Abstract

Dacryocystography examination is the examination of the radiologist to show the nasolacrimal duct by using a positive contrast medium. The purpose of this examination is to describe the system of tear duct blockage and the level of blockage. This research method is descriptive with aproachcase study conducted in RSUP. Dr. WahidinSudirohusodo Makassar on Juni 2019. The inspection technique is done by using the projection Antero Posterior (AP), which contrast material is inserted throught the tear duct in the lacrimal punctum which empties into the concha nasalis inferior. From the result of the examination has been done, it can be concluded that the contrast as much as 1 cc inserted throught the superior lacrimal punctum, contrast restrained and spilled out. Contrast as much as 1 cc inserted throught the inferior lacrimal punctum, the contrast seems to fill out the inferior palpebra area. From the research, lacrimal duct obstruction impression superior and inferior.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang aspek hukum tata kelola rumah sakit di Rumah sakit umum daerah Caruban kabupaten Madiun serta Meningkatkan kesadaran tenaga kesehatan untuk memberikan pelayanan maksimal kepada masyarakat. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa penyuluhan dan seminar terkait peningkatan pemahaman aspek hukum tata kelola rumah sakit di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Caruban kabupaten Madiun. Penyuluhan hukum ini dianggap penting mengingat Keserasian antara kepentingan pasien dengan kepentingan tenaga kesehatan merupakan salah satu penunjang keberhasilan pembangunan sistem kesehatan. Oleh karena itu perlindungan hukum terhadap kepentingan itu harus diutamakan. Di satu pihak pasien menaruh kepercayaan kepada kemampuan profesional tenaga kesehatan dan di lain pihak karena adanya kepercayaan itu, seyogyanya tentang kesehatan menurut standar profesi dan berpegang teguh pada kerahasiaan profesi. Setelah diadakan program pengabdian ini, para tenaga kesehatan di lingkungan RSUD Caruban memiliki pemahaman mendalam terkait kesadaran tenaga kesehatan untuk memberikan pelayanan maksimal kepada masyarakat dan memiliki pemahaman hukum dalam bidang kesehatan.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education is the first formal stage for young children, where they actively absorb information through visual and auditory experiences. Moral crises due to lack of supervision underscore the importance of instilling good character from an early age. This study aims to describe the management of early childhood education using storytelling methods for character development. Conducted at TK Nurul Huda, Trimurjo District, Lampung Tengah Regency, the research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, gathering data through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings reveal that the approach involves structured lesson planning, organizational task division among teachers, implementation through relevant storytelling, and assessment using various evaluation methods. In conclusion, the storytelling method at TK Nurul Huda proves effective in developing early childhood character, aligning with children's developmental needs and learning environment.

Abstract

Optimal health services require supporting examinations in diagnosing a disease. On lumbosacral examination, radiograph quality is often less than optimal. Digital radiography is a new system on x-ray machines that has features for better image processing, one of which is flexible noise control (FNC). This study aims to determine the effect of digital radiography processing settings on image quality on lateral position lumbosacral examination. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method with an experimental or experimental research approach. The results showed that there was an effect of digital radiography processing settings on image quality with the FNC feature. This was shown by using the Image J application, there was a change in the standard deviation value before and after processing with the FNC feature. It is known that the FNC feature suppresses the noise value in the radiograph images.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to measure exposure dose medical techniques which accepted the patients with a variety of ma and s at the same mas value and the effect of variations in the value of mili ampere and second different with the same mas value to medical exposure dose received by patients. This type of study is an observational descriptive with the approach of the experimental or trial. using gauges medic exposure dose, x-ray multimeter with research indicator mili ampere and second are different but the same mas. From these results it can be concluded the highest medical exposure dose received by patients is the variation of 200 ma and 0.05 s with a dose value of 5.533 mgy / s. this is due to the amount of flow tube (ma). it can be concluded that the greater ma is used, the greater the dose the patient received medical.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to improve students’ learning outcomes in Anti-Corruption Education through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in Grade IV of UPTD SDN 2 Tegal Ombo. The problem addressed in this study was the low level of students’ learning outcomes caused by conventional teaching methods that limited students’ active participation and their ability to relate learning materials to real-life situations. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 15 fourth-grade students in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by calculating the percentage of students’ learning mastery in each cycle. The results showed that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model significantly improved students’ learning outcomes. Learning mastery in the pre-cycle was only 25%, increased to 53% in Cycle I, and further improved to 87% in Cycle II. In addition to improving learning outcomes, PBL also enhanced students’ activeness, confidence in expressing opinions, and understanding of anti-corruption values in a contextual manner. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model is effective in improving learning outcomes in Anti-Corruption Education for elementary school students. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Anti Korupsi pada siswa kelas IV melalui metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) di UPTD SDN 2 Tegal Ombo. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa akibat pembelajaran yang masih bersifat konvensional sehingga siswa kurang aktif dan belum mampu mengaitkan materi dengan situasi nyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 15 siswa kelas IV tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa pada setiap siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motode Problem Based Learning mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Ketuntasan belajar pada pra siklus hanya mencapai 25%, meningkat menjadi 53% pada siklus I, dan kembali meningkat menjadi 87% pada siklus II. Selain meningkatkan hasil belajar, penerapan PBL juga mendorong keaktifan siswa, keberanian menyampaikan pendapat, serta pemahaman nilai-nilai pendidikan anti korupsi secara kontekstual. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Anti Korupsi pada siswa sekolah dasar.
