Abstract

Hanyu Shuping Kaoshi (HSK) merupakan sebuah tes kemampuan berbahasa Mandarin berstandar internasional dimana untuk mempelajari HSK dibutuhkan biaya yang tidak sedikit per pertemuannya. Pada aplikasi yang telah ada, untuk mempelajari HSK dari level 1 hingga 6, pengguna harus meng-install aplikasi secara terpisah sehingga penggunaan memori tidak efisien. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibangunlah Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK) mobile learning ini. Sistem ini berisi HSK level 1 hingga 6 dan menggunakan voice recognition untuk mengetahui pelafalan setiap kosakata. Penyimpanan data pada aplikasi ini menggunakan database MySQL untuk menampung materi dan kosakata, serta database Firebase untuk menampung forum dan personal chat. Sistem ini terbagi atas 3 platform yaitu 1 aplikasi Android member, 1 aplikasi Android admin, dan 1 web admin menggunakan PHP. Berdasarkan pengujian fungsionalitas yang dilakukan, sistem yang dibangun telah berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Pada pengujian usabilitas yang dilakukan oleh 55 orang terhadap aplikasi member diperoleh nilai sebesar 81,2 dan 81 untuk aplikasi admin yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua aplikasi yang dibangun dinilai acceptable. Pada pengujian expert review diperoleh bahwa aplikasi ini telah sesuai dengan standar HSK sehingga sesuai untuk pengguna yang ingin mempelajari HSK. Pada pengujian berpasangan (paired sample), didapatkan rata-rata nilai pengguna sesudah menggunakan aplikasi (160,27) > rata-rata nilai pengguna sebelum menggunakan aplikasi (200,31), sehingga aplikasi ini berhasil secara signifikan. Dengan ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun ini dapat menjadi solusi untuk memudahkan penguna mempelajari HSK.

Abstract

Utilization fiber optics macro-bending will be useful for non-destructive applications, such as a mass measurement device. This research, therefore, analyzes the fiber optic power loss due to macro bending by mass loading and explores its possible application as an instrument of mass scale. A single-mode fiber (SMF) with a core diameter of 8.2μm and laser with a wavelength of 1310 nm and 1550 nm are used in this  work. Moreover, an optical power meter with a sensitivity of 0.01dBm is applied as the detector while power loss is determined using nine bending cylinders that can produce eighteen bends with a roundtrip system. It is  obtaineda correlation coefficient R2of 0.9910 and 0.9959 corresponding to a sigmoid of 4 parameters for two-wavelength sources of 1310nm and 1550nm, respectively. The results showed mass suppression can produce a power loss with a relatively small error of 19.60%, 11.23%, 0.20%, 3.74%, and 9.36% for mass 300g, 600g, 100 g, 1400g, and 1800g, respectively

Abstract

The Politeknik Caltex Riau’s Alumni Association (IKAPCR) has a scholarship information system that contains a Decision Support System (DSS) and scholarship financial management. The IKAPCR scholarship information system requires a reengineering process of several features to meet the needs of system users at the management level. Evaluation of beta testing on IKAPCR scholarship information system shows that the system runs normally as it should based on user requirements, it is informative and innovative, and able to accelerate the scholarship acceptance selection process. While its weaknesses are the process of data integration with the academic system of Politeknik Caltex Riau (PCR), regular reminder donation services via e-mail and SMS, data management on semester payments for scholarship recipients and additional variations graphic info for the analysis process. Therefore, this system needs a reengineering process to improve efficiency at each mechanism of the process. Testing with WebQual of 117 students and 33 PCR alumni, the accuracy of the student respondents was 79.7% which showed that respondents agreed that the quality of the web was good and 80.2% of the alumni respondents indicated that respondents strongly agreed on good web quality.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) scholarship program is a government scholarship program through the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia which is given to students who have a good academic level but have a weak economic level. Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University, Riau accepts new students every year, but the quota for the KIP scholarship program is limited. With the limited quota for the KIP program, a system is needed that is able to classify submission data from students who register for the KIP program, so that the selection process can be carried out, quickly, precisely, and in accordance with the required quota. In this study, the K-Modes and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) Algorithms were used by using the achievement variables, report cards, and national exam scores when high school, father's income, parental status, and homeownership status. Reprocessing is carried out before the testing stage, testing is carried out by performing the initial stages, namely clustering using the K-Modes algorithm, then validating or testing data by applying the Grid Search Cross-Validation (GSCV) method, and finally predicting using the KNN algorithm. The test resulted in a performance value of 66.79%

Abstract

Abstract                Break even point (BEP) is an accounting term that describes the total revenue equals to total costs. BEP values shows amount of sales that must be maintained to cover the fixed cost. The lower the price, the higher the BEP. The higher the price, the lower the BEP. BEP Estimation Application used Fuzzy C-means, one of the fuzzy cluster algorithm, takes variable cost,  fixed cost, and total unit production as input then processed to find the suitable price and the break even point. The ouput are various kinds of price with it’s BEP that be devided into three groups:  low, middle, and high selling price. Using this application the businessman can easily determine the selling price for their product, sets the target of the minimum number of sales of product that should be maintained, and arranging the sale strategies. Keywords: break even point(BEP), fuzzy cluster, fuzzy c-means, selling price.

