QoS (Quality of Service) of LTE networks can bring the providers to provide broadband services with high performance to end user. Furthermore, the expected data rate transfer is up to 300 Mbit/s per user while the range of bandwidth varies from 1.4 MHz to 20 MHz. The network worked in 1800 MHz bands, 64 QAM modulation technique and used 10 MHz and 15 MHz channel bandwidth. There is a congestion problem for LTE network with 10 MHz channel bandwidth due to high utilization. The paper tries to analyze the QoS parameters, named Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for LTE Networks to solve the problem using bandwidth expansion. The KPIs parameter that is measured by drive test is accessibility, retainability, PRB downlink utilization, and user number. Based on the KPIs measurements results, it is showed that the proposed method to expand the bandwidth from 10 MHz to 15 MHz can avoid congestion problem and impact on improving the performance of LTE network.

Network survivability is a very important issue due to the sustainability of the network services. Failure in a network system conduce to disturbance of the network services and causes trouble to millions of applications. Implement an effective redundancy design is one of method to cope nuisance in terms of sustainability in a network. In this paper, there are two design networks with and without redundancy respectively by Metro Ethernet-based technique to support transmission of data and voice. Furthermore, there is a validation performance of networks by measuring and comparing the throughput, latency and jitter between the two network designs. The value of bandwidth capacity is 100 Mbps as plan bandwidth link. Measurements results denote that network with redundancy design is able to enhance performance of the network, the parameters are: the throughput on single link tends to moderate (25%-50%), on the other hand, the throughput values on the main link and back uplink are in accordance with very good condition (75%-100%). The values of frame loss ratio 69.979% - 56.679% (single link), 6.77% -9.999% (main link) and 6.676 %-9.999% (back uplink). The values of jitter and latency in network with redundancy design are much better than in single link network. The recovery time for each frame length is ranging from 48.999ms to 49.887ms, where it is still meet with the standard that must below 50ms. Finally, when the main link in the network topology with redundancy design undergo link fails condition, the backup link is able to maintain the quality of network throughout that time, on the contrary, network topology without redundancy design is unable.

Electricity is one of the most important human needs. In the presence of electricity it can facilitate human work. But it should be noted that too large and uncontrolled electricity use will be wasteful and get high costs. The problem is that electricity is not monitored accurately, easily and efficiently. This study aims to design an electric current monitoring device with an IoT system. IoT is a concept with the ability to transfer data by network, no need humans to humans or humans to PCs. In this concept, the SCT 013-000 electric current sensor is connected to the load, it will be show electric current value in the LCD, if the electric current which is determined exceeds the capacity, Wemos D1 including Wifi ESP 8266 will be sending a notification to the telegram. The system has been implemented with ironing load for 3.29%, the dispenser load is 0.20% and Magicom's get load for 1.07%. The delay time also has been implemented in the relay for 1.50 second when relay is on and 0.78 second when relay is off. When the notification send to the telegram also have a delay for 6.2 second. So, monitoring of electrical system using internet of things with smart current electric sensors has been done.
