Abstract

Female indirect commercial sex workers who usually work in certain fields of work or have other main jobs and indirectly sell sex in entertainment places such as masseuses, bar waiters. They are included in the high risk group in the spread of cases of Sexual Transmitted Infections and HIV and AIDS. In Indonesia, it is hoped that HIV AIDS will be free from Sexual Transmitted Infection by 2030 with the vision and mission “No more HIV transmission, no AIDS deaths, no more stigma and discrimination in people with HIV / AIDS”. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research. with a sample of 80 female sex workers in Bandungan, Semarang. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between customer support, access to health services, health promotion and control of sexually transmitted infections.

Abstract

Background: The World Health Organization (WHO) stated that in 2019, the maternal mortality rate was very high, every day approximately 810 women died from preventable causes related to pregnancy and childbirth. The most common cause of maternal death is postpartum hemorrhage, which accounts for 14 million mothers or 11.4% worldwide. In developing countries, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage is 60% of 100 thousand mothers. deaths every year and are caused by poor labor management, especially in the 3rd stage which can cause a lot of blood loss. (Ramadhan, 2019). Method: This type of research is quantitative using a pre-experimental design with a pretest posttest approach. The sample in this study was 24 post partum mothers from June-July 2024. The sample used was total sampling, with the Wilcoxon test. Results: The difference in mean TFU before and after postpartum exercise was 8.92 with the results of the comparative test data using Wilcoxon with the help of computerization. The results were obtained with a p-value of (0.000) < ɑ (0.05). From these results it can be interpreted that the Ho hypothesis is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of postpartum exercise on uterine involution in post partum mothers in Ketro Village, Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency. Conclusion; The conclusion is that there is the effect of postpartum exercise on uterine involution of post partum mothers in Ketro Karangrayung Village.

Abstract

Background: Complementary cupping therapy also known as cupping therapy, is a traditional healing practice that has been used for thousands of years in various cultures. In fact, there are still many people who are not yet familiar with and can experience complementary cupping therapy directly.Objective: The aim of this community service is to provide an introduction, understanding and experience to the people of Cepaka Village regarding complementary therapies, especially cupping therapy, as an effort to improve the quality of life of the communityMethod: This activity uses a Community-Based Participatory approach. The implementation took place in Pilangpayung Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency for 1 days, namely 8 February 2024. There were 9 participants.Results: The level of community knowledge before being given counseling had an average score of 70 and after being given counseling had an average score of 90. 83% of participants felt satisfied and there were changes after therapy.Conclusion: There was an increase in community knowledge after counseling and some Most people are satisfied with complementary cupping therapy services.K

Abstract

Background: Stunting or growth failure in children remains a serious health issue in Indonesia. The prevalence of stunting among children under five years old was 21.6% in Indonesia in 2022, down from 24.4% in 2021. There are plants that contain very high levels of nutrients, from macronutrients to micronutrients, which are beneficial for public health. One such plant is Moringa oleifera, commonly known as the moringa tree.Objective: The aim of this community service project is to increase knowledge about the management of stunting.Method: The community service activity was carried out through a public health counseling session in the village, which took place on February 4, 2025.Results: The results of the implementation showed an improvement in the respondents' knowledge, with 88 respondents (93.3%) categorized as having adequate knowledge, and a decrease in the category of insufficient knowledge, with only 2 respondents (6.7%).