Abstract

Pemerintah Provinsi Riau sebagai sebuah organisasi perlu melakukan penyelarasan antara strategi bisnis dan strategi teknologi informasi. Grand Design Riau Digital merupakan salah satu wujud upaya penyelarasan strategi tersebut sesuai dengan kaidah Enterprise Architecture (EA). Penelitian-penelitian yang memfokuskan pada EA framework yang paling cocok dengan karakteristik pemerintah daerah masih terbatas jumlahnya. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan identifikasi domain EA yang dapat direkomendasikan sebagai dasar pengembangan Grand Design Riau Digital. Tahapan penelitian yaitu mendefinisikan pertanyaan penelitian (research question), sumber penelitian, menentukan kata kunci pencarian literatur, pemilihan literatur, sintesis dan ekstraksi data. Hasil penelitian ini mengulas 59 penelitian dan mengidentifikasi kerangka kerja EA yang telah digunakan. Ada 5 domain dalam transformasi digital menjadi rekomendasi Grand Design Riau Digital yaitu digital talent dan culture, tata kelola, kebijakan, infrastruktur TI, dan manajemen data.  Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengidentifikasi lebih lanjut variabel masing-masing domain, dan menguji pada pemerintahan di daerah lainnya

Abstract

Web service is an application of a collection of data (database), software (software) or part of software that can be accessed remotely by various devices with a certain intermediary. Web service can also be interpreted as a method of exchanging data, regardless of where a database is embedded, in what language an application that consumes data is made, and on what platform a data is consumed. Web services are able to support interoperability. So that the web service is able to become a bridge between the various existing systems.

Abstract

Rice is one of the staples that is included in the consistent list of staple food commodities (Bapok), currently some irresponsible people make the rice more durable, fragrant and whiter. Many assume that the rice is clean, odorless, and has a high price is rice with good quality and vice versa. From the existing problems the author wants to help the community to better determine good quality rice and good for consumption. This research will create a system that can recognize the type of rice based on the image of the rice. Rice data that has been collected will be sampled and trained using the K-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) method where this method is used for the classification of the shortest distance calculation which will produce a class in the form of rice data classes, while to obtain parameter values from the rice image using the extraction feature. RGB color average (Red, Green, and Blue) and to get results with a good level of accuracy will use K-Fold Validation.

Abstract

SMA Darma Yudha Pekanbaru has a special program to facilitate students in knowing their interests and talents. The process is carried out by conducting special tests that can only be carried out by a certified psychologist. The psychologist is an educational worker under the division of guidance and counseling. The results of the test will be interpreted by psychologists with an output in the form of interests that can be used to determine the selection of majors in further study in college. Moreover, the results of the interpretation also contain recommendations of interest and talent for a career after the learner graduated from college. However, the recommendations of interest and talent are the result of unilateral analysis by psychologists without a supporting device to confirm the truth and accuracy. In this case the author will conduct research in the form of analysis of the results of interpretation issued by the psychologist of course with a variety of assessment instruments and not only that, to further ensure the results of interpretation, the author conducts analysis using 2 (two) machine learning methods and will then be done in order to get the best results. In this study, the authors used machine learning by comparing the results of analysis from 2 (two) methods namely Naïve Bayes and Decision Trees Classifier which then the classification results will be improved with AdaBoost.

Abstract

The development of social media in Indonesia is very fast, even the latest data shows that social media users in Indonesia have increased from year to year. The total active social media is 160 million or 59% of the total Indonesian population aged 16 to 64 years. 99% of social media users via mobile. The most widely used social media is the Twitter platform. Rapid development, many business lines are starting to use social media analysis to see the personality of users. This phenomenon is called personality analysis by utilizing Big Data. In the internal of Bank Riau Kepri itself, there are no tools that can be used to analyze a person, including the analysis of prospective debtors. Therefore, debtor data in the Core Banking System at Bank Riau Kepri internal and tweet data on the twitter platform will be analyzed using Big Data using a machine learning model with the application of the Decision Tree and Random Forest algorithms. This analysis aims to see the personality of prospective debtors by utilizing the Twitter platform social data media combined with big data from Bank Riau Kepri debtors to see the character, capacity, and capital. After the analysis is done, testing is done on the model built by performing Split validation and cross validation to determine the level of model accuracy. The end result will help to see the credit analysis of the prospective debtor, which will be visualized in the application in the form of credit scoring. Credit scoring using algorithms combined with Big Data shows a very good level of accuracy, as evidenced by several previous studies.
