial Literacy; Financial Behavior; Explanatory Research; Student Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi pembelajaran dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksplanatori (explanatory research) yang mengkaji kontribusi antara pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Kuningan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100. Hasil penelitian secara simultan kontribusi pembelajaran dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Secara parsial baik kontribusi pembelajaran ataupun literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan sangat mempengaruhi terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa. Selain itu dilihat dari kontribusi pembelajaran sangat berdampak terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company fundamentals proxied by Return on Investment (ROI), Price to Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Operating Profit Margin (OPM) on stock returns with ESG scores as intervening variables. The analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange's ESG Index as research objects in 2018-2022. The results showed that the ESG score had a positive effect on stock returns. The return on investment (ROI) variable has a positive effect on the ESG score while the other three variables hurt the ESG score. This research has implications for the decision of potential investors in considering the company's fundamental factors and the ESG score in compiling an investment portfolio to achieve the desired stock return. Keywords: Return On Investment; Price to Earning Ratio; Price to Book Value; Operating Profit Margin; Stock Returns Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fundamental perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Return on Investment (ROI), Price to Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), dan Operating Profit Margin (OPM) terhadap return saham dengan skor ESG sebagai variabel intervening. Teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di Indeks ESG Bursa Efek Indonesia sebagai objek penelitian pada tahun 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor ESG berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham. Variabel Return of invesment (ROI) dan berpengaruh positif terhadap skor ESG sedangkan tiga variabel lain berpengaruh negatif terhadap skor ESG. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada keputusan calon investor dalam mempertimbangkan faktor fundamental perusahaan dan skor ESG dalam menyusun portofolio investasi guna mencapai return saham yang diinginkan. Abstract

The aim of this reseacrh is to identify and analyze the combined impact of debt policy, dividend policy, and investment decisions on value creation, the influence of debt policy on value development, and the influence of dividend policy on value creation. The study also aims to investigate the influence of investment choices on value generation. We conducted this study at coal mining businesses listed on the IDX between 2018 and 2022. This study had a sample size of seven coal mining companies. The preliminary findings indicate that debt management has a significant and favorable influence on value generation. Similarly, the policy regarding dividends also has a positive and significant impact on value creation. Furthermore, investment decisions have a positive and significant impact on value creation for coal mining firms listed on the IDX between 2018 and 2022.

Abstract

This research aim to Analysis of Buled Bread Production Using Holt's Exponential Smoothing. The number of loaves produced by Buled bread still uses estimates, causing the number of loaves produced to be excessive. The excess number of loaves produced increases production costs, which can cause losses. The method broadcast in forecasting is Holt's exponential smoothing because the data displayed shows an increasing trend that is not affected by the season. The calculation process uses Microsoft Excel and add-ins. The results of the calculation produce a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 3.58% so that it can be used to forecast production data in the following month. The value of α = 0.8808 and the value of β = 0.042 are the best values ​​based on calculations using the Solver Add-in. Based on these parameter values, predictive data is produced for each week in the following month.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the impact of Hedonistic Shopping Motivation, Shopping Culture, and Brand Ambassador on the Purchase Intention of Blibli.com Marketplace consumers in Kuningan Regency. The method is descriptive-verificative analysis. The study population comprised 150 Blibli.com Marketplace users, and the data was collected through a questionnaire and examined through the application of multiple linear regression. The findings indicated that Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Shopping Lifestyle, and Brand Ambassador collectively and individually exerted a significant influence on purchase intention. The findings imply that Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Shopping Lifestyle, and Brand Ambassador significantly influence purchase intention. To boost purchase intent, companies should create enjoyable shopping experiences, align products with consumer lifestyles, and use relevant brand ambassadors effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on marketing performance through competitive advantage. Respondents in this study were the perpetrators of fries onion IKM, which totals to 35 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The path method was employed for the data analysis and the type of research is quantitative method using SPSS 23.0 program. The study result showed that: There is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage, there is a positive and insignificant impact of market orientation on competitive advantage, there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance, there is a positive and insignificant effect of market orientation on marketing performance, there is no impact of competitive advantageon marketing performance, there is no mediating effect among entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance using competitive advantage, there is no mediating impact among market orientation on marketing performance using competitive advantage.

Abstract

Manajemen Keuangan memegang peran sentral dalam hal mengatur aktivitas transaksi dan pengelolaan keseharian UMKM. Mulai dari kegiatan perencanaan anggaran, analisis, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian keuangan, termasuk pengambilan keputusan penting dari beberapa alternatif yang dihadapi oleh organisasi bisnis untuk terkait pendanaan. BUMDES dan UMKM adalah entitas bisnis skala desa atau skala mikro. Operasional BUMDES dan UMKM membutuhkan konsep manajemen keuangan yang tepat dengan karakteristik Desa dan Mikro Kecil Menengah. Para pelaku UMKM sering mengabaikan manajemen keuangan dalam menggulirkan modal kerja yang digunakan serta tidak ada nya perencanaan yang baik dalam pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan yang ada. Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity and institutional ownership on capital structure. The population in this research are property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2010-2019 period. Based on the purposive sampling method, 170 data were obtained from 17 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2010-2019 period. The analysis method uses panel data regression analysis, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that 1) Profitability Ratios measured using ROA have a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure, 2) Liquidity Ratios measured using CR have a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure, 3) Institutional Ownership Ratios measured using KI have a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure. Meanwhile, simultaneously Profitability, Liquidity and Institutional Ownership influence Capital Structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between sales growth, profitability, liquidity, and leverage at publicly traded food and beverage firms in Indonesia from 2011 to 2019. From 2011-2019, 26 food and beverage companies were listed on the IDX; 11 of these were randomly selected to be included in the study. Here, Eviews is employed to run a random effect panel data regression model. Profit growth of food and beverage firms listed on the IDX between 2011 and 2019 was found to be significantly influenced by sales growth, profitability (ROE), liquidity (Cash Ratio), and leverage (DAR). For the period 2011-2019, food and beverage firms included on the IDX have had a positive and statistically significant impact from Sales Growth on their Profit Growth. Companies in the food and beverage sector that are part of the IDX and have a positive return on equity (ROE) will see their profits increase over the 2011-2019 time period. During the period 2011-2019, the profit growth of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX was negatively and significantly impacted by both liquidity (Cash Ratio) and leverage (DAR).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial performance on stock returns by considering sustainability as an intermediate variable. This study uses Structural Equation Model analysis to assess the relationship between ROI, PER, PBV, and OPM variables as a representation of economic fundamentals, ESG variables as a representation of sustainability, and the relationship between Stock Return. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of financial reports and accountability reports of public companies. The research sample consists of companies that meet the criteria set out in this study. The results of SEM analysis show that there is a significant direct influence between financial performance (ROI, PER, PBV, and OPM) and stock eturns and there is a significant direct influence between ROI, PER, PBV, and OPM and sustainability (ESG). In addition, this study also found that ESG acts as a mediator between economic fundamentals (ROI, PER, PBV, and OPM) and stock returns. The results of this study have important implications for understanding the relationship between economic fundamentals, sustainability and stock performance. This study provides empirical evidence that companies with good financial performance tend to adopt better sustainability practices, which in turn can affect stock returns. Business stakeholders, regulators and investors can use this impact to make more informed and sustainable decisions.
