Abstract

This research is a classroom action research, which aimed to improve student learning outcomes on the quality control of processing subject in class X agricultural processing technology expertise SMK Negeri 3 Takalar with the use of teaching media, Prezi. The subjects of this research were the students of class X agricultural processing technology expertise SMK Negeri 3 Takalar in the second semester of academic year 2016/2017 that consist of 29 students. This study was conducted in two cycles consisting of four step: planning, implementation, monitoring/observation and reflection. The collection data activities of students learning outcomes is done by using observation sheet and test sheet at the end of the study in the first cycle and the second cycle. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Based on the results of this study concluded that the use of Prezi can improve the learning outcomes of class X TPHP SMK Negeri 3 Takalar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing and trust on employee performance at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Kepahiang, Bengkulu Province. This study used a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to the research sample that consisted of 40 respondents who were the staff and managers at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Kepahiang. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. Results showed that knowledge sharing and trust had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Kepahiang. Thus, the company could improve the knowledge sharing activities related to the work procedures and clear tasks division among its employees based on mutual trust to achieve the best performance.

Abstract

Minyak Sawit Mentah (CPO) dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku oleokimia, dimana komponen dasar oleokimia terdiri dari: asam lemak, ester, alkohol, komponen nitrogen dan gliserol. Pemanfaatan oleokimia ini antara lain untuk industri lilin, produksi kosmetika, sabun, bahan pembantu dalam pengolahan karet sebagai platisizer. Selama ini pemanfaatan CPO hanya sebagai bahan baku minyak goreng dan margarin. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi, kebutuhan akan minyak kelapa sawit mentah (CPO) semakin besar untuk industri pangan dan non pangan. Pemanfaatan CPO ini belum optimal, oleh sebab itu alangkah baiknya apabila CPO ini diproses kembali untuk meningkatkan nilai jual diantaranya diolah sebagai ester, melalui proses esterifikasi. Untuk mempercepat proses esterifikasi minyak sawit mentah, salah satu hal yang dilakukan adalah dengan penambahan katalis. Katalis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah katalis homogen [asam (H2SO4) dan basa (NaOH)], dengan % berat masing masing adalah 0,5%; 2%; dan 3%. Dari hasil analisa dengan menggunakan metoda asetin perolehan % gliserol yang tertinggi pada proses batch dan katalis homogen adalah pada kondisi penambahan katalis asam (H2SO4) dengan 3% berat, waktu reaksi 60 menit, temperatur reaksi 63oC, dan putaran pengaduk 240 rpm yaitu sebesar 91,05%.

Abstract

 Payment of dues is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled by every resident in a neighborhood association area. These dues are used for common purposes such as cleanliness and security. The collection and expenditure of dues are usually handled by the management committee. However, there are still difficulties in managing residents' dues using conventional methods. As a result, dues cards are often lost and the dues collection are not transparent. Therefore, the author developed The Resident’s Dues Application (SIUMAS) as a solution used to manage residents' dues. The purpose of developing this application is to simplify the management tasks of the committee in handling the collection and expenditure of dues, as well as to facilitate residents in tracking the utilization of the dues. This application is built using the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database. The development of this application adopts an object-based application design method. The results of the SIUMAS application testing using Black Box Testing shown that all functionalities of the SIUMAS application are functioning well and meet the expectations.

Abstract

Abstrak Jantung adalah organ vital manusia, jantung sendiri berfungsi untuk memompa darah. Kesehatan jantung sangat perlu diperhatikan karena jantung adalah organ yang paling penting bagi manusia.Perhitungan detak jantung biasanya menggunakan hitungan manual yaitu dengan cara menghitung detak jantung melalui nadi dipergelangan tangan selama 1 menit. namun metode ini kurang akurat karena hanya mengandalkan indra peraba. Metode lain yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui Kesehatan jantung adalah dengan menganalisis suara detak jantung. Metode yang digunakan untuk untuk memantau Kesehatan jantung adalah dengan melakukan survey dan mengumpulkan data.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Duren Village and Sabilul Huda Jimbaran Bandungan District Semarang Regency want to produce quality graduates. However, the competence of teachers is still conventional learning aids so the learning process is not optimal. To answer this problem, the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang, Indonesia proposed information technology-based learning training activities for madrasah teachers. The purpose program is to strengthen human resources for teachers in MI Desa Duren and Sabilul Huda Jimbaran. The proposed program is divided into three learning schemes, (1) interactive presentation media, (2) online classroom learning, and (3) online learning evaluation. The results of this program are that the participants proved to be able to produce effective, elaborative, and interactive teaching materials based on information technology so that students are not bored and enthusiastic about following lessons in the classroom. It can be cancluded the program with the theme "Strengthening Teacher Competencies Through Information Technology-Based Learning Training" can overcome problems in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Duren Village and Sabilul Huda Jimbaran Bandungan District Semarang Regency.

