Abstract

Management (Managing) Processes and Technological Resources appropriately Fiqh Learning Materials at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Merangin Class XII, the management carried out by the teachers there is quite good. However, the process of using technology at MAN 1 Merangin is still lacking. The research findings that we have carried out are that the process of using technology for Fiqh material at MAN 1 Merangin Class Then the management of technological resources has been managed well by the school because the principal facilitates technology so that teachers can use it in learning after training in the use of technology. In the research that the author conducted, the author used a descriptive method consisting of observation, interviews and documentation related to what happened in the field. The author’s research results found that appropriate management of technological processes and resources in Fiqh learning materials at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Merangin Class XII has been carried out quite well so that students can study peacefully and comfortably.

Abstract

Abstract: New concepts in IT-based learning, often known as e-learning, were born because of the use of technology in the learning process. Teachers can choose from a variety of online learning media as a medium of learning in e-learning, one of which is Edmodo. Edmodo is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that offers several tools for instructors to use in their classrooms. The purpose of this study is to describe the usage of Edmodo as an e-learning medium in pai class education technology courses, to determine Civitas Academica's reaction to Edmodo as an e-learning medium, and to determine the benefits and drawbacks of Edmodo as an e-learning medium. This study employs a qualitative technique in conjunction with descriptive analysis. Interviews, observations, and documentation were utilized to collect data in this study, which were aided by research equipment in the form of interview grids. There are additional guidelines for observation. This study took place in PAI classes, with 70 students and teachers from Educational Technology courses serving as the primary informants. The findings of this study revealed that Edmodo can be used as a supplemental class in PAI classes and that PAI students can benefit from the use of PAI. Edmodo as an e-learning learning medium, teachers are also greatly aided by its existence; as an e-learning learning medium, Edmodo has many advantages, particularly in terms of features offered, and the disadvantages of using Edmodo as an e-learning learning medium are highly dependent on the internet network.

Abstract

So far, teachers have made many innovations in educational planning to help teachers and students in creating comprehensive and organizing education so that historical education is expected to be carried out optimally. However, how to design educational procedures and models that can generate student motivation itself is still very rarely carried out. In this case, educational practices tend to ignore students' ideas, concepts and thinking skills. The activities of the teacher are more prominent than the students and are limited to mere memorization. This research was attempted to fulfill the task of the learning technology course with the mentor lecturer Muhammad Nuzli's father, Meter. PD. I. This research is qualitative research and uses several methods of collecting information, namely, observation, interviews and documentation. There are also the results of this research that can be known about1) teaching materials for Islamic religious learning for class VII students of SMPN 36 Merangin. 2) the condition of the Islamic religious learning area for seventh grade students of SMPN 36 Merangin. 3). the teaching and learning process of Islamic religious learning for seventh grade students of SMPN 36 MeranginABSTRAKSepanjang ini guru sudah banyak melaksanakan inovasi dalam perencanaan pendidikan buat menolong guru serta siswa dalam mengkreasi menyeluruh serta mengorganisasi pendidikan sehingga diharapkan pendidikan sejarah bisa dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Namun, bagaimana merancang prosedur dan model pendidikan yang dapat membangkitkan motivasi siswa itu sendiri masih sangat jarang dilakukan. Dalam hal ini, praktik pendidikan cenderung mengabaikan ide, konsep, dan keterampilan berpikir siswa. Aktivitas guru lebih menonjol daripada siswa dan terbatas pada hafalan belaka. Riset ini dicoba buat penuhi tugas mata kuliah teknologi pembelajaran dengan dosen pengampu bapak Muhammad Nuzli, M. PD. I. riset ini ialah riset kualitatif serta memakai sebagian metode pengumpulan informasi ialah, observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a better human being in the future in the word Islamic language is insan kamil. then in its application, it always makes various kinds of educational innovations so that it can always keep up with the times and can survive in dealing with it. then the use of resources becomes important in this case so that what already exists and can be used as a tool to achieve educational goals can be used and used properly and correctly according to its function. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to evaluate resource utilisation, improve teacher skills, assess organisational effectiveness with the aim of improving teacher and student performance in class XI of state senior high school 6 Merangin. Method. This research uses qualitative research methods. Types and Sources of Data are Primary data and Secondary data. Data Collection Methods with Observation, Interview, Documentation, Techniques and Data Analysis with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Results. The results of this research are; 1) Tools, materials, devices, organisations and people related to the field of education at state senior high school 6 Merangin already exist and run only need to be controlled, 2) There are still educators, especially Islamic Religious Education, who are not optimal in using tools, materials, devices as a support for performance improvement, 3)  Organisation that is already running should be further improved with good and clear control and communication. Conclusion. The conclusions of this research are; 1) Tools, materials, devices, organisations and people related to the field of education at state senior high school 6 Merangin already exist and run only need to be controlled, 2) There are still educators, especially Islamic Religious Education, who are not optimal in using tools, materials, devices as a support for performance improvement, 3)  Organisation that is already running should be further improved with good and clear control and communication.

