Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat Desa Mandala Haji dalam menghadapi bencana melalui pelatihan kader siaga bencana dan perawatan luka akut. Mitra dalam program ini adalah kader desa, pemerintah desa, serta tenaga akademik dari Universitas Bhakti Kencana. Metode yang digunakan mencakup edukasi, simulasi, serta praktik mitigasi bencana dan penanganan kegawatdaruratan, seperti bantuan hidup dasar dan penanganan patah tulang. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman kader, di mana sebelum pelatihan hanya 18% yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik, sementara setelah pelatihan meningkat menjadi 72%. Kesimpulannya, edukasi dan simulasi yang diberikan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan kader terhadap bencana. Program ini berkontribusi dalam membangun kapasitas masyarakat secara berkelanjutan, sehingga dapat menjadi model bagi daerah lain dalam mengembangkan strategi mitigasi berbasis komunitas. Disaster Mitigation in Preparing Disaster Preparedness Cadres and Acute Wound Care in Injury Conditions in Mandala Haji Village, Pacet District, Bandung Regency This program aims to enhance the disaster preparedness of the Mandala Haji Village community through training for disaster preparedness cadres and acute wound care. The partners in this program include village cadres, the village government, and academic staff from Bhakti Kencana University. The methods used involve education, simulations, and practical training in disaster mitigation and emergency response, such as basic life support and fracture management. The evaluation results showed a significant improvement in cadre knowledge, with only 18% having a good level of knowledge before the training, increasing to 72% afterward. In conclusion, the provided education and simulations were proven effective in enhancing cadre preparedness for disasters. This program contributes to building sustainable community capacity and can serve as a model for other regions in developing community-based disaster mitigation strategies.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disorder caused by the pancreas not using insulin effectively, if the management is not good, one of the risks of complications in DM patients is Diabetic Foot Ulcer. Behaviors at risk for causing Diabetic Foot Ulcer are smoking activities, physical activity, use of poor footwear, body mask index and glycemic control. The behavior of DM patients greatly influences the incidence of Diabetic Foot Ulcer, therefore it is very important to analyze the behavioral factors of DM patients who are at risk for Diabetic Foot Ulcer. The aim of this research is to analyze the behavioral factors that are at risk for the occurrence of Diabetic Foot Ulcer and to look for the most dominant factors that are at risk of causing Diabetic Foot Ulcer. The research was conducted using a descriptive method on 30 respondents using a total sampling technique. The data collection process used questionnaires about smoking activities, physical activity, use of poor footwear, body mask index and glycemic control. The results obtained for risk behaviors for Diabetic foot ulcers were 70% normal BMI, 93.7% had non-smoking habits, 50% did physical activity, 66.67% used footwear, 66.67% went on a diet and 100% did glycemic control . The behavior of DM patients who are at risk of developing Diabetic Foot Ulcer are all indicators only if sorted from the most dominant, namely Physical Activity, Diet and Use of Footwear, BMI, Smoking Habits and Glycemic Control. Suggestions for the pronalis program to provide education that emphasizes behavior that is at risk of developing diabetic foot ulcers. Key Word : Behavioral, Diabetes Mellitus, Diabetic Foot Ulcer,