Abstract

Industri farmasi juga salah satu industri yang mengalami dampak dari perubahan perilaku konsumen dan daya belinya terhadap layanan institusi kesehatan selama pandemi Covid-19, dan hal ini mempengaruhi penggunaan Obat Kemoterapi pada masa pandemi saat ini. Cara industri farmasi dalam menghadapi perubahan perilaku konsumen kesehatan dengan aktifitas promosi yang berbeda adalah kunci keberhasilannya dalam menghadapi kondisi pada masa pandemi.

Abstract

Lingkungan yang tercemar akan membuat aktifitas masyarakat menjadi terganggu. Masyarakat yang tepat berada di sekitaran kawasan kendang akan mencium bau busuk yang mengganggu indera penciuman. Bau busuk juga mengundang perkembangbiakan lalat yang tak terkendali dan menjadi sumber penyebar berbagai penyakit. Sayangnya terkadang peternak menyemprotkan zat- zat kimia yang berbahaya bagi lingkungan dalam menangani bau busuk dan koloni lalat. Bau busuk tersebut bersumber dari kadar amonia (NH3) yang tinggi. Selain gas amonia (NH3), kandang ayam juga menghasilkan gas Carbon dioksida (CO2) dan metana (CH4) yang merupakan satu faktor penyebab suhu disekitar kandang meningkat. Dalam menangani kadar amonia (NH3) dengan menambahkan sistem penyemprot probiotik kedalam kandang yang dapat dikendalikan melalui aplikasi pada smarthphone dengan menambahkan fitur pengendalian kadar CO2 pada ruangan kandang dengan menggunakan sensor MQ135. Alay yang dikembangkan dan didiseminasikan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah alat yang sudah dibuat dengan teknologi PLTS. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan jika alat ini cukup baik digunakan oleh peternak untuk mengurangi bau disekitar kandang.

Abstract

The heavy metal lead (Pb) entering the water has a negative impact on aquatic animals, one of which is tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus L.). The accumulation of lead (Pb) can disrupt the spawning process, cause morphological anomalies, and increase the mortality of tilapia sperm. This study was conducted to determine the toxicity of Lead (Pb) metal on the development of prolarvae of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus L.). This research is a type of experimental research that is structured based on a Randomized Block Design (RBD) pattern, totalling 6 tilapia fish consisting of 3 male tilapia and 3 female tilapias. Tilapia eggs are obtained by injecting male and female broodstock using the hormone Ovaprim twice to stimulate gonadal maturity, after which fertilization is carried out, namely the merger between fish sperm cells and eggs in the container. After the eggs and sperm cells are fertilized, all eggs are divided into 5 treatments, and each treatment is filled with 20 eggs. The treatments consisted of control and 4 concentrations of Lead (Pb), namely 0.15 mg/L (P1), 0.30 mg/L (P2), 0.45 mg/L (P3), 0.50 mg/L (P4). Exposure to Lead (Pb) was given for 3 days, and observations were made after the eggs entered the prolarva stage to determine the degree of abnormality and various forms of abnormality. The observation parameter was the formation of abnormal types at the prolarvae stage. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) with a 95% confidence level and an LSD further test. The research results showed that the percentage of abnormalities in treatment P1 was 26.67%, P2 was 45%, P3 was 73.33%, and P4 was 83.33%. The abnormalities found were lordosis, kyphosis, scoliosis, yolk deformation accompanied by lordosis of the tail tip, and enlarged anterior yolk sac. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that exposure to Lead (Pb) is toxic to tilapia larvae. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide input for the government and society regarding the importance of maintaining water quality from pollution

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how law enforcement applies to perpetrators who participate (medepleger) in criminal acts of corruption. This study uses a normative juridical legal research method with a case approach in the Tanjungkarang District Court Decision Number 1/Pid.Sus-TPK/ 2023/PN.Tjk and analyzed using evaluative methods. The results of the study conclude that law enforcement against criminal acts of corruption carried out jointly must be carried out fairly and effectively, taking into account the unity of intention and cooperation between the perpetrators. It is hoped that the results of this analysis can contribute to the development of criminal law studies, especially in handling corruption cases involving many parties.
