Abstract

The Indonesian Ministry of Health has issued a Minister of Health Decree on Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 in Office and Industrial Workplaces in Support of Business Continuity in Pandemic Situations. The Minister of Manpower issues a Circular which states for companies that limit their business activities due to the policies of their respective local governments in preventing and overcoming COVID-19, causing some or all workers not to come to work, taking into account business continuity, changes in the amount and method of payment wages are made in accordance with the agreement between the employer and the worker. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work-life balance on work engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula amounted to 100 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using simple linear regression model, multiple and single test. The results of hypothesis testing work life balance statistically have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction is statistically positive and significant impact on work engagement, work life balance has an effect on work engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CR, DER, serta ROEterhadap nilai industri baik secara parsial ataupun secara simultan. Satuan riset yang digunakan dalam riset ini merupakan industri food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017- 2020. Riset ini menggunakan 9 industri sebagai satuan analisis. Studi, dengan analisis informasi regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil riset ini menampilkan kalau likuiditas tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap nilai industri, solvabilitas tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap nilai industri, serta profitabilitas mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap nilai industri. Tetapi, secara simultan likuiditas, solvabilitas, serta profitabilitas bepengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai industri. Memaksimalkan aktiva mudah, tingkatkan modal, serta tingkatkan laba industri buat menaikkan keyakinan investor merupakan anjuran dari riset ini.Kata kunci: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract

Peran sumber daya manusia disini menjadi lebih penting saat ini karena kontribusi dari sumber daya manusia diharapkan oleh organisasi atau perusahaan yang sebagian besar telah menghadapi persaingan yang ketat dalam kegiatan mereka.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pelatihan karyawan, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 104 orang responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan cara mengirimkan kuesioner kepada responden di SMK Negeri 1 Bawen tipe penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori pemilihan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisis scale dan regresi linier berganda, uji t , uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Secara parsial Pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan sedangkan Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada SMK Negeri 1 Bawen. Secara simultan Pelatihan Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SMK Negeri 1 Bawen. Penelitian berikutnya perlu menggunakan variabel – variabel lainnya seperti pengembangan karir, lingkungan kerja, dan loyalitas karyawan yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

A dignified human being is a human being who can enjoy a long, healthy life and lead a productive life. The impact of covid 19 is 10.45%, or 16,648 workers have reduced working hours due to covid-19. This scientific study investigates how quality work of life affects work engagement with workplace happiness as mediation. The important thing from this research is that it can expedite the activities of the working-age population in the City of Salatiga and reduce the impact of Covid 19, one of which is reducing working hours, reducing anxiety at work, creating happiness at work, and helping in terms of increasing the Human Development Index in the City of Salatiga. A sampling of this study uses calculations with the Slovin formula with a sample size of 100 employees. The analysis technique for this study uses the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 tool. The results of the survey show that quality of work life statistically has a positive and significant effect on workplace happiness, workplace happiness statistically has a positive and significant impact on work engagement, and quality of work life statistically has a positive and significant impact on work engagement mediated by workplace happiness

Abstract

Work engagement is a recent issue in the management of human resources. Work engagement is defined as a positive and satisfying mental state related to work characterized by vigor, dedication, and absorption. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job stress on job involvement through psychological health which is an intervening variable. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula means 42 respondents. Sampling using incidental sampling combined with snowball sampling techniques. The data analysis used multiple linear regression models, simple linear regression and single test. The results of the hypothesis of work stress have a statistically significant and negative effect on job involvement, psychological well-being has a positive and significant effect on job involvement, job stress has a statistically negative and significant effect on psychological health, job stress has an effect on job involvement through psychological well-being as a variable. intervening.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Good Corporate Governance based on Social Welfare Theory. The reason researchers choose Good Corporate Governance which is measured using Fairness, Disclosure/Transparency, Accountability and Responsibility Formulations is because this Formulation is very easy to apply at a practical level, and can more accurately measure the level of welfare received by Crew in the field, compared to other GCG formulations. This type of research is quantitative, with the main data source in the form of questionnaires, which will be analyzed using SEM PLS. Practically the application of GCG principles can help improve the welfare of the crew. The results showed that, Fairness, Transparency, Acoountability and Responsibility have a positive effect on the welfare of the crew. The recommendation in this study is, preferably between the Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Transportation, must carry out their functions and duties in accordance with the articles of association and laws and regulations, not dominate each other and throw responsibility on each other. This needs to be done, so that the goals and desires of the Crew in realizing their welfare get support and are well realized through the preparation of appropriate regulations.

Abstract

The task of lecturers is to transform, develop, and disseminate technology, science through teaching, research, and community service. Thus, all tasks and responsibilities become the workload of lecturers. To make higher education in Salatiga City a success and also to accelerate the realization of the welfare of the people of Salatiga City, it is necessary to increase innovative work behavior so that lecturers can realize new ideas. The problem to be studied is how job insecurity and work engagement affect innovative work behavior in lecturers in Salatiga City. The purpose of this study is to examine how job insecurity and work engagement affect innovative work behavior in lecturers in Salatiga City. This scientific study was conducted by lecturers in Salatiga City based on the Central Statistics Agency of Salatiga City, totaling 1,079 lecturers. Due to limitations, sampling was carried out in this study using calculations with the Slovin formula with a sample size of 92 lecturers. Sampling used simple random sampling. The data analysis tool to answer the research hypothesis used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on innovative work behavior and work engagement had a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Suggestions for lecturers and universities in Salatiga City are that lecturers do not feel that there are threats that occur and affect their work in the current digital era and that lecturers are willing to work overtime to complete their work.

Abstract

This community service activity is partnered with Persemaian Cinta Kemanusiaan (Percik) Salatiga. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding to the Manager of the Renai Persemaian Cinta Kemanusiaan (Percik) Journal regarding the features and design of the Open Journal System. Provide an understanding to the Manager of the Renai Persemaian Cinta Kemanusiaan (Percik) Journal regarding the requirements for managing the Open Journal System. Provide an understanding to the Manager of the Renai Persemaian Cinta Kemanusiaan (Percik) Journal regarding national and international accreditation standards and to be able to independently publish the Renai journal. The results of this community service activity have several things achieved. The design was successfully carried out through an open journal system but experienced obstacles regarding hosting and e-ISSN registration. The training went smoothly, participants were open-minded about the importance of switching to electronic journals, but there were still obstacles so that this renai journal could accommodate non-academic writers. Mentoring went smoothly, journal managers understood the procedures for submission, editing, journal settings, categories, websites, workflows and users & roles.Keywords: Open Journal System, Design, Training and Mentoring

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy. However, challenges in digital marketing are still an obstacle for MSME actors. This community service activity aims to improve MSME digital marketing strategies through training in the use of the Canva and CapCut applications, at Roti Aury in Tegalrejo, Salatiga City, while MSMEs also support the preservation of local culture. The methods used are training and grave cleaning activities. The results of the study showed that before the training, digital marketing at Roti Aury was still less than optimal. After the training, there was an increase in the use of social media for product promotion, the creation of more attractive visual content, and a better understanding of digital marketing. In addition, involvement in Sadranan cultural activities helps strengthen the relationship between MSMEs and the local community. Sadranan is a cultural tradition that is carried out as a form of gratitude and as a prayer for the safety and blessings of the local community. In addition, Sadranan is an event to strengthen social relations and preserve local culture that has been passed down from generation to generation.
