Abstract

The design of the company profile is made as a promotional media, introduces and conveys information to potential customers. In the video company profile, which contains a company profile, Hello Education’s private tutoring programs and learning systems. The collection technique uses the step method by using the data obtained in the form of video. Data collection was carried out using observations and interviews, making video company profile design using the Adobe Premier Pro CC 2017 application as the design progress. The results of the company profile video have been implemented on YouTube and Instagram, with that it has been proven that customers can increase by using the implemented video company profile

Abstract

This community service program has the aim of increasing sales, brand awareness and adding new consumers by using e-catalogs and e-brochures. This E-Catalog and E-Brochure contain beverage products sold by First Hook Coffee. Partners in community service are First Hook Coffee which is a Coffee Shop business located in the Nusa Jaya housing block F no 11, Sungai Panas, Batam. The method used in this activity is observation and interviews. The application used by the author to create E-catalogs and E-brochures is Adobe Photoshop CC 2019. The implementation results show an increase in new marketing reach, an increase in profit and an increase in new consumers
