Abstract

Kerajinan seni ukir batu padas merupakan salah satu kesenian tradisional Bali yang sudah mulai tumbuh pada masa kerajaan. Pada perkembangannya, pengrajin seni ukir batu padas mudah ditemui dan merupakan mayoritas usaha atau profesi yang dijalankan oleh masyarakat di Dusun Silakarang, Desa Singapadu Kaler, Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar, Provinsi Bali. Hasil observasi awal terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh pengrajin, seperti keterbatasan alat bantu produksi, pemasaran, dan tidak adanya pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh pengrajin/mitra. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi tersebut, penulis melaksanakan pemberdayaan UKM Kerajinan Ukir Batu Padas yang dilakukan secara bertahap mulai dari manajemen produksi, pemasaran dengan menggunakan website, dan pelatihan manajemen keuangan. Kegiatan diawali dengan sosialiasasi, pemberian peralatan kerja sebagai alat bantu produksi seperti mesin gergaji jigsaw, mesin gerinda (grinder), alat angkut, pahat lengkap, pembuatan dan pelatihan penggunaan website sebagai media pemasaran serta pelatihan manajemen keuangan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan jumlah produksi dan pendapatan, peningkatan pemahaman pengrajin mengenai pemasaran dengan media website, serta pemahaman dalam manajemen keuangan pengrajin. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, pengrajin telah dapat meningkatkan jumlah produksi sebesar 80%, meningkatkan pendapatan hingga 70%, telah dapat melakukan upload foto produk ke dalam website serta dapat melakukan transaksi secara online. Lebih lanjut pengrajin saat ini juga telah mampu membuat laporan keuangan sederhana per bulan guna mengetahui jumlah pendapatan dan keuntungan usahanya.

Abstract

Konsep e-learning memengaruhi proses transformasi pendidikan konvensional ke bentuk digital, baik secara isi maupun sistemnya. Politeknik Negeri Bali adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan negeri yang terdiri dari 6 jurusan dan 13 program studi. Politeknik Negeri Bali pernah memiliki e-learning, namun saat ini e-learning yang dimiliki belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal sehingga domain elearning.pnb.ac.id menjadi tidak aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun suatu rencana strategis e-learning Politeknik Negeri Bali yang hasilnya akan dijadikan dasar dalam penentuan strategi e-learning yang tetap selaras dengan strategi bisnis Politeknik Negeri Bali. Rencana strategis e-learning disusun untuk kerangka waktu selama 3 tahun. Penyusunan perencanaan strategis e-learning ini menggunakan Ward and Peppard Framework sesuai dengan karakteristik Politeknik Negeri Bali. Prosesnya diawali dengan analisis lingkungan bisnis, analisis lingkungan SI/TI secara internal dan eksternal menggunakan alat analisis PEST, CSF, Porter’s Forces, Value Chain dan Use Case Diagram. Hasil akhir penelitian berupa dokumen rencana strategis e-learning yang meliputi jumlah jenis aplikasi, jenis teknologi, standar teknis untuk jenis e-learning yang digunakan beserta kebijakannya, skala prioritas dan time frame rancangan implementasi e-learning.

Abstract

E-learning tidak hanya mengenai pelatihan dan instruksi, namun juga mengenai pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan tiap-tiap individu siswa. Politeknik Negeri Bali adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan negeri yang terdiri dari 6 jurusan dan 13 program studi. Politeknik Negeri Bali pernah memiliki e-learning, namun saat ini e-learning yang dimiliki belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal sehingga domain elearning.pnb.ac.id menjadi tidak aktif. Penelitian ini menganalisis lingkungan SI/TI internal dan eksternal Politeknik Negeri Bali yang hasilnya akan dijadikan dasar dalam penentuan rencana strategi e-learning yang tetap selaras dengan strategi bisnis Politeknik Negeri Bali. Analisis lingkungan SI/TI internal digambarkan dengan use case diagram dan analisis lingkungan SI/TI eksternal menggunakan value chain analysis. Hasil akhir penelitian berupa dokumen hasil analisis lingkungan SI/TI yang akan digunakan dalam penyusunan rencana strategis e-learning di Politeknik Negeri Bali.