Abstract

Technology is an important tool used by most people today because technology has covered all aspects of life, including education. This study aimed to determine whether the technological resources in household management learning at MAN 1 Merangin have been met or not. The study was conducted using qualitative research methods, using observation, interview, and documentation data collection methods. And the results of the study found that in household management learning at MAN 1 Merangin, technological resources were not utilized, especially in carrying out practices such as those carried out in household management learning such as Applications such as "Love Nudge" to improve couple communication and "Cozi" for managing household tasks can help in living a family life; and such as Social Media: Following pages and groups on social media that focus on family and marriage topics can provide insight and support from the wider community, as well as other learning technology resources.

Abstract

Managing innovation in education is key in facing the era of globalization and constant technological development. Innovation plays an important role in creating a dynamic and relevant learning environment. However, managing innovation in education is not easy, because it involves a deep understanding of various aspects, including student needs, resources, scientific developments, and social and political factors. The innovation management process includes the stages of identification, development, implementation and evaluation of innovation. The aim is to improve the quality of education, student competitiveness, efficiency and inclusiveness. However, in the real world, the introduction of innovations often encounters resistance to change, resource limitations, technological problems, and administrative barriers. In the digital era, the use of artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology in education has changed the paradigm. AI technology enables personalization of learning, efficiency, and collection of data for improvement. However, challenges include infrastructure, staff training, data privacy, and cultural change. A participatory approach, involving all stakeholders in decision-making and implementation of innovation, is an effective method in overcoming challenges and maximizing the benefits of AI technology in higher education. Both case studies underscore the importance of managing innovation and AI technology in education to improve the quality of learning, student engagement and development of relevant skills. But challenges such as infrastructure, training and privacy issues need to be addressed tactfully according to the context of each educational institution.

Abstract

The background of this research is the importance of library management at SMA Negeri 19 Merangin to encourage and support the learning process in an educational institution which aims to describe the management of the library in fulfilling and carrying out the roles and functions of a library unit. To reveal this, research has been carried out using a qualitative approach, data and information are collected by observing, interviewing and documenting, and analyzed by reducing, displaying and verifying data, so that conclusions can be drawn from the research process carried out. The research results obtained can be concluded that library management still does not cooperate well in procuring library collections, library managers do not have library science education qualifications and their understanding is still low, the library collection is physically incomplete in general, and the management system is still manual.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi penting pengelolaan Perpustakaan di SMA Negeri 19 Merangin untuk mendorong dan mendukung proses pembelajaran dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen perpustakaan tersebut dalam memenuhi dan melaksanakan peran serta fungsi sebuah unit perpustakaan. Untuk mengungkap hal ini semua telah dilakukan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dan informasi kumpulkan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis dengan melakukan reduksi, display dan verifikasi data, sehingga dapat disimpulkan dari proses penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen perpustakaan masih kurang kerja sama dengan baik dalam pengadaan koleksi perpustakaan, pengelola perpustakaan tidak memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan ilmu perpustakaan dan pemahamannya masih rendah, koleksi perpustakaannya secara fisik pada umumnya belum lengkap, dan sistem pengelolaan masih manual.

Abstract

Proper management of technological processes and resources in Islamic Religious Education learning is a teacher’s effort to create an effective and efficient learning atmosphere. The management of the process carried out by teachers are required to understand the characteristics and abilities of students to determine the methods or strategies that will be used in the teaching and learning process in order to achieve predetermined goals. While resource management is the teacher’s effort in using and utilizing tolls and media for an appropriate learning process that will be used in the Islamic religious learning process. In the initial research conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Darul Hikmah Kapuk that teachers only utilize existing media and learning methods or strategies that allow students to achieve learning objectives. The limitations of media and learning resources are one of the obstacles for teachers in the learning process. In this study, the researchers used descriptive qualitative research using interview observations and documentation as well as presenting data and providing conclusions from the authors. In this study, the research had made maximum efforts in managing the right processes Islamic Religious Education learning is only constrained by several factors that can be a barrier to achieving learning goals.ABSTRAKPengelolan proses dan sumber daya teknologi yang tepat pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam merupakan upaya guru dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang efektif dan efisien. Pengelolaan proses yang dilakukan oleh seorang guru bertujuan untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan serta menghemat waktu, maka dari itu guru dituntut untuk memahami karakteristik dan kemampuan siswa untuk menentukan metode atau strategi yang akan digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar guna untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Sedangkan pengelolaan sumber daya merupakan upaya guru dalam menggunakan serta memanfaatkan alat serta media untuk suatu proses pembelajaran yang tepat yang akan digunakan pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Pada penelitian awal yang dilakukan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Darul Hikmah Kapuk bahwa guru hanya memanfaatkan media yang ada dan metode atau strategi belajar yang memungkinkan siswa untuk dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Keterbatasan media serta sumber belajar merupakan salah satu kendala guru dalam proses  pembelajaran.  Dalam  penelitian  ini,  peneliti  memakai penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta menyajikan data dan memberikan kesimpulan dari penulis. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menemukan bahwa guru sudah melakukan upaya semaksimal mungkin dalam mengelola proses serta sumber daya yang tepat pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam hanya saja terkendala dengan beberapa faktor yang dapat menjadi penghalang untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.