Abstract

One of the micro, small and medium enterprises that are commonly run by the community today is a workshop business, one of which is a welding workshop. The business development of the welding workshop business is indeed quite rapid in line with the increasing demand for iron and metal welding services today. Welding Workshop Noovy Teknik is a welding workshop business which is located at Jalan Uluwatu Bukit Jimbaran engaged in working on repair orders and manufacturing equipment such as trellises, canopies, tables and chairs for coffee shops such as welding workshops in general, besides that it is also capable of repairing and engineering machines. -machines and equipment such as laundry machines and other electronic equipment. As a relatively newly developed MSME, of course, it faces challenges and obstacles, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the community's economy. The problems faced by the Noovy Engineering Welding Workshop include the lack of equipment supporting the production process such as welding machines, seated drilling machines, jig shaws, cutting grinders and work tables; the need for Occupational Health and Safety (K3) training considering the magnitude of the risks faced during the production process; Financial Management Training and Marketing assistance on various social media platforms. The solution in dealing with partner problems is to provide the necessary equipment assistance as well as provide good welding technique training, provide K3 training, management of financial transaction records and digital marketing training by utilizing social media.

Abstract

Financial distress is a critical phenomenon in a company that has significant implications for the business itself, employees, investors, and creditors, and can also impact the economy of a country. Predicting the financial distress of a company, including property and real estate companies, becomes one of the crucial things to be studied. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) is said to be the most effective model for prediction and classification among other machine learning methods. However, it is difficult to determine the parameters of the SVM model. Thus, the SVM model's parameters must be improved for higher accuracy results. This research aims to increase the accuracy of the SVM model in predicting the financial distress of property and real estate companies. The optimization method used is Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). PSO is one of the most well-known techniques for enhancing SVM parameters. The PSO approach takes its cues from how a group of insects or birds interacts to maintain life. Initialized in a D-dimensional search space, the PSO algorithm uses a population of random particles that are considered as points. Each particle modifies its direction using the best experience it discovers (pbest) and the best experience discovered by all other members (gbest) to arrive at the ideal outcome. As a result, throughout the search process, particles will move through multidimensional space to more advantageous locations. The result of this research showed that the SVM model has the highest accuracy at 80.47% while when the PSO method was implemented in the SVM model, the accuracy increased into 83.16%. It can be concluded that the PSO method successfully optimized the parameters and increased the accuracy of SVM model in predicting the financial distress of property and real estate companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Desa Lodtunduh terletak di Kecamatan Ubud, Gianyar – Bali dimana usaha terkenal dengan kerajinan dulang. Dulang merupakan alat kelengkapan upacara agama Hindu di Bali, yang berfungsi sebagai alas banten atau gebogan. Salah satu usaha kerajinan dulang di Desa Lodtunduh adalah Usaha Kerajinan yang diberi nama “ASTA DALA” yang didirikan oleh Ibu Made Sriasih yang beralamat di Jalan Raya Lodtunduh, Ubud, Gianyar. Usaha kerajinan dulang ini didirikan pada tahun 2015 yang memproduksi Dulang, Bokor, wakul daksina yang terbuat dari fiber serta keben dan sokasi untuk keperluan upacara yadnya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Mitra kerajinan dulang fiber “ASTA DALA” meliputi pemasaran yang dirasa belum optimal, kurangnya pemahaman terhadap aspek Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), alat penunjang proses produksi yang masih terbatas dan kurangnya pengetahuan dalam pencatatan keuangan usaha. Mengacu pada permasalahan tersebut tim pengabdian membuat kegiatan berupa memberikan pelatihan K3, pelatihan pemasaran di media social dan marketplace, pelatihan pembukuan usaha dan memberikan bantuan alat-alat penunjang proses produksi serta pelatihan penggunaanya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan jumlah produksi barang sebanyak 50% dengan bantuan alat produksi serta jangkauan pemsaran yang lebih luas karena menggunakan media sosial. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dengan wawancara secara langsung 100% produk sudah ditata dengan baik pada rak display produk, 2 orang mitra sudah dapat menggunakan bantuan alat yang diberikan serta adanya peningkatan jumlah produksi sebanyak 50%, peningkatan pengetahuan mitra terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada saat proses produksi, adanya penambahan media pemasaran online instagram dan marketplace dan 1 orang mitra bisa menggunakan media pemasaran online dan pembukuan usaha. Improving Productivity and Marketing of Fiber Dulang Handicrafts through OHS Training and Digitalization in Lodtunduh Village, Gianyar Abstract Lodtunduh Village is located in the Ubud District, Gianyar – Bali, known for its famous dulang handicrafts. A dulang is a traditional piece used in Hindu religious ceremonies in Bali, functioning as a base for offerings (banten) or fruit arrangements (gebogan). One of the dulang handicraft businesses in Lodtunduh Village is a business named "ASTA DALA," founded by Mrs. Made Sriasih, located on Jalan Raya Lodtunduh, Ubud, Gianyar. This dulang handicraft business was established in 2015 and produces dulang, bokor, wakul daksina made from fiber, as well as keben and sokasi for yadnya ceremonies. The challenges faced by the fiber dulang handicraft partner, "ASTA DALA," include suboptimal marketing, limited understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS), limited production process support tools, and lack of knowledge in business financial record-keeping. To address these issues, the service team conducted activities such as providing OHS training, social media and marketplace marketing training, business bookkeeping training, and supplying tools to support the production process along with training on their usage.The purpose of this service activity was to increase the production output by 50% with the help of production tools and to expand the marketing reach through the use of social media. Based on the evaluation results from direct interviews, 100% of the products were well-arranged on the product display racks, two partners were able to use the provided tools, and there was a 50% increase in production volume. Additionally, the partners' knowledge of health and safety during the production process improved, there was an expansion in online marketing platforms with Instagram and marketplace presence, and one partner could use online marketing platforms and manage business bookkeeping.

Abstract

        This research was conducted to analyze how work environment and work discipline affect employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Sub Regional Bali Nusa Tenggara, where employee performance needs improvement. Factors affecting employee performance identified in this research are work environment and work discipline. This research utilized a descriptive quantitative study and the sample for this research consisted of 54 respondents using saturated sampling technique. Multiple linier regressions is used as the data analysis and hypothesis testing  utilizing t-statistical and f-statistic to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The research found that work environment and work discipline, each has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and both work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance. The result of the coefficient determination shows the effect work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Sub Regional Bali Nusa Tenggara is 40%, while the remaining (100% - 40% = 60%) is influenced by other variables outside this study

Abstract

The rapid development of health and information technology requires the health sector to rely on information technology to provide fast and appropriate services to the community. A good information management system has been proven to reduce error rates, improve system quality, and reduce diagnostic errors. Hospitals as public service providers need to implement an efficient information management system to improve performance and service. One important component in the healthcare system is the reservation system. This study aims to optimize reservation services at Bali Jimbaran Hospital by designing an online reservation system. Through the R&D method, researchers design an integrated and efficient information system to improve service quality. The result of this study is a reservation service optimization model that pays attention to user needs and factors that affect users. This model will help improve service quality, management efficiency, and economic value for hospitals.

Abstract

This study aims to map research trends in the field of e-business technology for the logistics and forwarding sector. The study used a systematic mapping and systematic literature review approach. There were 3 research questions that are used as references in this study, namely: (1) What is the trend of research types on e-business technology for the logistics and forwarding sector?, (2) What is the trend of topics on e-business technology for the logistics and forwarding sector?, and (3) How is the mapping of e-business technology research for the logistics and forwarding sector based on research types and topics? The search focused on literature published in 2020-2024. The keywords are "E-business (technology OR implementation) for logistics and forwarding". The searches were carried out by reviewing the literature available in journal sources (ScienceDirect and SpringerLink). The trend of research types is dominated by research with evaluation and solution types. While the trend of research topics is dominated by artificial intelligence topics. Mapping of articles based on research types and topics has been carried out and can be used as a reference in determining further research, by filling in the gaps in topics and types of research that have not been filled.

Abstract

In practical application, teachers often encounter obstacles in implementing assessment strategies with differentiated learning. This study aims to identify the challenges teachers face in applying assessment strategies in differentiated learning at SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum. The approach is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using unstructured interviews. The research subjects were English teachers with the criteria of having experience in assessing students, being willing to provide data, and facing challenges in implementing assessment strategies. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data collection, data reduction by filtering and grouping main themes, descriptive and visual data presentation, and drawing conclusions by matching interview results. The study results indicate that teachers face three main challenges: large class sizes, time constraints, and a lack of resources and technological support. Large class sizes make it difficult for teachers to design assessments tailored to individual needs. Time constraints are an obstacle to planning and providing assessment feedback. Additionally, limited access to technology and differentiated instructional materials also hinder the implementation of practical assessments. This study is expected to serve as a reference for formulating more adaptive assessment strategies tailored to the diverse needs of students in the era of the Merdeka Curriculum.
